Cons: "I was not able to board the plane and was told that I needed to apply for ETA. I did and was not able to do it online. Then I needed to call the embassy about a required visa as a visitor. None of this was presented before. I have not traveled to Australia before, so I had no idea this needed to be done. As of now I am still at home trying to find a solution to this requirement."

Pros: "I was accommodated excellently as I required wheelchair access and ease and comfort as I was recovering from major surgery. The return seating in upper level was most appreciated . A big thanks to the cabin crew especially Oscar."

Cons: "Being 2 hours late because there was a passenger on board sick they should never of been allowed to board the plane. This was very badly managed by the staff on the ground staff. Very poor leg room the rude passenger in the seats in front of us reclined right from take off to landing wa very hard to get out of our seat to stretch or go to the bathroom"

Cons: "Five hour delay due to faulty maintenance at LAX. Pilot (rightly) refused to fly until maintenance work correctly completed. Plane then diverted to Brisbane to change crew, en route to Melbourne."

Coming home was even better than going across as we were traveling through the The crew were sensational, obliging, friendly and accommodating. For long haul economy flights, I was really impressed. Will definitely continue to travel with Qantas."
