Cons: The comfort of those Horizon turbo prop planes leave EXTREME room for improvement. I normally won't even fly on them, they are loud, uncomfortable, reek of burnt fuel, etc. but Alaska was not offering JetBlue service for some unknown reason during my needed travel dates.

Pros: Fast boarding and flight. Food couldn’t really be rated as it was a couple cookies and a drink. Comfort was average for economy class seating. There was ample room to move your feet as long as there was room to stow your bags up top. On this flight there wasn’t much room. Too many people bring carry on baggage vice checking it in.

Pros: The service from the airline stewardesses were excellent. The flight was on-time for departure and arrival. Alaska has been consistently excellent to fly with.

Subsequently went to costumer service holding a 3 yr old in my hand to hear the supervisor state it is not our problem. The reality is it is your problem. I understand things happen but it is the job of customer service to make the customer feel better. No empathy what so ever. I am a physician that gets graded on my interaction with plp daily. I am giving her a zero. Giving a voucher does not fulfill my need for compassion. I can pay for my own Starbucks thank you.

Pros: I didn't participate in entertainment or food so I don't have a rating for those items. The flight was fine however there were two people near me that were coughing profusely. Two days after flight I got the flu I don't know if there is a way to better control this kind of thing from happening but I will be wearing a flu mask from now on.

Pros: We got a flat tire on the way to the airport. Left the car on the side of the road, hopped on a quick uber ride to the Bozeman airport and we made it with literally one minute to spare. we wouldn't have if the girl helping us hadn't been so determined to get us on our flight.

Cons: My flight was late and I was not notified through any media, not Kayak not Alaska Airlines. I arrived early to the airport, asked the luggage check in and was told it was 30 minutes behind. Then burn up a little time, go through security only to find that it was 50 minutes late. None of the signage was updated at the terminal to say how late, it still said on time until I got on the plane. My flight was stressful due to being sat next to someone with no sense of personal space and in the two other seats next to me was a fussy baby with his father. Got to Portland, and had to run to the other half if the airport. I decided to postpone my flight until later due to that stress.

Cons: They kept canceling flights even though other flights were going out of Seattle and landing in Bozeman. But the gate agents were promising that the next flight wasn't gong to be cancelled and that I was going to have a seat, so I didn't book another flight from Seattle to Bozeman on a different carrier. So I spend 3 full days waiting at the boarding gate with the gate agent saying boarding would begin in 30 minutes the whole time. Finally they just sent me back home to Oakland. I missed my last chance to see my grandfather alive. He just passed away. To add insult to injury, they they wouldn't refund the ticket because I "used" the ticket for a lovely vacation to the Seattle airport for 3 days.

We were told to arrive at the airport for our flight which was delayed incase our flight left on time. our gate changed five different times. Our flight was supposed to leave from Puerto Rico to Ft. Lauderdale @ 1:30 p.m. the flight kept getting delayed . our flight did not take off until 7:30 that evening. Nobody informed us of anything what the delay was etc. it was handled horribly by Jet Blue staff. We were t offered vouchers nothing.

Currently en route to another airport to spend the night at the airport and then take an early morning flight to my home city. Would have been nice to get a hotel room. I also had trouble with being charged for a second checked bag when I only had a single checked bag, would be great if the customer service help desk could help with that at the airport.

Cons: Extremely disappointed about flight 1379 scheduled to depart at 0658, 18 Jun 21. Flight departure was moved to 10:30 AM and later to 12:30 PM without giving any reason for the delay to the hundreds of passengers that arrived at the airport between 4:30 AM to 5:30 AM to meet the airlines requirements. Poor performance by Jet blue. Lost of time and money for me. Thumps down. Blue is my favorite color, live up to it.

Cons: The fact that I was 3 minutes late to check my bag (due to a line and walking to the wrong counter the first time) and they would not allow me to go on my original flight and route my bag on another flight. This resulted in me and my bag getting pushed on two new flights and my overall travel time going from 4.5 hrs to 11 hrs which with a 15 month old is an eternity. Many other airlines will allow you to make exceptions when checking in late (I was still nearly 40 minutes prior to flight departure) and let me still check a bag OR allow me and my baby to stay on the same flight without the bag.

