Cons: "Boarding at Bali Airport is chaotic. This can hardly be attributed to Qatar Airways but this needs to be sorted out. When boarding began, it started with "Group 1" rather than business and other priority customers. It ended up rather chaotic with boarding halted at the end of the escalator causing a very uncomfortable situation as people struggled to get off the escalator."

It would have been nice if I was informed as soon as I landed so I did not have to wait for an hour unnecessarily. And the paperwork to report the missing baggage was totally Chaotic. Whoever barged to the counter and was aggressive got priority and taking down the details and giving us a receipt. This is probably my 5 or 6 flight in Qatar and it seems that you guys are slipping up as Emirates had done. Hope you don't."

This is unlikely and complex process for anyone while in airport to get access to print, scan etc. we wish this was more simpler process Cabin was too cold and staff deny bluntly to make any adjustment saying some other set of passengers complained that cabin is warm.. I have not seen anyone who could sit around with out blanket on them and we had to get double blankets and wrap ourselves in there"

My luggage was not delivered along with my flight and I had to file complaint to get it delivered. It caused lots of hardship as I had no way of contacting my family to let them know I had arrived and was safe. They were all worried when I didn't come out of the airport at Hyderabad in a timely manner since I traveled alone due to an emergency."

Cons: "Overall, the flight was fine. My comments are relative to BA 1st class. At best, I would rate it in the middle of the business class flights I've flown on other airlines. There is nothing about the experience that is actually 1st class from a separate lounge, to boarding, to in flight meals. The seats on my planes were worse than Turkish Airlines Business class (among many others). Storage around the seat is also FAR worse than other airlines products,even in business class. I had taken the same flights in November and 95-98% of the entertainment options were the same. There were, maybe, 2 new movies and 2-3 new documentaries/TV shows. The in seat charger only worked on one leg. Several meal options were "sold out." Mediocre at best."

I had to wait for the next flight enroute to Delhi rather than hyderabad directly. I had to wait for more than 10 Hrs at LHR and Delhi. There was heavy delay to reach my destination."
Cons: "Non-issue of boarding pass from LHR to Hyderabad at SAT airport USA. Callous attitude of the guy who didn't help me in getting me the boarding pass at LHR. Enrouting me through Delhi to Hyderabad instead of a direct flight I had to wait for more than 10 Hrs at LHR and Delhi. There was heavy delay to reach my destination."

Pros: "We didn’t make the flight from London to Rome because of flight delays. there was a huge time delay with our plane sitting on at the terminal and unable to de-board due to scheduling errors. This delay prevented us from making our connection to our next flight and now we are staying in a mediocre hotel for the night and have to wake super early and miss a day of fun at our final desitination. In general I would just move on, but we heard the customer service agent reference that they over booked the two flights to Rome. I guess we were the u lucky customers x two flights because we didn’t get a standby seat in the next flight then the prior agent gave us positive hope that we would get on. Lesson- make sure you have at least 3 hours between connecting flights."

I couldn’t check and and customer service of vayama didn’t want to help and asked me to call Iberia. I called Iberia and after staying on hold for 40 min they told me to use the same confirmation number of Iberia flight on British airlines website. After a long day and a long and expensive uber ride I made it to sfo to see the flight has been delayed... never ever ever going to buy an international flight from Iberia, and very hesitant about kayak redirecting sales."

Cons: "The BA flights I flew on were not new. Lie flat seat is not Best in the class. The movie collection is not uptodate. British airways in flight service levels are relatively inferior quality. The cabin and toilets were not spick-and-span. Toilets were not kept clean from time to time. The toileterries provided are not high in desirability quotient and can be improved in at least one leg of the international flights."

Pros: "The price of the flight offers is what made me purchase through kayak, but the disconnect with the airline and booking agency left me stranded and ultimately required me to buy a flight directly that will take me almost half a year to pay off not to mention the inconvenience of switching airports and sleeping on a bench for 4hrs."
Cons: "When I missed my flight, the airline would not offer assistance because I booked through an online vendor (webjet through kayak) and when I called webjet they failed to help me rebook, made me buy a new flight, then when I called looking for the flight information, they managed to cancel the flight and then claimed I had requested this when I had done no such thing. On top of this they only offer next calendar day booking so even though they are fully responsible for botching up the second flight I booked. I have talked to 10 individuals from different agencies. Everyone passes blame and responsibility off on someone else. On top of everything else, noone but the American Airlines representatives showed any empathy or concern for my being stranded for the night. Based on this experience, I will do everything in my power to dissuade people from using Kayak, webjet, amadeus and British Airways."

I had to walk to my room outside, and had leave in the morning in the dark as well. I was traveling alone. Please put your passengers in a better hotel, closer to the airport. I did not expect that from American Airlines."

