We were at the airport at 4:30am because the flight was scheduled to depart at 6:05am we were lucky to be able to rebook for a flight SDQ-ATL DL576 for the same day hoping to make the connection ATL-IND. Unfotunately that flight was rerouted to Charlotte due to bad weather conditions with a delay of 3 hrs before it landed in ATL thus missing our connection to INDI and had to sleep in ATL and leave the next day to IND thus missing a meeting commitment that we had in IND. We should and expect to be compensated by Delta for this."

We found out right away that there was a delay and chances of missing the connecting flight from Philadelphia to Orlando were great. We requested a different booking to insure travel to Orlando, which was denied. So the connecting flight was missed and after hours arrived in Orlando at midnight. Missed my ride and all car rentals were booked. All this caused a lot of anxiety and unnecessary stress. Very disappointing. And to add to it, the flight itself was horrible and there was no entertainment available for the entire flight."

We later learned that the flight was serviced by American. Our original flight was delayed one day because we missed our connection due to weather on the East Coast (after six hours at the airport). American re-ticketed us for a flight the next day. After several misstarts in Pittsburgh, we arrived in Philadelphia with minutes to spare. After running to the gate, we were then greeted with what turned out to be a four hour delay. Then, upon return, we learned that our seat selections/priority boardings were all deleted because of the re-ticketing on the on the flight out, and we spent hours on the phone and at the airport trying to get things sorted out and ensure that we had a return flight. One of the worst trips ever in my experience."

Cons: "However, the customer service was horrible and very unprofessional. I had to leave a loved one behind because nobody knew the rules and regulations on bringing back a pet! Now, I don't have my dog Tyson with me and my fiancé surprised me with him as an early Christmas gift. I won't be flying with American Airlines again!)"

But then I was sat in a 'special' section, the only 2 seats that are narrower than a regular seat. The flight attendant said there was nothing they could do. 5 1/2 hours and I spent half the time standing up to avoid serious cramps. As a tall person I am literally getting phased out of airline seats. My knee to hip length prevents me from sitting in some seats. No one cares."

I was told that with Layover I would receive my check in bag for Hotel stay. the attendant took a discription of my luggage for other united employees to tell me it would take 3 hours to retrieve my luggage. They didn’t even try to look for it or help me. Then what’s the point of taking my discription down? Now I have to stay at a hotel with nothing on me. So ridiculous and rude."

We then had to sit on the runway for 40+ minutes until we could take off. Since we were traveling with two small children, it would have been preferable to spend those extra 40 minutes in the terminal rather than on the plane."

The flight itself was fine and he had good aisle seats and wheelchair at all points, but the lost luggage with the important meds caused a problem. We hope United found it."

It NEVER REALLY DOES.. They have an OK product @a GREAT PRICE but they have a ways to go before they can compete with the big guys.."

Pros: "The best thing about this flight was that Sam at the Frontier gate was able to handle all of the fallout that resulted from the delay while keeping a calm and cool mentality. She had a LOT of people hitting her up for flight changes, and fixes because they missed their connecting flights. Sam did a GREAT job, along with the rest of the staff."

It was disgusting. & will never take Frontier again."

THAT WAS MY FIRST AND LAST TIME TO PURCHASE TRANSPORTATION FROM FRONTIER AIRLINES."

Cons: "Frontier is struggling at the Denver airport. During my flight out of Denver, the "Bag Drop" line took a very long time and they only had 2 people working. On my flight back into Denver we arrived early but had to sit on the tarmac for almost an hour before we could get off the plane and then had to wait another half and hour for our luggage. It was very frustrating and I ended up leaving the airport at 12am instead of 10:30pm. Normally I have not had this type of experience with Frontier but this time around if was very disappointing."

That is NOT customer service and I asked very politely and was responded to rudely. The response of the people all around me was confirmation that it wasn't just in my head. Completely uncalled for. It would have been simple to say, "Sorry, I haven't received any information but let me check and I'll get back to you." Another 30 minutes later we are finally able to get off the plane. 0 min Layover. Thankfully they held the connecting flight leaving for charlotte so I wasn't stuck in Denver."

Yes frontier is a little cheaper but after figuring in what I spend on carry on bags and drinks and snacks, I should of paid for a different airline with more amenities and comfort."

When I went to check in it took 5 phone calls and 1 1/2 hours later. The reason for the call was the carry-on baggage charge which was astronomical and my question was is the $40 for round trip. Which it wasn't. Also, I was unaware of all the additional charges, seat, bottle water, soda etc. The biggest problem was no WI FI on board. I need to work while I was in the air for 4 hours. It took 5 phone calls because I couldn't understand the person trying to answrer my questions. I also couldn't check in because Frontier was not compatible with my IPad. Talk about getting frustrated. I had enough stress traveling for business. On the way back we were backing out to the runway heading to take off and the captain announced that he was turning around because a passage was vomiting due to overindulgence of alcohol. 45 minutes later finally backed out to take off. I barely made it to my bus. Thank god I can run fast. What a nightmare that didn't need to happen. It would have been way cheaper to fly out of Madison or Milwaukee. What really PMO was socking us traveler additional charge for so called peak time. WHO DO YOU THINK BAILED YOU OUT IN 2001? Your should be ashamed of yourselves."
