Flight was delayed for 2h. Announcements were poor and I was given 1 biscuit and a bottle of water as consolation. Not happy.

The internet was horrible. Plus they charged me $25 for service that didn't work which should have been free since I'm Concierge Key. The flight attendant Rick Young was excellent. Greeted me by name and very attentive.

I was disappointed with the quality of the food and the fact that I was not given a toiletry bag for an overnight international flight

Overall a good experience. Heathrow was quite crowded and we did not knew the boarding gate just very late. Kayak sent a message with the gate number, but BA no and also it was not shown in the airport screens. so I had to wait until BA offered the gate number, as a result we didn’t have time to eat because we didn’t know how dar were we from the gate..

Flight was canceled. I had to pay for my own hotel room and could get a flight until the next evening. BA does not have offices or anyone to help at the London Heathrow. Airport. The whole experience was miserable.

Left late. Crowded like cattle. Standing and waiting. Food on board getting worse.

Staff were very helpful. The free WiFi for messages was also very useful to keep in touch

I’m not happy because I discovered there is something wrong and my miles have not been getting put on my AA account. So this needs to be fixed because I have traveled a lot since October and none of my miles are registered

I didn’t get to London or Amsterdam. They lost my connection flight . I was stuck in Madrid and they rerouted my flight to Austria where my son had to come and pick me up. To get to my destination and they lost my luggage and they’ve told me they can not find it very poor service so have no word for what happened

Flight delayed over 3 hours due to weather and atc. Very poor handling by boarding crew Poor service. Left standing for ages in line with no updates. ba could do much better
