Cons: "Flight took off three hours late. After we boarded the plane, we had to sit on the plane for over three hours before we finally took off. When you’re on a flight that’s already 15 hours long, the last thing you want to do is sit on the plane for an extra three hours for nothing."
Cons: "1,5 hours delay"
Pros: "The flight itself was fine, boarded on time and arrived on time."
Cons: "A pet peeve of mine is having to check my carry on. They said the overhead bins were all completely full, so I checked my bag at the gate. Come to find out, there were a few spaces left and it wasn't necessary. Really annoying."

Pros: "After almost every airline cancelled. Delta still took me to where I needed to go with not one single problem. That pilot was amazing. I forget his name. But the plane didn't slide or anything during take off. Amazing."
Cons: "What was there not to like. We were a little bit late but I wasn't in a rush. I planned well ahead. Delta moved my flight from 10 a.m. to 6 a.m. and that was perfectly fine with me."
Pros: "Not much to like."
Cons: "our connecting flight was delayed 12 hours. The person who checked us in for the flight to Idaho falls checked our baggage for our return flight home, which was an entire week later. So our baggage got sent back to our starting destination and not Idaho falls"
Pros: "Again, a quick and easy connector and flight homeward."
Cons: "Not applicable."
Cons: "After waiting patiently through a 3 hour delay we were inbound to Minneapolis. We were set to arrive at 9:45 pm and there were multiple 10 pm connections. Delta flew into the furthest gate away, didn't communicate with the connecting flights to give it 5 more minutes and didn't have transportation waiting to bring us top our connections. After ruining across the entire length of the MSP concourse I arrived at 9:58 only to be told they already left. Worst communication I've ever seen. Delta should be ashamed."
Pros: "Was initially hoping to fly a US airline but will now look for Aeromexico first. Exceeded my expectations!"
Cons: "The layover in Mexico City was a bit long and the airport was not so great"
Pros: "Crew were courteous and overall everything was systematic."
Cons: "I had to pay for my single piece of luggage AND for alcoholic drinks. That doesn't feel right."
Pros: "Boarding, checking in etc. The usual stuff, nothign spectacular."
Cons: "Seats are getting too crowded!"
Pros: "Seats were comfortable, choose your own entertainment has new and classic films. Snack selection and quantity were low compared to JetBlue."
Cons: "Took too long to board the plane. Wifi never connected."
Pros: "The crew was beyond friendly and courteous. Lots of leg room."
Cons: "I was an older plane, it was louder than our flight down to Atlanta. Nothing they could do about it, but a slight annoyance."
Cons: "Missed our connection due to a 30 flight delay because crew duty day and crew rest and had to rebook on a later flight on the same day. Downgraded from first class by the airline without any compensation."
Pros: "I was going for weekend trip and because of delays I would've been there less than 20 hours. But Delta was terrific in giving me a refund and essy to work with via Twitter. 2 hour phone delay but they called me back to complete refund."
Cons: "Chaos at gates. Changed gate 3 times. No real updates."
Pros: "Flights were both on time and boarded quickly. Crew was wonderful!"
Pros: "Friendly and informative flight attendants kept the passengers in reasonable spirit."
Cons: "Left nearly an hour late after confusion related to oversold seats and upgrades. The gate agent entered the plane multiple times. The landing was rough, the brakes were loud."
Pros: "I liked the in-flight service and the complimentary snacks and drinks despite the short trip."
Cons: "I did not like that there was not enough room for our 50L Osprey backpacks to be placed under the seats."
Pros: "The crew was friendly and accommodating, and service was good"
Cons: "I purchased a basic economy ticket and upon checking in, my Delta app said my seat was unassigned and I had to get my boarding pass at the airport. I checked back later and the app had me as number 7 on the standby list. I called Delta (wait time 3+ hours... my flight was in 3), and then the Delta app support where I was able to get through to someone. She told me that the ticket I purchased over a month in advance did not guarantee me a seat on the plane (???). She said that if I was bumped from the flight they would reschedule me for the next morning. She was pretty rude and made it seem like I had a 50/50 shot of getting on this plane. I rushed to the airport in hopes that I would be the first from Standby there, and the gate agent told me that I was fine and would board right after first class and be assigned a seat then. Great. Once I got my seat assignment, I board to find out there is someone else sitting in my seat...... They eventually called the desk and had her moved, but it was the weirdest boarding experience I've had.. and I've flown Spirit. These planes that Delta fly's are SO OLD. Both times I have flown Delta the "turbulence" has been so bad and cold air was blowing right on my the whole flight with no option to turn it off (it wasn't from one of the vents, but from the side). Someone close to me works for Delta and I know for a fact that some of their engines blow mid-flight.. and they tell the passengers that it's turbulence.. so that doesn't make me feel very safe. I won't fly Delta again if there is another comparable option."
