Cons: "I was bumped from my first class seat with very little explanation why, and wasn’t even informed until the boarding process was underway. My name was never called at the gate before boarding as a “Mr Smith, please come to the gate”, and it was very embarrassing to be pulled out of line like that."
Pros: "Crew was good. Food was ok."
Cons: "Athens check and security processes caused huge delays resulting in our missing our connection in Toronto and having to spend the night. NONE of the entertainment systems worked on the flight. We were rebooked without an opportunity to make our original flight which was possible. Agent also unkind"

Cons: "Late departure. Poor food sale selection"
Pros: "The flight captain made up the total time that the flight was delayed, good take off & good landing, got us to Toronto on time. Thanks."
Cons: "Male flight crew could be better - first do your job of giving out the immigration forms then chat, not complete handing them out just one minute before landing so passengers can de-plane & then fill out the forms"

Cons: "The boarding process. Again, not the staff's fault."

Pros: "The crew in the plane was very nice. The pilot gave us many updates. There was available entertainment on flight."

Cons: "US Gov shutdown a pain to get thru customs and security. cabin crew on flight to YYZ was terrible."
Pros: "Even though we boarded late, things moved along and we got out just a few minutes late."

Pros: "Was good and all went well."
Pros: "I like the entertainment screen"
Cons: "The mini pretzel.,,"
Cons: "Flight delayed until 8pm then sat on the plane in Toronto for 45 minutes waiting for a gate and because we were sent to a parking area with numerous other planes and ended up getting boxed in and couldn’t get to our gate earlier. Nothing offered to the passengers during this time, not even water."
Cons: "Comfortable"
Pros: "Entertainment screens were a nice addition and had plenty of options including movies and solitaire."
Cons: "I was near the back of the plane and they ran out of most food options by the time the flight attendants reached me. The plane appeared to be newly upgraded. The design of the bathrooms, however, was problematic. The sink water faucets splashed water outside the sink and by the end of the flight there were huge puddles of water on the floor. It was also difficult for the flight attendants to navigate their beverage and meal carts around the people waiting in line for the bathrooms."

Cons: "Tight seating for transatlantic flight. More importantly avoid Toronto at all costs. Need to clear customs and go back through security again on a connecting flight. Takes forever. Food was not good at all."
