Cons: The crew kept the temperature in cabin at 26 or 28 degrees Celsius. Whole trip felt like being in the oven. I will NEVER EVER FLY AUSTRIAN AIRLINES AGAIN.

Cons: The food was pretty basic/bland. The exception was the pancakes, which were very tasty.

Pros: Airbus airplane with four seats in the center for our family, good movie selection.

Cons: Check-in at Frankfurt Airport was hard, we were directed to kiosks that did not work properly and then finally found help at the family check-in counter. Food is very average. Had to take a bus for boarding the plane on an international flight.

My son 17 years old traveling alone once in Salt-Lake City should have been given priority for an overnight stay instead of sleeping on an airport bench! Dinner + Breakfast vouchers would also have been nice compared to the 15$ food voucher...

Pros: Horrible storms kept us in the air for at least an hour past our scheduled landing time. And yet we experienced virtually no turbulence. The pilots did an excellent job of keeping us updated, kept things as smooth as possible with the bad weather and we had plenty of movies and games to choose

Cons: I was charged an extra $100 because my bag was 10lbs overweight. Where is this crazy fee communicated on their website? And why does it have to be so much? I didn't have a way to weigh our bag before we left. I had no idea it was so heavy - ridiculous price.

Pros: I have flown to hk with Cathay and American exclusively. I wanted to try Finnair because the price was very good for business. I now know why. The food is mediocre. The staff aren’t friendly or attentive. At $2700 it’s cheap compared to CX and AA but I know why now.

Cons: Boarding at the airport was a nightmare. There were many other flights boarding at the same time and the lines were mixing together and everyone was confused.

Pros: Service was fine but nothing stood out in particular. We liked the newer Dreamliner.

Cons: Seat (economy) not comfortable. Less room that most other aircrafts in the same class. Seats seemed narrow. With all the extra charges, I would not consider Norwegian to be a ‘budget’ or low cost airline. In the end we paid the same, if not more, for a comparable ‘non-low cost’ airline.

Cons: The airline overbooked the premium cabin, but did not alert us until we were at the gate. 15 people were involuntarily shifted to economy, with a promise for future compensation. The service was average. The seats are extremely small and uncomfortable. I will not fly Norwegian Air again.

Pros: - Great timing for the flight, had a connection and it was stress-free to get through - Nintendo-type controller to play like, two games they had to choose from (clearly an old plane) - Meals were decent

Cons: - The plane was older - it had the ash-trays in the armrests full of dust and god knows what else, gross. - No wifi, I was planning to get some work done because it was an international flight so that was a bust - Limited entertainment selection. Some of the newer ones have more movie/TV selections
