Pros: "The crew was great. They seemed to show that they cared. A passenger next to me was not feeling well, so one of the crews kept checking on her, offering her water and ginger ale."

The West Jet rep was very good and located the bags and they were delivered as promised. You should provide 3 page detailed instructions on how to handle Toronto. I am a seasoned traveler by the way. I’ve never seen anything worse. I could go on and on."

Upon arrival in China the 144 hour travel visa was granted with no problem within minutes, but the U.S. staff was completely befuddled by the possibility. The interrogation was completely stressful and resulted in a reschedule of the original flight and during the second attempt at flying even an email from the U.S. consulate with a link to the Shanghai/Chinese government immigration site was deemed "not official enough". i will be expecting proper compensation. I was once given an $850 travel voucher for voluntarily giving up my seat, and was flown first class to Hawaii, given 4 star accomodation and then flown first class on to China within 48 hours. This was an involuntary bump from our chosen flight time, all because of a lack of knowledge about current visa regulations and international law on the part of the check in staff. We have been loyal Delta users for over 15 years, and this was the biggest blunder ever. Also humiliating and extremely frustrating, stressful and a big problem with fulfilling our travel plans between son and father."

There should be backup crew available and when there are delays, the passengers should be kept informed. There should be other flight options available when this happens. I never received an apology from anyone I encountered throughout the process, and some personnel were rude even though I was polite."

She was asked to move to the back of the plane (seat 32) a middle seat...where she was sick the whole ride so you could do the "shuffle" of passengers....it's poor business practice. When I have a choice I fly SW now."

Cons: "The Overnight flight I had was EXTREMELY uncomfortable. Too uncomfortable to even sleep at all. The seating is so tight, I could barely move my legs when the seat in front of me was reclined (and I am tiny!) I landed after my connecting flight was already boarded, causing an employee from the airline to announce my name over the intercom on the plane and tell the passengers to "clear a lane for me." I ran with my suitcase over my head, bumping into people and making it to my next gate...where I was told there was ABSOLUTELY NO ROOM for my carry on...which was also, very tiny. I specifically did not want to check my bag because I needed to immediately hop off the plane to make it to work on time. Another customer was VERY upset about having to check his bag and was pulled aside. I finally was told I needed to check my bag at the gate to get on. So i did. As I entered the plane, about half of it was COMPLETELY empty with PLENTY of room. I was floored. About 10 minutes later, the very angry man happily entered with his carry on and stored it easily in the overhead bin. My frustration was at a peak. But I said nothing. When I arrived to Newark, I rushed to baggage claim and guess what? After 30 minutes of waiting, my bag never showed up. I had to check in with information and finally found it. But this caused to me to be late for work. I have usually had a great experience with United. But this experience has changed my mind completely and am very upset."

I paid $330 for a FULL seat to myself, not so I could share the space with the people beside me because United allowed them to purchase 2 seats for 3 people. As a full-paying customer I shouldn't be the one to suffer because of it."

I got like a zesty ranch snack and I was happy I brought my own snacks."

I was unable to do so. Even the desk associates were unable to do so. So they gave me a phone number to call and told me that they would refund me $12. Well, I got unnecessary attitude from the person (Arya) with whom I spoke with when I was being calm and collected. That's what pushed me over. I can handle bumps in the road calmly until I'm getting attitude from the customer service."
Pros: "The flight was great and we enjoyed the airline but the kids behind us on the way back were awful! Loud, feet in our backs, music without earphones. Not sure the airline could fix that if we had complained and it wasn’t their fault. We will DEFINATELY fly with them again. Timely, great staff, great value too."

