The flight was delayed and food was averiage - only sandwich. The flight attendants were good and gave outstanding customer service 👍🏼
They broke the contents of my carry on that was forced to be checked in.
It was a pleasure to fly with EVA airlines from Taipei to San Francisco.
The soft service on EVA was superb from the quick and attentive flight attendants, to the turn down service, and excellent food. This all made my 11 hour flight very comfortable and relaxing.
everything was so good! Especially Food. It was the best I've ever had! However,I requested to add mileage point to Star alliance group ANA; it hasn't been added yet.... 😞

• Crew obviously hate their job • We were placed in the very back of the airplane even though we checked in 4+hrs before our flight • We were given food but since we were in the back of the plane, we were rushed to throw it away. • This was the most unorganized boarding experience. They just called “Group 1” to board and after that, it was chaos. Everyone was confused and they only spoke in Chinese.
Flight was comfortable., business class. Bathroom spotless all the way. Food was very good and presented beautifully. Flight attendants were efficient and professional. They made sure their travelers were well taken care of. It was a very comfortable trip.
The service and the food were excellent. Only the pajamas were a little tight for me (haha) but I managed. Thank you for recommending this airline to us
The crew assisted the super senior citizen and accommodated her requests. Experience with crew was excellent. However the aircraft did not have a separate business class cabin. Some of the small offer to improve confirmt of passenger like making a bed in helping them sleep, closing the cabin door would go a long way as some of the traveler are not even aware of these facilities. Once they know, they may prefer flying business.
Crews are rude and short. Example: after my drink and was ready to prep my bed to rest. I tried to give my empty glasses to the steward while she was playing her card game on her iPad. The steward told me to take the glass back to my table instead of taking the glass out of my hand. Compare Japanese steward it’s like heaven and hell.
I traveled business class from Lax to Narita flight Jl61. The crew was attentive and polite. Food was good quality and service was as it should be. Narita to Bengaluru Jl753was another story in business class. The cabin was darkened for the 9hr:30min flight, food was mediocre, service was below standard and crew can't speak English to save their lives. When you ask for noodles soup from Ala carte they gave cup of noodles while Lax to Narita i was served the best Ramen noodles in a big bowl. Why the disparity on this leg of the journey.....or is it because there were mostly Indian passengers and it really did not matter to Jal to bother as its a poor country and Indians refrain from speaking up? A good airline but differentiation like this brings their reputation and business down.
Japan Airlines was excellent as usual once on the plane. Cabin crew was wonderful as usual. Boarding was solid on the Honolulu leg. For Thai Airways the boarding was less organized. I was in an earlier group but they weren’t clear with the numbers or instructions. Flight crew from Japan to Thailand was very good.
Food was great, Entertainment was bad, movies were not current and just did not have good variety. Granted I was tired so cranky might have played into my evaluation. Overall based on cost I definitely would fly them again. I am a million mile flyer on another airline, the service on JAL really beats all airlines.
Attentiveness by crew was very good. The seats were uncomfortable seemingly too hard with inefficient cushioning. This was verified with my traveling companions. Also the incline button was inoperable.
Good, not excellent. We’re not informed about mattress pads in business class. My partner ordered food and didn’t get it
Great easy And smooth check in boarding and flight. Great experience. The allergen free meal was good because I could eat, but flavor and texture left a bit to be desired.

Liked the food. Needs improvement: 1) the flat bed was very hard and the set up was not at all passenger friendly 2) the announcement were impossible to understand even in English. 3) the flight information on the monitor was terrible it showed a airplane with no information like altitude, airspeed, heading. You could not zoom in or out to orient the aircraft to where you were in the flight. 4) movies were old and very limited as was the music selection.
The stewardesses were excellent! The food and service were great. I will definitely fly ANA in the future.

The food was terrible and totally inedible. If you are flying with ANA/United bring your own food it was a long flight to be hingry
Overall good except the checkin process at Bangkok airport. Can ANA explain why the line for business class is longer than that for economy? I, BC passenger, had to move from BC line to economy line to get faster service.

Excellent crew, food and comfort from LA to Narita. Flight from Narita to Manila was just okay, Food and comfort needs to improve. The business class was not comfortable.

Fast boarding. Cabin temperature was a bit warm, but I guess this is the standard in ANA. The Room seats are spacious, but not long enough for me.
Online check-in wasn't available. Boarding was smooth. Entertainment control panel froze during flight and wifi was never available for purchase. The food was very mediocre and the plane was filthy even in the business class seat with lots of different people's hair on the floor and generally visibly dirty in the nooks around the seat! Business class seats are also tiny. United Business class is very low quality compared to ANA or Emirates Business which are far better.
Waited a long time at JFK to board with no information being readily available.Left about 45 minutes late and it was 2:45 AM in JFK.Nothing todo. Second deck of the Airbus is more comfortable or seems that way because there is less people. Food was OK. The food on secondleg was better as we had ordered it before hand. We thought we had did that on the long first leg but we were told we did not. Cabin crew was generally nice. There are people who lean back when eating as they wait for food to be delivered and know no one will check -- drag. TV selection was awful movies OK. Comfortable all in all.
Not enough seat cushion. Butt was hurting especially on long flight. Not enough movie selection. Entertainment was outdated. Coffee served was cold. Other than that flight was good.

Typical Asian airline - flight attendants like robots - start food orders at first row and get to the last row right aisle last - no food selections left. 30 minutes before landing demanding everyone put seats back into upright position, window shades open and God forbid you might have to use the restroom a full 30 minutes left into a 1 hour 45 minute flight. At least the flight was cheap - but that’s the best I can say about it.
My favorite airline to fly across the Pacific. The Business class lounge is fantastic, the wonderful flight attendants are helpful and professional. Great comfort while flying.
The full flat bed was not that comfortable, hard and lumpy., too much space wasted with those bulky walls and divisions instead of making the bed 3-4 inches wider. The compartment where you put your feet is like a shoebox, poor design. Toilets of A350 are just too small, sink is too small
It was great. Expect that we left a bottle of whiskey which was a present for someone in the overhead bin and when we called the airline to see if they found it they told us we need to talk to the airport lost and found. We told them we called them and they said the airline is responsible for that but the airline kept saying it’s the airport. We told the airline agent on the phone that we want to speak to the manager and she did that the manager will call us the next day and that never happened. So please do better with this in the future. We use Discover a lot and we pay business class tickets and the lack of assistance on this matter is just not great customer service.

Check in was chaotic with only one counter for business class and first class. The luggage conveyor belt at JFK airport was broken so the flight departure was delayed which made the flight stressful as I had a tight connection. Although the captain said they could make up the delay, they didn’t do so.

Crew was friendly and competent. Food, wine, and entertainment were excellent except the raw tuna on the flight to Split. Recommend against serving that - at least as the only option. Many medical conditions do not allow people to eat raw fish.
It's a long flight and I would have liked better snacks between lunch and the arrival meal. It's fine to have fruit and nuts but I really don't like ramen because it's salty junk soup. I'd suggest sandwiches. They're not expensive nor are they hard to store for a long flight. The FA's had a couple of big services and they were super busy preparing, executing and then cleaning up. Then they disappeared.
The business class seat is exceptional. I wish the food is more palatable.

Flight was delayed by 3 hours. The pilot made up 1 hour during the flight, but that made the wait at the airport 5 hours once you factor getting there 2 hours early.
Nothing. I flew business class. I always try to avoid air Canada because it’s the worst airline and it’s proven on international level. Sad and embarrassing…