Even though gate attendants knew they were on their way, attendants refused to let us board until the crew was all on board. Then we had to wait some more....... Also they were lax on pre-boarding announcements, not letting families with children on first. And waiting until each group was fully boarded before announcing the next. Plus the enunciation of various announcements was difficult to understand and/or way too fast. It wasn't funny.

Pros: The plane that the rerouted to replace the original plane was very comfortable. The email updates where better then the information at the gate. Normally, I enjoy flying JetBlue however, this weekend's round trip was disappointing. My 1st flight was delayed about 5 hours and the return flight was delayed as well.

(After that long delay) The incident on the plane- the passengers had to take action and not the flight attends when a passenger threaten by another passenger. A good Samaritan came to the woman's aid and ensure she was safe by switching her seat. Prior to this, another passenger had to use her call button to try to notify the flight attends because the woman was unable to. (That was her second attempt to notify the attendants). I am unclear to why her first attempt to change seats was not taken under consideration by the flight attended. The alleged passenger was clearly intoxicated and had fallen on the women. The flight attends did intervened after the flight landed at FLL. The woman was detained on the plane along with the alleged passenger. Once again, I am not sure if that was wise. The woman could have been taken off the plane safely and quested at the gate at a safe distance. The alleged passenger was too intoxicated to comply with the flight attends requests to disembark the plan. I would have liked for the JetBlue flight attends to be more proactive or at the very least to keep an eye on the situation to ensure it did not escalate. This all could have been avoided if the woman's 1st request to change her seat to one of the many available seats was granted. Better ye,t for this alleged passenger to have never been able to board the plane in his condition. It was physically noticeable and the surrounding passengers stated they could smell the alcohol on him. Disappointed!

Pros: I loved that the pilot on my first flight introduced himself and staff to the customers prior to loading the plane. Everyone was very welcoming and friendly. The leg-room! The leg room was a great surprise. No hassle with bags. Great snacks, wi-fi and movies for FREE! I was so tickled. I've never flown JetBlue. I thought it was just another low-cost airline that makes you pay for everything , what a nice surprise! I immediately gave you a shout-out on my facebook account. Cons: 1. Forced to check carry on because of a pocket in the front when other passengers were allowed to bring actual suitcases which were taken right before boarding. Apparently JetBlue has a quota to meet as to how many people they charge for carry on luggage. 2. Refused to allow me to request my seat ahead of time to try and charge a $50 fee for an upgraded seat, even though by purchasing a ticket, I am guaranteed a seat on the plane. 3. Late once again. So far every flight taken by JetBlue this year has been late. My only on time flight this year has been with Delta. I do believe they are the new Spirit Airlines in disguise. This airline has been moved to the bottom of my list. I may take them once more but it depends on how many points I have with them, if it's enough to cover a free trip. If it doesn't, I will forfeit as the aggravation and nasty behaviour at the check in counter especially at LaGuardia is too much to take. They are also every discriminatory at that airport also, especially the people who work at JetBlue. I have to take responsibility for keep trying. It the same as beating a dead horse and expecting it to get up and run.

Pros: They didn’t make me check my carry-on even though full flight. Other airlines almost always do. Began boarding exactly when they said they would.
Cons: First attempt to check im at kiosk failed. Was told to see an agent. Ignored that command made another attempt at kiosk and was able to get BP. The brag about their free wifi at every seat but it didn’t work. Can’t complain tho because seat back video screen had plenty of other entertainment.

Cons: My in flight entertainment never worked. All I had available to look at was the JetBlue commercial channel showing me all of the entertainment I wasn’t able to watch. Not even the live view map worked. One of the attendants said something about resetting the system but I didn’t notice a change. I said something to one of the attendants a little later and she tried doing a reset again, but still no success. I could see other screens working fine and people were watching various programs while I just stared at a static map of the continental United States. Oh well, at least I was able to stream Netflix because of the free inflight WiFi.

Cons: I came to the airport 11:30am asked to rebook for earlier flight which wasn’t possible unless 75$ charged. I decided to wait till 4:16pm departure that ended being 3:50 am the next day. Meanwhile it took several hours to receive water and pretzels, pizza finally came after 9 hr wait(which gave me heartburn). Ground crew disorganized feeding us excuses of weather (wx) which initially was a landing gear problem for first 1.5 hr delay then again WX and ATC not assigning a route(while other airlines departing no problem) then crew timed out then no plane & again waiting for crew...Seriously? What a management!!! Reading comments below this keeps repeating however this was about 13 hours delay. This company should quit!