Flights are almost always delayed so don’t have anything immediate you need to do because you may not make it in time. Cons: "Flight was canceled 15 minutes before take off along with 200 other flights that day from frontier. We eye told to go stand in a 10 hour customer service line if we wanted help only to find out no one could really help. This was a disgraceful way for frontier to handle a mass cancellation and I will never fly with then again. It was pathetic."
Cons: "We arrived at 9:30am for our 11:55 flight, and promptly spent the next hour and a half JUST in a massive line to drop off our bag, even though we'd already checked in online. Then, after we finally got to our gate, we saw that all the other flights for Frontier were starting to get delayed or canceled, so of course we got worried about ours, but despite frequent checks with the gate agent, we were told no no no, don't worry, our flight was still going forward. It got delayed, then delayed again. Finally, it got delayed to 6:18pm, but we were told a crew was flying in from Chicago, so not to worry, we would DEFINITELY be on the plane and out of there by 6:45 at the LATEST. 6:45 comes, 6:45 goes, and no crew. The pilot has been sitting outside the gate this whole time, and we see him go up and shake his head at the gate agent. They announce: the pilot has timed out, he can't fly us anymore, even if we DO get a flight crew. But they don't cancel it! Oh no, not yet. They still have two more hours to make us miserable, why would they cancel the flight? So we sit there as they tell us they might be able to get another pilot from another flight don't worry they're going to try. Meanwhile, we can't self-cancel our flight and get a refund because they've already loaded our bags onto the empty plane without a crew, and they won't get individual bags back, so those of us with a checked bag are trapped at the airport until this awful airline finally decides to let us go. Finally, at EIGHT PM, they do announce that our flight has been officially canceled, and what are we offered in compensation? A refund, or a ticket on a (fully booked!) flight on their airline two days later. No hotel vouchers, no tickets on any other airlines. Just a refund of a ticket you bought months ago so that you can buy an astronomically expensive ticket at the last minute on another airline, or a rebooked ticket on an overbooked plane in two days that will probably be canceled, too. We took the refund, rented a car with the money, and drove overnight to get home instead. Anything was better than being anywhere near Frontier Airlines for another minute. Avoid this toxic waste dump of an airline."

Cons: "The schedule (depart at midnight) and the length (2.5 hours) make it a brutal experience. It is too short to get some sleep, and with the time difference you arrive in the "morning." However, when you arrive in Charlotte you will have to wait for everything to open (car rentals, Starbucks, etc.), as the entire airport is sleeping. It is cheap, but is is rough."
Pros: "On time. But getting to Denver early, then sitting on the tarmac for 15 minutes till the gate opens does not mean they should get bonus points. I agree and can validate the other negative reviews."

Falling asleep means hitting your head on the tiny little metal drink tray.in front of you. 4) A small cup of bad coffee, $2.79 5) No room for heavy winter coats, Pretend 'courtesy' is Not for the claustrophobic. Be sure to pre treat with Xanax at the first boarding announcement, Again after boarding for any flight over 2 hours."

Passenger behind me complained that she could not even cross her legs during flight. Comfort is based on an 11 years old small child."

The seats are uncomfortable 4. No drink service during the flight. 5. Ended up paying 2/3 the cost of the original ticket in fees the day of my flight. 6. Our flight was delayed 30 minutes, but the front counter said Nothing about it being delayed or what time what time we were boarding, updates, etc. If I could rate them less than a star I would. Terrible experience and terrible company ideas. I will not ride when them again because I don't want them to think this is acceptable service from the airline business. I hope they go out of business soon."

Cons: "The plane arrived at 2:30 pm at the international gates, but arrived over a half hour late to our gate (almost 6pm), so boarding was delayed. Then we sat on the plane for an hour waiting for a pilot. And the weather was poor, so we waited another half hour to leave. In total we left 2 hours late. And the flight was only 1 hour and 20 min long. The weather the airline can't help, but the other 2 problems seemed to be poor management by the company."

There were only 2 people at the counter (once I finally found out I had to go back up to departures) and I was asked to put my information down on a notepad (because that's secure?!) and they would call me sometime later when they found my bag and she was very unfriendly about it, no eye contact and attitude. Did I mention that it was 5 am?! Unacceptable. Luckily the other woman working the counter offered to locate my bag and file the claim. (THANK YOU) Then I found out that was the only flight from Denver to Charlotte and I'd have to wait at least 24 hours before I got my bag back....Not a great experience with frontier. Customer service line---- TERRIBLE. I really would have loved to speak with a HUMAN BEING. Also the food selection on the flight was not good, would have been great to have an actual meal to buy with a flight that was over 3 hours."