Cons: "All the choices to eat were laden with gluten, salt, and sugar. Surely a salad is no heavier than what they carry, but might not last as long. For those of us gluten-sensitive, watching our glucose levels, or salt intake there’s nothing. A 40 minute gate change from B29 to A11 in PHX was barely long enough to walk far less find and buy a healthy meal. Yet again I arose at 4am and had nothing to eat until after 4pm. ALL the airlines can do better."

Cons: "There should be more number of check in bags for passengers. At the least the overhead bins should be allowed to the passengers."

Pros: "Flight was routine except that I was astonished and pleased that the movie was “Love Simon”. Thank you American for maybe helping to change some attitudes in the center of the country."

Cons: "American Airlines (British Airlines partners) are a horrible airline. My 8 am flight has a mechanical issue. Which they kept up on the plane till 11. Now no mater what other plane I catch idmiss my connection in Dallas. Which means I don’t get to Paris on time. Which ruined my plans to surprise my gf and propose to her. It took one call to British Airlines to get me rebooked. Something american was taking hours. I still won’t make it on time but at least I’ll make it. American then misplaced my luggage and it took two hours to retrieve it. Turns out it was sitting behind the counter the whole time the kept telling me it would be on the baggage flame area."

Pros: "Entertainment was available in front of us on a screen versus an onboard app, which was much appreciated."
Cons: "Oh man, I have so many things I need to say. I tried giving AA a chance, but compared to when I flew on WestJest two months prior for almost the exact same trip (I flew to San Francisco versus San Jose that time), WestJet was by far more superior in terms of customer service, boarding organization, and friendliness. First of all, what bugged me profusely was the lack of seat selection and the crazy pricing for certain seats. On WestJet, the emergency exit seats were available without any additional cost, yet AA was charging $66 USD to sit there. Furthermore, seats closer to Business class also carried a charge of $25 (or something like that) - ONLY because you get to board sooner. I would understand if there was extra legroom involved, but really, it's just a matter of sitting and getting off before anyone else. If anything, those seats should be given to passengers who have tight connecting flights and need to get off asap. even in those cases, you shouldn't be charging someone almost $30 just so they can make it to their next flight that YOUR company arranged within such a short time frame. But the most annoying thing about my trip with AA was the fact that I had to take out all of my belongings from my carry-on and carry them in my arms because there was no room left in the overhead compartments. Excuse me?? How is there not enough room? So I had to walk with my laptop, my iPad, my Beats headphones, my laptop and iPad charger, amongst other things, in my hands to the aircraft. Thank goodness I found a plastic bag, because otherwise I probably would have lost something expensive on that plane. Furthermore, as I walked to my seat, there was most definitely places that I could have stowed my carry-on luggage in the overhead compartments. You shouldn't let people put things like purses and bags of food in the overhead, when those can be stowed underneath the seats in front."

Cons: "The plane had several problems mechanically. After we boarded we spent another hour waiting for the problems to be repaired. It added an extra hour to sitting."

Pros: "Although the flight was delayed from San Jose and Chicago yet they reached as per original schedule time"

Pros: "Flight boarded on time and landed 30 minutes early. Best part is the gate was open in Chicago so we truly arrived early. Flight crew was great too. Very helpful and courteous."

Cons: "Airline throughout mentioned connecting flight passengers are okay as the flight will land almost at the scheduled arrival time but once onboard bluntly announced that we don't have further information. This is cheating"

Pros: "On time. Polite gate reps. Helpful crew. Smooth flight and on time."

Cons: "- This was an older Boeing 738 plane that American Airlines refurbished. It still has the old style overhead bins and just feels old, - Like on many on these older planes, the power outlets don't work. - No food offered, even for Executive Platinum member. Unpleasant crew."

Pros: "Legroom was decent and the flight was fairly empty. So lot of space."
Cons: "No vegetarian food though it was mentioned earlier."

Pros: "Smooth sailing. Staff pleasant and professional. Orderly flight"

Cons: "Not letting me know my first leg was operated by AA was very confusing and frustrating. I couldn't find Westjet at the airport at all. Had to guess from the departing time!"

Pros: "Boarding was fine. We started late but they managed to get us to our destination on time so I made my connection with no problem."
Cons: "I had on a jacket but I was so cold I was shivering. I asked if I could have a blanket but I guess they don't have those anymore. The stewardess did ask them to give us a little more heat but it must have gotten turned back because I was shivering again by the end of the flight."

Pros: "The gate agent was able to find me another option."
Cons: "The phone agent was really bad at helping."

Cons: "The flight was not smooth, it seemed like the pilot didn't know what he was doing. I arrived an hour early for my flight and my bag got left behind. I'm only here for a day and a half and my bag won't reach me for another 24 hours. Really poor experience with AA."

Cons: "Looks ghetto and no wifi"

Cons: "Onboarding crew made me pay 200 usd for extra weight without telling me that I could move lbs from one bas to another and pay less."

Cons: "This flight was added as they cancelled my flight directly to London then they dropped this flight and had just Phoenix to Lindon! It took many calls, one with over an hour wait, where were told different stories and expectations. I did not receive an actual ticket until the very morning if this flight!! It was very stressful!"