Pros: Flight attendants were very friendly, and the TV's were working on the flight (did not on the flight from FLL/EWR).
Cons: Booked this flight to get a ride home, and in time for dinner with family. Flight was delayed 50 min. because of a delay in the arrival of the plane (not weather). During boarding process they were allowing people to get up and move around before takeoff, delaying over another 10min. When we finally arrived at 9:10 to the gate, another plane was at the gate and we did not get into the gate until 9:25. Thus, by the time the flight arrived I needed to get other transportation, cost me $25 and additional 30min. waiting for ride. This resulted in getting me home almost 2 hours late. Additional feedback: I book an aisle seat because I like being able to lift the arm on the outside, not available on this flight. I don't recall the plug for the headphones being down so far in the arm rest, thus struggled to find the plug.

Cons: The boarding was a shitshow because nothing was done to prevent people from taking all of the overhead compartment room, so by the time my group boarded, there was no room. But, people were still trying and so that backed the line way up from 1/2 way into the plane all the way out the plane and IN SPITE OF MY REPEATED ATTEMPTS TO GET THE FLIGHT CREW TO ASSIST AND CLEAN UP THIS PILE OF HUMANITY, THEY DID NOTHING!!! They forced me to gate checked my carry on bag (no checked bag) and did not tell me I would not get it back AT the plane and had to go out through security to get it at the baggage claim and come back in through security and because of that incompetence I MISSED MY CONNECTION AND WAS STRANDED IN FLL OVERNIGHT. After the front desk continuously trying to explain to me how it was my fault some how, I HAD TO PURCHASE A SEPARATE TICKET ON A DIFFERENT AIRLINE OUT OF MIA AT 5AM TO MAKE THE WEDDING!!!! This is beyond unacceptable and as someone that travels for work and stays roughly 100 nights a year in hotels, I WILL NEVER ALLOW YOUR COMPANY TO BE ABLE TO PUT ME IN THIS SITUATION AGAIN!!!!

Cons: Over 5 hours in delay due to a maintenance issue. Problem wasn't discovered overnight when it was parked. Wasn't discovered until the next day. Had to wait for the delivery of a specific part and install it. I'm all for planes not breaking upon reentry, but the fact that the two flights were both subsequently delayed 4-5 hours each instead of bringing in a sub plane was inconsiderate. Now I've got a long drive home and I'll only get an hour of sleep before a 14-hour work day. So thanks for that, JetBlue

They tried to request ppl to take next day flight by giving away 300 gift card etc. the ppl who were told there are no seats upset and arguing at the gate. Flight was delayed for one hour. Once we are on airplane, they are still shuffling seats around, so ppl cannot move forward. Just standing there for 10mins waiting for things to settle. Flight attendants did not give us a headphone. Disney tried hard to fix problem, and even gave us something to ameliorate the situation. Delta took hard line, wasn't helpful and gave nothing. It took 2 days to find bag.

Pros: Entertainment did not work even though it was a quick flight we sat at the gate for a while which turned the flight into hour and a half.

Cons: My toddler daughter became ill before departure and the crew was awful. They failed to provide me with hardly anything besides 2 blankets and a few remoistened hand wipes to clean up vomit and was very rude when I asked to change seats, even though there were at least 8 other seats open on the flight.

Cons: The boarding process doesn't make sense. My seat assignment was changed for no reason, and I didn't have a say in it. I was put further back on the plane. Not happy about that.

Pros: From curbside check-in to landing the plane, overall excellent service ! Very pleased to find out they offered a shuttle from checkin to the gate. I am having knee surgery soon and the walk from security to gate 34 LaGuardia would have put me over the top with pain! It was a very nice gentleman that gave me a ride to the gate and even stopped to let me use the bathroom. Thumbs up *****
Cons: The fact that I was charged $150 to check a small cosmetics bag is no loose change ! I would have carried it on but my hand is in a brace and I has to have extensive surgery. Then yoy get to the gate, and they repeatedly asked for volunteers to check their bags for free. I think this is a very unfair policy and try to explain it to the curbside attendant. I literally cannot carry more than five pounds in my left hand until I get bone replacement surgery. I'm also having knee surgery soon and this small additional weight would be caused me excruciating pain ! They didn't care and still charged me $150 for a bag thats no bigger than 12 inches and weighs less than ten pounds. Thats the way you treat your first class passengers? One other quick note: the sausage and egg sandwich? that was served for breakfast was absolutely horrible! Thumbs down !

