Everything I had was taken out of my luggage, this had to happen during check in the Mexico airport. I have tried contacting Aeromexico by phone multiple times and no one has been able to help, I finally spoke with a representative who advised to email amluggage@aeromexico.com and to wait 72 hrs, have done this twice with no response. This is going on two weeks now and have not been able to resolve my issue!"

Furthermore, they told me I would have to wait for my bags and transfer them to the connection band, but guess what? I waited an entire hour for my bags only to be told my an airport employee not even a Aeromexico one, that most likely my bags already went to their destiny. My flight was in 1 hour from then and I almost lost it thanks to them giving incorrect information to their customers."

Sometimes our line wouldn't budge, as they kept picking off from Sky Priority. I would recommend exercising judgement in choosing from which line to pick from, not just blindly only accepting baggage drop or Sky Priority after the main line that's also the largest hasn't moved in 10 minutes. In the end, no matter the order, it's going to take the same amount of time, but it would generate more impatience, leaving a line along."

Cons: "They took so long to board that our flight departed later than expected. They also didn’t let me check in for my flight through the app, although I was trying to pay for priority seating. I was double charged on my debit card for priority seating and I still had to sit in the main cabin."

Cons: "This airline seemed to be unprepared at every step of the way. When I showed up to the airport to check my baggage (this was 2 hours before my flight) there was a huge line of people already there. I went to the back of the line and after 15 minutes of not moving I texted my family that I might be missing my flight. As I got closer to the front a nervous and overwhelmed Aeromexico employee went to the back of the line and handed the last person a paper and told her she would be the last person allowed on the flight. Anyone lined up after her was turned away because they had showed up too late. It seemed to me that those people would have made it onto the flight if the airline had been prepared and ready to check everyone in on time. When I was finally able to check my bag there were only 20 minutes left until my flight was supposed to depart. I rushed to the security checkpoint and ran to my gate in fear of missing my flight, only to find another large line of people. They hadn't even started boarding! After waiting 10 minutes in line (10 minutes before the plane was supposed to depart), the crew slowly strolled to the gate. They didn't even seem to care. Overall, my experience was below average, but seeing how people were not allowed to board due to the airline not being prepared for this flight, I would say I won't be flying Aeromexico again."

And apparently they were over widget but the website said I was okay. I even called and tripped check since this was our first time flying with them. They told us to get there at least 3 hour before our flight and they didn’t start checking us in until 3:50 ! I felt rushed after because we didn’t have time to grab a coffee or eat. The workers are rude and disrespectful not helpful at all !"
