Flight was great except for lunatic lady and her mother sitting middle/window who went nuts when the woman on the aisle wouldn’t stand up right away to let them out even though the aisle was full. Police had to be called. Some people just shouldn’t be allowed to fly.
Flight attendants were wonderful. Seats were comfortable “Nicest” bundle). No screens or meal, but it is a budget airline.
it is an economy airline so lack of perks expected .. however an efficient board, clean plane, pleasant crew and an early arrival for half the price of full service airline
Very quick and easy process from check in to deboarding and baggage claim. Crew was professional and friendly. Flight was smooth and on time. Very convenient for short flights.

It was pretty good. Only thing that makes our boarding uncomfortable was, that we had to pass TSA at terminal 1 and after that walk 15 minutes to terminal B, because bus was insufficient to take so many people and waiting time for the bus was more then 1 hour.
I was surprised with Breeze Airlines. It was my first time flying with them, and I was hesitant. It was a great experience. The seats are really comfortable. You have much more space than other airlines, and they are better quality seats. The service was amazing, and we landed almost an hour before schedule. It was an amazing experience; I really recommend Breeze Airlines.
Breeze was good but the sandiego airport had traffic and waiting 1 hour in the plane till take off
This was my first time flying your airline and it was okay. The people were nice but I am not used to all the add ons and no movies or even water. But I knew it was going to be that way. I think I prefer paying for the extras to be more comfortable.
Check in was a breeze. Crew was amazing! The two seater had more leg room than the three seater. No snacks available, only for purchase. No internet available, only for higher paying ticket. booking through a third party was misleading - purchased with carry-on, but it did not really come with carry-on.
Flight was smooth. We boarded early and left Grand Rapids about a half hour ahead of schedule. We then arrived in Lakeland about 40 minutes early. Flights attendants (3) were welcoming and pleasant. Wish we would have at least been offered to buy a bottle of water. No beverage service at all.
I really liked the young man who checked me in and took my bags! He was so kind and was very helpful! I told my sister about the great service and him and she said that is why she flies Avelo Air.

Short 2-hour flight, we took off on time, ETA was earlier than stated, no interaction needed with stewards, no food, no entertainment on such a short flight.
Expect nothing and you will be fine. Seats are crammed.
Airline was the only available airline during the Southwest cancellation. It was easy to book. Lowest available fair. Convenient airports. Everything was great. Problem was, they didn’t release what gate flight was departing. The woman at the ticket booth didn’t know which terminal they were boarding and wanted me to wait in 30+ minute line versus telling me to look for flight kiosk. Burbank gate was packed. Otherwise the flight was perfect!!
Barely room for the tray table to come down. Clearly a budget airline that overcharges for every additional service.
It was a smooth and short flight and the pilot got us to our destination early. Had it been a longer flight, a snack and drink would have been nice. But this flight was perfect. Thank you.

It was a short, comfortable flight. It did leave an hour late due to the pilot having to be replaced (family emergency) but that didn’t inconvenience myself & my friend. The situation was explained, eventually.
UA594 was delayed multiple times. I ended up getting picked up so I can make it in time for work 6AM on Monday, 7/6/2026

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly at all times! They went above and beyond to get us into an earlier flight in San Diego to make our connection in SFO possible, because our original flight did actually not make it! I did so much appreciate the UA team and how they made this possible. We also didn’t have seats together on the long flight to Singapore, but they found us seats together last moment with no additional cost! Nobody sat next to us, so that we were able to sleep! Thanks to UA for improving their service and Underpricer for booking this trip! Please be careful: 1,5 hrs for transfer in San Francisco might not be enough time in the future
Seat pitch is horrible especially on the 15 hour flight. Gate crew at SFO was Outstanding. The flight crew was also great.
Late plane. Only one crew on the ground so we b had to wait for Denver flight to come in, board, and depart. At 78 yrs of age I was not pleased trying to get my connection. What really made me angry was the notification you sent me to hurry up or I would miss my connection. Why tell me to hurry up when you got me in late. It was not a good way of treating customers.

I was supposed to be on business class at first class from Denver back to Miami due to weather changes. I missed my connection and it’s put on a flight to Fort Lauderdale. Instead of honoring my business class/1st class ticket, they put me in coach, but there were two first class seats open. I think it’s absolutely disgusting that I paid for first class $1300 ticket and they put me in economy and they had to open seats available and I have still not been refunded the difference. I ended up having to eat a snack box instead of the meal I was supposed to get and did not get home till 2 AM so I think that’s a little pathetic that I had to live off crackers for dinner And my poor dog ate some cheese and salami. Oh yes, apparently when they switched me to the new flight they forgot to mention I had a service dog
Crew and snacks were great. It’s nice to have free wifi for entertainment, but there wasn’t anywhere to place my phone (ie Alaska Airlines). Also the gate was right next to another that was boarding at the same time, so it was difficult to tell where the line for our flight was. Also, they didn’t have a speaker system and had to yell for different groups. Had I not gotten a text that the flight was boarding, we might have missed the flight.