Cons: "Agents at the ticketing countet were the rudest i have ever encountered in my years of flying. Had a problem and when i asked for their assistance was given the Delta 800 number and told to call and they walked off. When i called it was a 2 hour wait for an agent. Thank goodness for their app as i was able to.change my flight with the My Delta app. Also they had overbooked the flight and rather than giving assurance to people just told us to wait and "line up orderly"."
Pros: "Got to Richmond on time."
Cons: "Had the same problems with loading. Loaded from the front, not enough room for carry on, slow us down causing us to take off late. Made up for lost time though."
Cons: "Flight attendants were a little snobby and didn't treat all passengers equally, in my humble opinion (note: I was sitting in 1st class)."
Pros: "Read above"
Cons: "Read above"
Cons: "Because I refused to pay extra money after booking my family of three on your flight, you separated us into middle seats scattered in the back of the airplane. I believe this is evil underhanded extortion after you had already published price and I had agreed by clicking to buy the ticket."
Pros: "Always have great experience with Delta flight attendants and staff. The entertainment on mobile phone was a really nice add-on, I had never seen before."
Cons: "Flight was delayed in taking off, waiting for connecting passengers. Plane was old, which is most Delta planes, but this one showed it. The tray table looked like it was from the 70s or 80s. Flying into Midway instead of O'hare was anticlimactic."
Cons: "I booked with Delta who doesnt give you limits of weight for the carryon...why since the flight was operated from Airfrance they gave me limits of weight of 12 kg??? one ticket one law pls again, the hostess in my row was very nice, even the steward who was working with her very snob...it's not his job"
Pros: "We had plenty of room with our young children. Everything was super clean!"
Cons: "The crew was loud and obnoxious, making fun of the passengers"
Cons: "All was great"
Pros: "The seats although a bit austere and non-reclining, are actually rathersurprisingly comfortable."
Cons: "The baggage charges are annoying. It would be nice to get a free coffee or soft drink, but at least we are allowed water free of charge!"
Cons: "The flight was delayed twice after boarding, we had to sit in the plane for almost 2 hours. I dont think frontier is worth the price anymore, you definatley get what you pay for. I had to check a bag both ways because a checked bag is cheaper than their fee to carry on a bag. There were no complimentary drinks or snack even after having to sit on the plane for so long. I requested an aisle seat and got stuck in the middle. Overall, think I will be paying the extra for any other airline than frontier."
Pros: "on time arrival and departure, polite crew"
Cons: "uncomfortable seats, tight fit"
Pros: "Price reflects service and experiwnce, but is cheap"
Cons: "Just before I left for LaGuardia airport terminal C, Kayak sent a push that my moms terminal was changed to d. I took her to D. They said she needed to be at terminal C to get her boarding pass. It took me ten minutes to circle LaGuardia to get back to terminal c, at which pointANOTHER push popped up that said her flight was in terminal D. I live in NYC so can get myself around, but kayaks pushes were infuriating as I am traveling with a wheelchair guest and your System is sending out the INCORRCT information. You almost caused my mom to miss her flight, which would have been very bad for medical Reasons."
Pros: "Very smooth flight, nice crew"
Cons: "seats super uncomfortable, so many extra fees"
Pros: "Baggage made it with flt. On-line check-in was easy."
Cons: "High baggage fees (for both checked and carry-on). Virtual requirement to pay upgrade fee for seating - only a handful of seats in entire plane were available without upgrade fee. Even highest level upgrade seats were cramped - had more leg room on economy seats on Alaska flt on in-bound flt. Plane was 4 hours late in departing. While pilots seemed friendly, of two stewards, one was downright unpleasant and unhelpful, the other seemed pleasant but was more interested in reading his fashion magazine than providing service to passengers. Will not be flying Frontier again."