Cons: "Should enforce limits on carry on items which causes boarding delays and inconveniences. Some people with large personal items and backpacks and carry on take multiple storage spaces in overhead bins."

Pros: "Entertainment was good. Ground attendant at LAX was helpful and understanding at least..."
Cons: "Everything else. For starters, I purchased a ticket from LAX to Kiev with a 2 hour stop in Toronto. AIR CANADA never informed me I'll need an eTA and I had to do it under pressure of missing my flight at the airport. Connection was awful as well. My luggage never arrived to Kiev...."

Cons: "2,5 hours delayed. Econ seats are tiny with zero legroom."

Will tell everyone on my social media how awful this airline is to customers."

Cons: "Since my flight was delayed from calgary I had to sleep overnight to catch a morning flight. To my inconvenience I had to wait to have my seat assigned at the gate. I asked the rep at the gate to please have an aisle seat but she asked me to wait as she will call my name for seat assignments later. As I waited like she called many names and not mine, i again reminded her that she didnt call mine and she then just gave me my boarding pass without even apologizing that shr had put me in a middle seat. I told her i cant sit im a middle seat i need am aisle because I go to the bathroom often. she coldly said. "no more aisle seats". bad experience with ground staff in general as this is not the first time."

Cons: "Arrived 1 hr 15 min late."

Cons: "Employees seemed somewhat disorganized. There was not enough space in front of counter for people and there luggage. I ticketing agent would yell from far down the counter "Next...Next!) and finally walk closer so people in line could see/hear them. Then, often that next customer could not get to the counter in front of the agent because of the pillars and other people were blocking them. The space was too cramped. At boarding, Instructions over the loudspeaker were not clear and the video screens contained incorrect information about boarding. At one point the agent came out and yelled at everyone to "get out of line!, we are not boarding yet". I have never seen this process handled so poorly and I fly quite a bit."

Cons: "Baggage hasn't arrived after 45 minutes"

Cons: "Your worst nightmare. Lost my luggage and 24 hours can't even tell me where it is. Complete incompetence."

Pros: "Team was accommodating and helped with my4 year old kid to make the travel experience easier."
Cons: "Had to pay extra for bags. Policy wasn't clear when purchasing tickets, and was surprised to pay $25 per bag."

Cons: "The landing"

Pros: "We had requested special meals and they showed up fine on the reservation page o. AirCanad's web site. Then they changed the itinerary (again) with a minor improvement after we had upgraded to Business class. Somehow Air Canada deleted the special meals. Not just lost with the change but actively deleted according their rep. So no meals."

Cons: "Good flight.. but.. (1) GTAA Ground support on luggage is totally inadequate for this aircraft.. a 30 min wait after the long walk from the landing gate and clearing customs. (2) the new flight tracker program is idiotic with unrelated place names flying all over the screen with no clear sense of where we are."

Cons: "1. Boarding arrangement was very poor. 2. No zone number on our boarding passes. Although we were seated in seats 22,23, we were automatically pushed to zone 5 and forced to board last. 3. My wife and I were assigned two middle seats in two separate rows. 4. We were forced to check in our cabin baggage saying that there was lack of overhead space, but when we boarded among last passengers, there were a number of empty overhead bins. We could easily have saved 45 minutes in Toronto airport without having to wait for our bags."

Upon boarding, I sat patiently as I waited for my boarding group (3) to be called. Once my group was called up, i waited in line next to board while to the right of the line therw was an inpatient mob of group 4's & 5's eagerly waiting to board. The announcement of group 4 and 5 boarding sent the mob into a frenzy and they shoved their way in front of all of us group 3's knocking me down. The Air Canada staff did not assist nor did they do anything to regulate groups and ensure everyone's safety. I have never been more disappointed in an airline. Im fine now in case anyone cares."

Cons: "Pre-boarding wait is extremely long with all the different groups. Seems you always have a problem with carry on luggage so those in Group 5 will always be forced to check-in unwillingly. Staff taking ticket is unfriendly at gate - i was YELLED at because I had a thin garment bag along with my small international carry on and purse. it was considered 3 bags .... since when does a dress inside a garment bag warrant a full other carry on? It could have folded into my carry on but the purpose of a garment bag is so you do not have to wrinkled it in your luggage. He moved me to the side and told me I needed to check it in, I was NOT allowed to hang it in the plane b/c i'm not a business passenger. WTF. After 10 min of waiting on the side I folded up my garment bag and shoved it in my purse - after another 5 min he gave me my luggage and told me to head toward the plane. Worst. Flight. Ever"

Cons: "I' a small person is this i entirely uncomfortable, so i can't imagine what it's like for bigger ppl. BTW seems like Air Canada was just opening at 4am, so there were huge lines for checkin but no people were attending the Air Canada counters. THen at about 4:30 they all started coming out. For a 6am flight ppl are supposed to be there 2 hours before. I usually don't feel nauseated on planes but I did for this ride."
