Cons: "The main issue I had was that we sat in row 34 and the noise from the engines often made it difficult to hear announcements, even with headphones in. Look into possibly zoning the audio and turning it up a click or two for rows behind the engines."
Pros: "Great staff, snacks and beverages. Plane was brand new and nice. I think it had humidifier which was really nice"
Cons: "No TV behind seat. Boarding was a bit messy"
Pros: "Delta auto-booked me so I didn't have that worry once I arrived in Atlanta."
Cons: "Their system gives too-short layovers so any delay at the point of origin means a risk of missing connections. Many people on my flight were worried about connections because Delta delayed our start by over 30 minutes to "change a switch," whatever that means. Then for passengers with short connection times, they should NEVER be seated in the rear of the plane when it takes 20-30 minutes for the rear-seated passengers. Not very consumer-oriented."
Pros: "For the first time in a ling time I felt if I dropped something I didn't have to kiss it goodbye. My knees and back didn't hurt by the end of the fight. I know longer felt like a sardines in a tin."
Pros: "Pretty much nothing"
Cons: "Delta. They just hate their passengers"
Pros: "Helpful attendants and speedy boarding."
Pros: "Left reasonably on time, arrived a bit early, able to find overhead storage for my roll-on, even boarding in Zone 3"
Cons: "Very tightly packed; minimal comfort for the flight."
Pros: "Very early"
Pros: "I fly Delta Airlines 2x a year and if I had to go on this flight experience alone I would never fly with them again. This particular flight attendant. Brunette who wore all red~ like she had a personal conflict with us from the moment we walked on the plane. We were sitting in the back and could hear the things that she was saying about my grandson and myself. She was rude, snotty, had a sassy mouth. I was COMPLETELY APPALLED as to the way we were treated by her. It was a long flight to have someone you felt was bullying you the whole flight to the moment we were exiting the plane. Karma will come back to her one day..."

Cons: "Flight got delayed and I had to reschedule. The process of rescheduling was a mess and took too long"
Pros: "Bags arrived on the belt quickly"
Cons: "Why is there not saying precheck to use after you've been funneled through customs? ATL is advanced enough to have kiosk for arrival, even for those confused and not with global entry, but then forces you to wait in security line instead of the typically faster tea precheck line. Every minute I'm in line, I'm not spending money"
Cons: "Told to drop down a class on arrival at gate."
Pros: "The crew was nice"
Cons: "I didn't like the fact that I didn't get my luggage with me when I arrived to casablanca as I lived 4 hours away from the casablanca. I have to come back the next day to get my luggage. I was very mad about it.plus I noticed one of my luggage has been damaged so now I have to buy another one because I can t use it. It was disgusting."
Pros: "The flight crew was nice and polite. They served drinks and snacks in a timely manner while on the flight."
Cons: "Flight was scheduled to leave early, the plane arrived, but they couldn't turn the plane around fast enough. We left the gat late, then pilot said we would still be arriving half an hour early. We arrived about 45 minutes late, and that was a problem because our connecting flight was due to depart now in 15 minutes. Lightning forced the airport to shutdown, which was great, we had a chance to catch our flight, but we were stuck in the airplane, and we couldn't get to our gate until the all-clear. I know this is not Delta's fault, but they did arrive quite late on a flight that, according to them, would be early. They also never communicated to the other flight that there were several passengers catching that connection. So by the time we had ran to catch our connection they had closed the ramp. Lightning hit again, and they shutdown the airport once again, so the airplane was still at the gate for about an hour, and they did not allow the 20+ passengers to board that plane, which was right there. So frustrating. The only thing that saved it was that our new flight was the new airbus, and although it left an hour and a half later, the comfort level was phenomenal."
Pros: "When flying using the big carriers, Delta is becoming our go to airline for timeliness and comfort."
Cons: "Changing my flight , with out notice or short notice.. Abdi.!!"
Pros: "The passenger seated next to me with a sense of humor about our situation."
Cons: "For some reason when I booked my flight, for this leg of it, I had "get seat assignment at gate". Once I got my seat assignment I thought I had a window seat: however, when I boarded the plane, I realized that I was in the very last seat of the plane in the window position, but no window. I was crammed in next to a wall and claustrophobic the whole way as I couldn't see anything, couldn't recline at all because behind me was the bathroom, and the engine roared at times in my ears to where I couldn't hear the passenger next to me when we tried to have conversation as the engine was right outside my "wall". We joked, when we could hear each other, that we must've pissed someone at Delta off the last time we flew them. I have no idea why I had to get my seat assignment at the gate for this particular flight, or why I was put in the 'flying coffin' seat, but it made for a very unpleasant experience. Why even have that seat in the plane? Everyone pays a lot of money to fly these days and deserves better than that seat when doing so. just take those two seats out and give everyone else a little more leg room = much better passenger experience for everyone...my suggestion if Delta really cares about the quality of passenger experience."
Pros: ".....delta in Washington was great changed my flight so I didn't have delay !!!!!! Will always use"
Pros: "Everything was great. Not one complaint."
Cons: "My flight from anchorage was delayed over an hour so I miss my connecting flight and had to stay over night in the Seattle airport..."