Cons: "Uncomfortable seats on frontier No wifi or phone charger"
Pros: "Check in was easy and the flight timing was great."
Cons: "Seats were very uncomfortable they didn't even recline on top of they charge you for every single thing."
Pros: "Crew was very pleasant and attentive."
Cons: "Late boarding and only 1 rep collecting tickets and trying to communicate with passengers. Passengers didn't know what group was boarding nor when to line up. Large flight and 1 customer service rep."
Cons: "baggage issue paid for personal item frontier web site confusion"
Pros: "Flight was fine"
Cons: "$45 to carry on a bag. Yes, carry on. $3.00 for on board Beverage. Everything has a charge. Just ridiculous."
Pros: "It was clean, the flight attendants were okay, but not rude. They didnt offer me anything to eat or drink."
Cons: "The fact that you need to pay for carry on, and then when you get ready to board they dont even check to see if you did. so why bother."
Pros: "This was my first time to fly frontier... and probably my last. The fact that you have to pay to do everything puts this as a more expensive airline without any of the benefits."
Cons: "They delayed twice then cancelled only offered another flight that left two days later. would not transfer to another airline. I ask for a refund so I could go to another airline and they said I had to wait seven working days. All other airlines were twice as much. Airline would not do anything else but two offers 1 a flight two days later or a refund five days later."
Pros: "Ticket was cheap, flight was shorter than it was supposed to be. The crew was professional, polite and helpful. The plane was clean."
Cons: "The hidden fees make the "cheap" airfare not so cheap. Charge to pick a seat, charges for baggage, etc., on both legs make it less costly to use a regular carrier. Definitely wouldnt use them if i had my snowboard gear."
Cons: "Thirty minutes trying to book my suitcases online only to have online trying to double the cost of my ticket to book tickets that were marked $0. To change that I had to start all over. So annoying to try to get justice and end up paying $30 extra in baggage fees. All the while they continually said how easy it was to book suitcasrs"
Pros: "I like that they let us board in the beginning with a child so that we could get situated before everyone else was on there."
Cons: "Paying for my seat to be by my two-year-old grandson. Paying for a pop or beverage on the plane."
Pros: "I like that the flight attendants seemed like they were having a good time."
Cons: "I didn't like that there is very, very little leg space on the plane. I didn't like that Frontier sells itself as cheaper than other airlines, but then charges $25-35 to bring a bag on the flight. Virtually every person that flies has a bag, so the "cheaper" flight is actually just as expensive as any other airline. Also, on a 4.5 hour flight from NYC to Colorado there were zero complimentary drinks or snacks. This, again, adds to the price and makes it the same price if not more than flying with a possibly more desirable airline. As we were boarding the flight, Zone 1, 2, 3..etc were called but they never called Zone 4, just assumed everyone would get up. The woman directing the boarding process just walked away and never came back to welcome those passengers as well. This was the first time and certainly the last time I will fly with Frontier. Unfortunately, selling yourself as a more affordable option should come with reasons to keep your new customers, not give them countless reasons to pay a little extra to fly with someone else. The business model here feels a little scammy, as a consumer. I assume you will be able to keep customers for a while through selling yourself as the more affordable option, but people are smart and will catch on to the fact that is a bit deceiving."
Pros: "Boarding was smooth, the plane was new, clean and comfortable ( I paid extra for a roomier seat),"
Cons: "I wish I could've charged my phone on the plane"
Pros: "On time, nice flight, plane "mascots", clean planes"
Cons: "Extra fess for: assigning a seat - any seat, food on board, any bags I would prefer to have the "bundles" offered when booking flight that include one or more of these options. For example: one bag, seat assignment, and a drink & snack for a flat fee when booking."
Pros: "Ticket price"
Cons: "Upcharges for everything, no reclining seats, no entertainment option on 4.5 hour flight"
Cons: "Flight was delayed 4 hours and I ended up in Chicago"
Pros: "Crew was very friendly"
Cons: "Seats insanely uncomfortable"
Cons: "We reserved a seat and PAID an upgraded price for the reserved seats and they put us on stand by! They were so rude about it as well. I will never fly with them again"
Pros: "Staff was slightly friendlier on the flight. ( not yelling/chastising guests)"
Cons: "Everything. It's dirty, uncomfortable, and they provide absolutely nothing to customers. In fact, they wait until you have to check in to tell you there's an additional $10/seat charge associated AND $30/carry-on bag. Not worth the deceptively cheaper ticket cost."
