Cons: "Flying to Naples, Florida for our 13th wedding anniversary. Flight from Baltimore was delayed 30 min. No big deal. The plane arrives, deplanes, we're feeling good, going to arrive late but we're taking off. Then we wait. And wait. And waaaiiiittt. Turns out someone on the previous flight had accidentally taken a flight attendant's bag instead of their own. Rather than accept this as one of those things that happens, the crew made us all wait as they hopelessly waited for the person to somehow come back and return the bag (clearly they thought it was theirs and was not going to notice that it wasn't until they got home!!). Still we waited. An hour. Then another half hour. Then finally they accepted that it was hopeless. We boarded. And waited another 45 minutes!!! I overheard a crew member say that if it had been a customer's bag they would have just said "check with lost and found" and boarded the flight. Well we were paying customers. I appreciate the frustration. But we didn't arrive until after 1:00AM as a result. There were children, babies, elderly and infirm. It was not great. But that's Southwest. (NB: I didn't purchase the tix, as I never fly SW because of this sort of nonsense, plus their seating policy is absurd. The tix were given to us as a gift by mother in law who flies them often)."
Pros: "We are novice flyers. The entire process from purchasing tickets to getting luggage was new to us. WE DID IT! There was always a friendly person to help us, even if we didn't need it :) Our flight was late leaving "waiting on a young passenger" but we landed on time :)"
Cons: "Even though ALMOST everyone was pleasant, helpful, and personable, our stewardess acted like she could use a good night's sleep. She seemed disgusted that we wanted a soda AND a glass of water and made sure we waited a good long time for "your second beverage". It was a 4 hour flight and I am sure with 3 attending the cabin she had plenty of time to get everyone served. Her whole demeanor was just plain grumpy :( She also scolded another couple for taking a bag of cookies and chips--even tho she had plenty for her area of seats. There were no rowdy or impolite passengers that we could tell, but she must have had a very bad day."

Cons: "Lots of turbulence; obviously not the airlines fault, but we didn't like it! Very much not fans of boarding scheme resulting in people traveling together that can't find seats together. Why don't they actually stop people from bringing larger than allowed baggage on board? One person had 3 large items, and others also items obviously bigger than allowed."

Cons: "The elder gentleman was very rude throughout the flight. Paid for front row seat mostly due to covid and he made us seat and wait for people that had a connection flight to exit the plane all the way from the end of the aircraft defeating the purpose of me buying the front row seat at $65 which was more than the seat was worth. The way the crew asked was was very rude because he stated if we stand up he would keep the door closed. I understand about the passengers with connection flight but its Jetblue responsibility to get these people to their connection but it shouldn’t jeopardize me."
