I corrected her by telling her that, no, I boarded early because I paid US$45 for an Extra Space seat. She made a face gesture and rolled her eyes. Very childish and unprofessional. She also seemed to have trouble reading the instructions clearly."

Pros: "Just two members of the crew in my entire trip were very responsive and attentive with people during the flight Angel and Roberto."
Cons: "Aside Angel and Roberto from the crew, everything else was a disaster with this flight to New York and specifically with JetBlue. Always on delays with every single flight that I had take before, crew personal with a bad attitude and a non effective communication with other passangers. We even lost our first flight returning to our destination because of a misunderstanding with a passanger and one crew member, they made all the passanger to get out of the airplane, after being inside for an hour, then they told us that we lost the flight and they will accommodate us in other flights. We were left there without no hotels, and returning flights with absurd hours of flight and stop, instead of one as before direct to our destination. They report the incident as if it was a weather issue and JetBlue didn’t gave accommodation to all the passanger because of the supposedly reason of weather conditions, and in that manner they don’t provide hotels. By phone I changed my flight to next day and a direct flight back home, but at the counter at the airport they were very mean and with no ways to attend passangers."

These jokes were not only not funny, they were making them at the top of their lungs as if they shouting to someone miles away. There were some passengers travelling with pre-teen children also speaking so loudly, it was more like shouting."

The terminal was dirty, crowded, and everything was shutting down even though people we still looking for food, beverages, Etc (so passengers make sure you are fed / prepared if you’re flying late out of Newark). There was miscommunication from almost every step and even on the play, delays were not conveyed. I’ll definitely avoid booking this flight with the airline & airport moving forward."

There is no guidance out of gate to assist passengers that transfer to get on the right gate on the right bus. In AUS, there is not any announcement for luggage belt. An announcement would be helpful to new arrivals to this airport."

Frustrating not to have a seat assignment until boarding had already begin (would have gone SWA if we wanted that mess)."

Ordered dinner, was almost as tasty as a Stouffers meal (it was some type of glop of lamb). 7 hours into flight the menu advertised a warm chocolate chip cookie, asked for one was told they THOUGHT they were out, came back about an hour later said the found one, but it wasn't warm, so I passed (not a real fan of eating food they found) About 8 hours into flight , the attendant said out of the blue that they were sorry about not providing the meal all together as requested, but that the other attendant didn't know they offered that service."

I think that if the flight is delayed, the airline should let passengers know where the close connection gate assignments are to save them time (my flight landed ten minutes after my connection was boarding). 2. The carry on luggage section was impossibly small so I had to gatecheck my bag and it took five minutes to get my bag back. Given the tight connection, this created additional anxiety."

I informed them that the website indicated it would waive baggage fees to certain destinations if checked in at the airport before a certain date. Another Delta agent nearby had to show them a copy of the policy before I could get my baggage fees waived."
Cons: "The poorly staffed bag check at BTV was maddening. We waited in line for what felt like 15 or more minutes. Boarding was also badly managed and took 20 minutes or so. There was no jetway so passengers had to walk a distance to the plane. The attendants all seemed to be having a bad morning. Not terribly friendly."

While that's the fault of Sun Country, it was very unpleasant. Also the carryon restrictions are ridiculous. I feel that Sun Country is extreme in allowing only one bag that fits under the seat. That's why all of the overhead bins were empty on a sold out flight."

Cons: "The seats were assigned at random and virtually no one got to sit with the people they were traveling with. We asked for help with this situation, but I really do not think the flight crew or check-in tried much to remedy. When on the plane the guy next to me was traveling with his family and they were all in separate seats on the plane, including his 8 year old boy, who was crying about it... it was a 5-6 hour flight. The other person next to me was not sitting with his wife, neither was I, it was such a scattered mess, it would've been better to let people just first come first serve their seats."

Extremely frustrating as they did nothing to help reschedule or reimburse. Use old planes, which don't have entertainment or outlets. Overall, very frustrated with the experience. I don't want to fly sun country again! (The flight on sun country going was terrible as well)"

Cons: "This was a red eye flight and the attendant was the loudest on flight. Constantly walking about and talking loud. Then just when the pilot indicated that we would be making initial descent - I quick got up to go to the bathroom and the attendant followed me, knocked on door and said I couldnt use the bathroom because we were less than 10,000 feet. Then about two minutes later, I hear a toilet flush and turn around and the same attendant who tells me that I cant use the restroom - comes out of bathroom door! She had long brown hair and glasses. So its ok for her to use bathroom but not me? And we didnt even land for another ten minutes!"

I also had a backpack and a purse - as did the other 4 people I was traveling with but they did not have to pay for their carry ons and were asked if they wanted to check their bags for free since it was a full flight. Overall the customer service on both my departing and return flights was very poor. Won't be booking a flight with Sun Country again anytime soon. Would rather pay more money for Delta where I get better service and amenities."

When I called on the second time she came with a cup half full and seemed irritated. I didn’t even bother asking for more water. They didn’t let me check in early enough to request roomier seats, even if we’d have to pay more given that my husband has knee surgery and needed the extra room. When I was finally able to ask, they were fully booked."

Cons: "No food, no drinks. They asked me to pay even for water. After a very long trans Atlantic flight, this being a connecting flight after a long a tired 11 hours layover in London. It is an embarrassing how the airline cares (or doesn't care) who travels with them, where the people are coming from so they can understand their needs. I don't think it would had make a difference to the airline if they would acknowledge connecting passengers and eventually try to make their experience a little easier. But asking for a glass of water and not getting any is an embarrassing experience for this airline. I will never fly with British if I can."

The earliest flight available is next day at 12pm which means I am going to miss work and I have been on hold with AA customer service exactly for 3 hrs now and still holding."

I don't know if Captain and the flight attendants were soft-spoken, or if the volume was not turned high enough, but I could hear less than have of what was said over the audio system."
Cons: "On the plane for approx six hours. Sat for two hours at the gate, then another hour on the tarmac. Would have been more bearable, but AA's seats are sooooooo close together, that there is nowhere near enough room to stretch legs when weather causes delays. AA's seats are the most uncomfortable (in regard to space and lumbar support) of the three major airlines."

Pros: "I flew coach for the first time in a year, and I was shocked at how poor the service was. Additionally, the aircraft was not maintained: broken sinks in the bathroom / most of the video entertainment was broken in Premium Economy Class. I had to cross the Atlantic for 9 hours with no movies to distract me. I'm shocked that the business class crew still treat coach passengers with disrespect as if they are second class citizens."

Cons: "I had reserved seats 31A and 15C for my flights 1561 and 6779, goinf Frankfurt to Dallas, and Dallas to San Jose. The charge for reserving seats was $182.03. Instead, I was put in mid-row seats 42D and 24E, on both flights. No notification or explanations from American Airlines or Kayak, and no refund...yet. Any comments?"