Pros: "Friendly and couteous"
Cons: "How the seat selection goes, having to pay more to have a different selection"
Pros: "good experience"
Cons: "Very small seats, very little hospitality. Our flight and 4 more flights had to wait 3 HOURS for baggage (no exaggeration) due to weather. I understand a small wait, but 2 hours after the weather alert has been lifted, as was posted at baggage claim, is unacceptable, especially when other airlines are getting bags. We will never fly Frontier again."
Cons: "It would have been nice to have a drink and a snack."
Pros: "Everyone was very nice. They tried very hard to please. I pre-boarded with my son, so my boarding was excellent."
Cons: "It was the most uncomfortable I have ever been in a long time! I guess you get what you pay for. I know the flight was cheap, but I had to get to Texas fast and affordable. So this flight absolutely met my needs."
Pros: "In order to have cheap fares, Frontier charges fees for EVERYTHING. Carry-on luggage, anything besides water, etc. If you can fit everything you have into a small backpack and bring your own snacks, no big deal. If not, I'd recommend a different airline."
Pros: "Clean seats"
Cons: "Same as previous."
Cons: "I could not get my boarding pass because I was sent the wrong boarding number. Therefore I could not get past security which meant I missed my flight. No Frontier personnel to help me either."
Pros: "I woke up to an email 31/2 hours before my daughters flight was suppose to leave Atlanta informing me that the flight was canceled. Called customer service where the man I spoke with was unable to or unwilling to tell me anything except that "yes it looks like the flight was canceled". His suggestion was to have my sister drive my daughter an hour and a half to the airport to see if there "might" be a flight available through another airline. Frontier did not have any flights going to or near RDU that day.Since my daughter had to be in Raliegh that day I spent the next 10 hours in the car going to get her. I did receive a refund but only because I requested one, otherwise they just don't refund automatically."
Cons: "Customer service represenitives are not very informative. The flights may be slightly cheaper but you have to pay for checked baggage as well as carry on bags. When checking her in the night before and picking a seat in coach my sister had to pay a "fee" for her seat, so an additional fee of $57 dollars for one bag and a seat.... Really?"
Pros: "Seats good. On time."
Cons: "No drinks. Only water."
Pros: "The crew was pleasant and helpful for those with screwed up flights"
Cons: "Flight was delayed the excuse given was lame so it was caused by the airline. I have not flow frontier in some time the delay coupled with the worlds most uncomfortable seat. Pretty much ensures I will note fly Frontier again for some time"
Cons: "The delay. Lack of customer support. They nickel and dime you. Unhelpful staff at airport."
Pros: "Good price. The flight was on time. Excelent service"
Cons: "They don't offer anything to eat free"
Pros: "Leg room"
Cons: "Not being able to book my seat online without being charged. Also being charged for drinks and no complimentary snacks. Seats no able ro recline and ridiculous prices for snacks. The plane was also not clean."
Cons: "The flight was delayed, but there was no a bit updated. We sat for more than 1 hr. The caption did not say a word in the air."
Cons: "Customer service was rude. Seats were ironing boards with pleather covers, we were all especially jammed in. Airline crew was not pleasant. The best thing was when it was over."
Cons: "Worst experience ever. I am a frequent flyer and I will NEVER give frontier my business again. Our flight was delayed without explaination... Hidden fees... I paid $350 to bring 3 bags. And I had to pay for my seat... ludacris... I was 45 minutes early for my departure and was told I was 2 MINUTES too late and I could not board the plane. ZERO courtesy, compassion, or help from the crew. They gave me a blank stare as I balled like a baby (Trying to get home to my infant son) ... Proceeded to tell me there was nothing they could do and that for $200 I could fly home the following night!! 200 dollars for a flight I already paid for!!... They even charge for WATER for crying out loud ... I could go on... pitaful."
Pros: "will never fly frontier in my life."
Pros: "It's so nice to not be bombarded by mircrowave radiation durint the flight, thank you for not having wi-fi onboard, we appreciate it!"
Cons: "Seats could be more comfortable"
Pros: "See above"
