Cons: "Boarding process was needlessly complicated — just assign everybody a seat beforehand. Gate agents were rude. Seats are very uncomfortable and it’s difficult to sleep on red eyes. It should be prohibited to fly 737s cross-country."

Pros: "I just really like the customer experience with Alaska. I dislike flying, but Alaska makes things as painless as possible."
Cons: "I don't think anything could've been better, it's not possible to be comfortable in coach, but we all already know that."

Pros: "The crew was good. The seats were fine. Movies were good."
Cons: "It was chaotic getting to the desk to book a seat. I had to check my carry on luggage as there was no room in the overhead area. Due to delay taking off we we're a half hour late arriving."
Pros: "Crew very helpful especially considering I had a child with me. Boarding process was very easy. Departure process was very easy."
Cons: "Food and seating could have been better considering the price for first class."
Cons: "Timing, too long we were hanging in the air, just before the airport and also too long wait on runway."
Pros: "The plane flew me safely to my destination. Nothing unpleasant happened. Those are the best things I could say about it."
Cons: "Overhead bin space was full when I boarded (I was in row 9!), so I had to check my roll aboard and hold my backpack at my feet the whole flight. The bin space above my row was being used to store trays of snacks for the food service. Don't they have somewhere else to store service items so bin space is available for passengers? In explicably we left sunny and calm Burbank 45 minutes late. No water was offered until we'd been on the plane for 2 hours."
Pros: "Large legs room between seats and wifi on board! But not available in this flight!"

Cons: "The seats were awful and uncomfortable. Payed 100 dollars extra for even more leg room and barely had any. Such an old plane for such a long flight. The seats in the first row barely fit a female with hips. The in-flight entertainment was staticky and you could barely see the TVs. Overall, one of the worst flights I have taken on JetBlue."
Pros: "The crew was great. They seemed to show that they cared. A passenger next to me was not feeling well, so one of the crews kept checking on her, offering her water and ginger ale."
Cons: "The Wi-Fi connection was spotty throughout the flight. Maybe because it was an older plane (A320). I flew in A321 BOS-LAX and the Wi-Fi was much more reliable."

Cons: "My sister’s checked in luggage was in poor shape when we got it in Albany. We noticed an outside compartment was unzipped. So we checked to see if anything was missing and a souvenir from Mexico was gone. Then we realized a zipper was missing from the luggage and then decided to check all the other compartments and realized her bag of jewelry was gone. The woman at baggage services in Albany told us Delta is not responsible for lost belongings. Also tried to tell us theft is not an issue because there are cameras everywhere. Well you are telling someone that is missing a bag of jewelry that theft is not a problem. Also, there may be cameras everywhere but I doubt anyone is going to review those cameras to see what happened. I will never fly Delta again."
Cons: "Turn on the lights before landing graduallyb- noone likes bright fast - too nasty;"
Pros: "The food was exceptional! I’d order it again at a restaurant if I could!"
Cons: "Still normal awkward/tight economy seat. It’s to be expected but the coat hook and free slippers make it better than a lot of other airlines."
Pros: "Crew nailed it. Came by not just for food and drinks but also frequently enough to collect trash/plates/empty cups."
Pros: "I needed extra space because of my pregnancy, but didn't realize I couldn't upgrade my seat online or at check in. I was advised to tell the Boarding attendants I needed extra space and they promptly changed my seat and let me preboard. I'm so grateful and I had a wonderful flight back home. I was also very sick, so it was a relief knowing I could rest comfortably before arriving home to my children."
Cons: "Small aircraft, 2 seats on each side of the aisle, but that’s what you get when you fly short legs now."

Delayed flight impacted my meeting with International clients. Very disappointing experience!
Gate lady was short & annoyed with us when we had already missed our connection to Albuquerque. She finally gave us both center seats. American Airlines is my least favorite airlines.
My flight change many times and after it was canceled and I have to stay 1 more day

Cons: "The boarding in Burbank was chaotic and caused delays. Resulting in a longer delay to my final destination."

Cons: "Flight attendant was the most intense covid person I’ve experienced on any flight... militantly going up and down the isles making sure everyone’s mask was perfect. Annoying to say the least."

Cons: "I paid additional money for 3 seats together, when I got to check in I was told I cannot do that. I had to sit separately from my children. I was sat next to an obese man. I kindly asked the flight attendant if I can take empty seat across the aisle from me and was told no without a reason. I thought we were doing social distance ,but apparently not. As for there earlier claim of no 3 seats available next to each other .. it was obviously a lie because the seats just across from me where empty. I hope not to fly on American Airlines again."

Cons: "This flight was on Canadian Air under the auspices of United. I was not allowed into the United Club lounge despite the fact that I had business class ticket. I was informed that a business class ticket isn't sufficient for using the lounge when flying domestic. It is only good when flying international. They call that customer service. I generally avoid domestic airlines because of the customer service. The flight attendants were not happy to serve you. It's a small flight but they didn't even offer a snack -- you had to ask for it. And then they brought over a small basket with nuts, chips, candy bars, and a muffin. I took a muffin and it stuck to the roof of my mouth -- very poor quality. When I asked for a snack the flight attendant replied cocktail or soft drink never saying whether or not a snack was available.. She said this a couple of times before I could repeat that I wanted a snack to which she replied you want something to drink with that. I've been on many short flights in Asia and they will deliver a full meal and you don't have to ask for it. There was no entertainment but United did send an email explaining how I could purchase entertainment to play on my own device."
Pros: "Got home without delays. As satisfactory as possible in economy class."
Cons: "Much better flight back than going to switzerland"
Pros: "Flight was delayed by 3 hours. Hostess was super loud repeated destination at least 100 times."
