All travelers, 2 years of age or older (including US citizens and transit passenger) must present a negative COVID-19 viral or antigen test result issued 72 hours prior to departure or have a proof of recovery from the virus within the last 90 days prior to boarding the plane.
Exemptions or waiver to the testing requirements may be granted by the CDC on an extremely limited basis when emergency travel (like an emergency medical evacuation) must occur to preserve someone’s life, health against a serious danger, or physical safety and testing cannot be completed before travel.
US citizens and permanent residents arriving from the UK must present a medical certificate with a negative COVID-19 PCR or antigen test result issued within 72 hours prior to departure.
Travelers are advised to get tested 3-5 days after travel and stay home and self-quarantine for 7 days after travel. Even if they test negative, they must still stay home and self-quarantine for the full 7 days. If the test is positive, isolate to protect others from getting infected.
Travelers who did not get tested, are advised to stay home and self-quarantine for 10 days after travel.

The problem is your greedy Chinese luggage handling thieves who work for your airlines in Chinese airports. Whenever they can steal from luggage, they always try to steal from passengers, particularly American. I have had multiple experiences with theft from Chinese airports. I have been to China and back to the USA five times. Many times, items have disappeared from my suitcases in Chinese airports. That is why I decided not to move to China to live but instead move to Indonesia. However, if I fly any plane that transfers my luggage in China, I can usually expect to have my luggage robbed. Although this time, nothing was missing from my luggage, that fact that your people had to wrap my suitcase in plastic (because they did not know the secret for relatching it) and resend it a day later, that is proof that one of your airport personnel opened it to see what he could steal and then got caught because he could not close it again. I am really really really tired of you Chinese thieves. I blame all of you because you are all a product of Mao Tse Tung’s godless atheistic evil society. The Chinese have proven to me again and again that they cannot be trusted. A Kong Chinese official even stole my Ohio driver’s license when I transferred through that airport on a previous trip to Jakarta. I understand your problem. If you fire all dishonest luggage department workers, you will not have any workers remaining. That is why you will always rank as a third world backward primitive society even though you buy expensive airplanes that you don’t build and dress your people up like professionals which they aren’t. AS LONG AS Chinese airport luggage people are dishonest and cannot be trusted, your entire airline is a failure. That is not prejudice against Chinese people. I know some honest good ones. I was unable to work with another delay and was forced to cancel this flight within hours of booking it. I was charged $15 to cancel the flight. I am disappointed in Sun Country as they did not relay the information that I purchase the flight from Delta that lands that same time. I am disappointed that I was not texted with any update as my email and phone number. I am sad because this was a day I lost wiith my family that I have not seen for years. Pros: "Love that Sun Country is at the smaller terminals with less crowds ! It was a cheap ticket and the flight was fine -- no complaints. It's no frills -- be prepared to pay for anything you want (in flight entertainment, snacks, seats at the front of the plane, etc.) but that's fine with me."
Cons: "Sun Country -- please keep those nasty cheeseburger smells off the plane. If you're going to sell a hot snack, please pick something that won't stink up the plane. The free smell does NOT encourage others to purchase it !"

Cons: "When I checked in on the internet, there were no economy seats available. I had to pay $15 for a "preferred" seat, which was an aisle seat on row 7, near the front of the economy section. I was told by an employee that the only economy seats were the middle seats, that aisle and window seats were preferred seats. I was told the plane was full and they could not change my "preferred" seat although I did see empty seats on the plane after takeoff. Also bathroom facilities were poor - only two in the back for the entire economy seating. And the aisles were narrow."
Pros: "Boarding was smooth and fast. The pilot informed us from time to time where the plane was and how far each spot was from the destination."
Cons: "Two of the three crew members on board ignored me and a passenger next to me when serving water/beverage. We had to call to get it!"
Pros: "Direct flight is always great. Exit row seats with more leg room is nice. My knee doesn't hurt when I can stretch out my leg."

Pros: "All of the staff were very polite and boarding went very smoothly. Beverage service was excellent and the staff was helpful when people were asking questions. The pilot clearly communicated with everyone, he over hammed up the Minnesota accent but it was a bit funny. I enjoy flying Sun Country due to the friendliness of the staff over other, larger, airlines."
Cons: "There was a family of 7 with 5 children, one of the boys was quite loud and was up and down the length of the plane, yelling because he needed a coke and to go to the bathroom. Not much was really done to attempt to suggest to keep him quiet and seated, so I was unimpressed with the staff in that aspect, as it is truly unsafe for him to be running around if we hit a patch of random turbulance he could fall and get hurt. Then, there was a group of teenage boys sitting directly behind me who kept changing seats and shifting around. Which, changing seats is fine but it was constant for the first half of the flight. I do not expect my flights to be silent but I do expect them to not be as "eventful" as this one."

Pros: "The crew was very courteous and made me feel comfortable. Even the pilot greeted me as I got on the plane. My seat was row 4 right behind 1st class! The plane wasn't completely full, so there was an open seat in the middle of my section. That was really nice! I especially like Sun Country because the airports in both Phoenix and MPLS are smaller than the main terminals!!! I'll be back! :0)"

Those who pay should board and depart plane first and of course still be delayed on take off by the frugal idiots . Everyone should check their luggage or those who carry on should be the ones who pay"
