Starlux is a great choice for long haul flights. It offers excellent foods and entertainment value. Ground staff are courteous, effective and efficient handing check-ins and understand travelers concerns. Flight attendants are equally great. They're full of positive attitudes and their goal is for traveler's getting destination with comfort and respect. Highly recommended.
Efficient boarding, on time departure. Cabin crew all nice looking and well dressed, helpful. Plane interior looked modern and new, fresh condition.
I thought all the while when I booked my flight I am entitled to check- in 2 luggages of 23 Kg each only to find out that the ticket I purchased online entitle me for only one luggage. I have been traveling for over 20 years and this is the first experience to such… so frustrating.
I was pleasantly happy with this airline, which is new to me. The crew was attentive and the seats felt better than most other economy. There was plenty of bin space. Glad I got to pick the seat I had(based on distance from baby image on seat map).
Business Class is a luxury that can be quite addictive. The priority and VIP treatment is great. We found a new favorite airline for our travels.

I took several flights that day, this was the only flight that was absolutely freezing!! It was so cold.

Was an easy and great flight. On time. Food was tasty and the only complaint I have is something no one could do anything about. Seems like there’s a lot of ill people in Korea these days and the flight was full of people coughing.
Good. Obviously there is a slightly condescending attitude of all American workers towards their customers but other than that all good.

I’ve always been impressed by the cleanliness of the toilets or, at least, its frequent monitoring, cleaning, and toiletry replacements. The in-flight service by flight attendants is superb.
I won't hesitate to fly with Korean Air again and agian....if I can get a good deal.

I was sleep when they brought the food. They had put a note on my seat. There was no food when I asked for food later. There was just one main meal served in this 14 hours flight. They offered me sandwich with ham which I don’t eat since I am pescatarian. Long story short I had to wait to get to TPE to get something to eat. I am extremely disappointed from the service. I have been flying EVA since I was 1 year old. Perhaps no more EVA for me. Seems EVA glorious day is long gone
Excellent food. Good service. Crammed Premium Economy seats. I Asked to change seats during check in. They told me the flight was fully booked. But on board I saw empty seats where I could have been easily relocated.

The app was awful. No accurate info. Paying for internet is a negative (Delta is free). The crew was very nice for the most part although you are not guaranteed to get good service. Some crew would ignore requests for things as simple as a cup of water if you were sleeping when the first serving was made. Food was great. Male crew member was exceptionally kind and responsive.
The staff was marvelous. The entertainment options were terrible, old or 2nd rate movies. I was unable to entertain myself for 18 hours-it made it seem even longer. Note: I thought about upgrading but your information about what was included was unclear. Are the seats bigger? Are there current moves? What kind of food do you get? Would the upgrade compare to Delta? Just saying the upgrade is better didn’t convince me and I regret not flying Delta.
EVA air was nice. It was the first time I’ve flown with them. The poor entertainment choices for 2 long flights will make me think about choosing them next time. I didn’t know if would effect me so much but I couldn’t sleep and it added to the stress. The food was terrible for me but I couldn’t find how to inform them about my diet when I bought my ticket.
I think the business class service has declined as compared to how it was years ago. I am not a fan of the hello kitty graphics. Boarding was long and not well organized. The lounge in Taipei was not very good, the food was very poor. Did not live up to many international business class lounges.
Boarding was good. It will be nice to have beer anytime. I asked for a beer at tea time & I was refused. Quite disappointed

Seats were comfortable with excellent legroom. Meals were also quite good. The cabin crew were excellent and very helpful. The check-in experience was also very smooth.

Everything was excellent except for the hot cabin during the two trips. Why would you keep the cabins cool hot?

Flights were late on every leg of the trip. Seating was narrow and uncomfortable, and food was below average. I complained directly to the crew, and ANA, and was offered no offset or compensation.
I have never been a big fan of airplane meals
Food was great, Entertainment was bad, movies were not current and just did not have good variety. Granted I was tired so cranky might have played into my evaluation. Overall based on cost I definitely would fly them again. I am a million mile flyer on another airline, the service on JAL really beats all airlines.

Was in premium economy. It is slightly better than economy, but the way the seat reclines actually makes it harder to sit (the seat slides forward and the foot rest comes up - you can lie fairly well reclined but you’ll have to sit cross legged because there is no place for your legs to stretch out. Food is basic economy. Service was great. All in all good, but may make more sense to pay more for business or save a bit and just sit in economy.
Seats in "Premium Economy" were noticeably more comfortable than those in "Economy" and worth the price. My only reservation is that the foot rest did not go higher up. If it did, it would have made the seat much more comfortable.
There were agents in Haneda that assisted us with our short layover, they actually escorted us from plane to gate! Amazing service and kindness maybe eclipsed other minor issues. I had difficulty with on line check-in and because I wasn’t able to do it we had to go to the airport without advance checking. They split my friend and I in seating arrangement twice. Food quality and coordination of entrees and side dishes was a little off. Seat comfort led me to posture where I had to lean backwards a little unnaturally, from an upright position
Attentiveness by crew was very good. The seats were uncomfortable seemingly too hard with inefficient cushioning. This was verified with my traveling companions. Also the incline button was inoperable.
I purchased the ticket online and went to do online check in amd the app wouldnt let me. I went to the airline desk and they couldnt confirm my ticket in their system. I ended up having to buy a ticket from the airline directly and paying twice for the same flight. The app wouldnt lwt me check in the kayak purchased ticket until after my flight was taken off.
A great flight experience - great seats, lots of ROOM for legs & in the aisle. Great attendants! My flight cost me the same as ZipAir, the website was WAY less confusing & wonky - this will be my 1st choice for my next Japan trip. Very pleased / well cared for.
Underpricer was terrible. They wanted to charge me $150 for a seat asignment. Kayak is responsible for letting this happen. Please let me know if this is going to happen in the future. If it is i will not use kayak in the future.
Checking in was hard because we had to enter our middle name with our first name and wasn’t told to. The representative from underpricer investigated it and called me back. We were very appreciative for him.