Cons: Delta cancelled the flight after midnight on Friday morning, and never rebooked me. I still haven't heard from them. In not even sure why I'm getting alerts about baggage claim.

Pros: I liked the in-flight entertainment and the crew was very pleasant
Cons: The seats are awful. If you're 6 ft or taller, your legs barely fit if at all. Boarding is ridiculous.

Pros: Staff was very friendly and patient despite setbacks. Really appreciate how hard the whole Sun Country crew worked.
Cons: Our flight was delayed 3 hours due to mechanical issues, which ended up having us get caught in a storm in Orlando. We ultimately de-planed 4.5 hours later than planned.

Cons: I did not like the fact that I had to pay for my luggage at check-in. What the hell was the ticket price for??

Pros: Nothing about this flight went well. We landed in Orlando at 4am. And we’re stuck on the plane for 6 hours.
Cons: No USB ports to charge devices. No tv. No compliementary food while we waited.

Pros: The overall flight was fine. No frills in flight at a no frills price.

Cons: Because of the new baggage rules Sun Country out in place, the wait at the bag claim was almost 30 minutes before it even arrived. Sun Country used to be a great airline to fly, but given the poor service since the baggage rule change in October 2017, I won't be flying them again.

Pros: Boarding process is good. Probably a little faster with fewer carry-ons.
Cons: I get so angry every time they introduce a new fee. You pay a fee now for carry-ons because it's slowing down the boarding process? That's only because you started charging a fee for checked bags! And every single seat option costs money? This is ridiculous! I do whatever I can to fly Southwest and get upset every time I have to fly one of these fee-for-everything airlines. Why not take crappy Spirit airlines at this point? And the seats feel smaller every time. I'm only 5'7" but my knees are against the seat in front of me. My husband is 6'8" and has no choice but to pay another crazy fee to have a couple more inches of space.

Cons: Carry on baggage fee $ 40. seems to be enough when already payed $ 25. per checked bag times 2. I did not realize there was a carry on baggage fee until I was at check in at the airport. Seat does not recline. No snacks.

Pros: The flight crew was pleasant. The refreshments were great along with the carry on bags and seat selection when buying tickets.
Cons: The plane was to hot. There were lots of passengers complaing about the heat. We also had to wait on the runway to take off for 40 minutes. The course of the flight was also uncomfortable due to certain passengers that wouldn't cover their mouths when coughing or sneezing. I even offered the individual cough drops and they had denied them and continued hacking. Then when landing in Orlando we had to wait to be taken to our gate. We were told that we were supposed to go to gate 97 but there was an American Aircraft in that location so we had to wait for another gate for 20 minutes. I know those last 2 events aren't really under the control of Sun Country, but still it was a pain.

Cons: We arrived at the airport two hours early and we were told there were no seats together. I don’t believe everyone else on that flight was there before us or paid extra to pick their seats the day before. When we arrived at the gate, there weren’t a bunch of people waiting.

Pros: I was very impressed with all aspects of my trip.

Pros: We loved how friendly and attentive the staff was. We were asked if we'd like to upgrade to First Class for a small fee, which we accepted. Having never flown First Class, we felt like royalty and had an awesome, relaxed experience!

Pros: I was traveling to visit my terminally ill brother so really appreciated the no hassle experience. While it was a very sad trip for me personally I had a feel good moment when they offered priority boarding to all military active or non active.

Cons: I felt like a sardine in a can. Seriously can you make seating more comfortable? It's torture while first class is treated like royalty. The coach seats were hard as rocks and tiny. I hate flying because airline companies treat people who can't afford the over priced first class seats like cattle. Airlines are greedy. The good price for the flight is great but in the end feeling cramped and getting my legs and arms bumped every time someone walks by is ridiculous. GET COMFORTABLE SEATING IN COACH DAMN IT!!

We did, and we waited on the line for 1 hour and 25 mins only to be told by a not so friendly agent that we would have to check in at the airport. That is what we should have been told via the website vs. call in. Get your act together SC, you are our hometown airline, but not if your customer service is not at least on par with your competitors.

Our surprise was that the space above our seats ( row 30) was available and left empty the while fly! It was not fear and discriminated!
