Shocking really!!. When I had my coffee, my request for cream and sugar went ignored THREE times. Finally they grudgingly gave me only cream, rendering my coffee undrinkable. .....And the list goes on. Never ever will I travel on this horrid airline again!"

Rating low to the crew mainly because of the ground staff as they were not very communicative to begin with about the explanation for our delay. Only when the passengers got a bit more vocal about wanting explanations, they started giving us a bit more information. All estimated times given for boarding the flight were incorrect by a big margin! Seemed more like they were giving shorter wait time for boarding just to please the passengers, where as they were well aware of how long the wait would be."

My husband and daughter were in First Class. The service was below average to say the least - more training required from check in to on board - (in Sydney the staff on the ground went above and beyond) In Singapore it was very fake and contained no sincerity. The lounge itself was also ordinary compared to others, no Amenity kits or PJs in business class - even Virgin Australia has that! I was so excited to be travelling Singapore again given past experiences but now Im not sure I will want to fly them again."

On that subject, the Flight Attendants were very well trained and efficient. They all looked well groomed and beautiful. I had to push the service button 2 times on our 14 hour flight and they were there within less than 15 seconds both times. Amazing! The entertainment was good but not great but it made the time pass. The departure was on time and arrival was 30 + minutes ahead of schedule which made our connecting flight very easy. I highly recommend EVA air."

I asked for something minor on two of the Hawaiian Airlines flight legs on my trip and was told they would come to my seat to see me. (One was for an extra blanket as I had cold air blowing on me and the other was to take my rubbish) They never did. I have never encountered this with any Airline before."

Ended up flying later,, longer and much more uncomfortable than expected. Had to take separate seats from family and middle seats, had to spend entire day in Sydney which required us to spend money on a visa and money to eat, had additional stress of then arriving too late and needing to rebook rental car and arranged hotel and make sure elederly parents with special needs were ok health wise. An overall disaster. Never ever a worse experience and I am a world traveler to 68 countries on 6 continents. Will be asking Fiji for full refund plus compensation for having to buy visas and spend day in Sydney."
Cons: "Flight canceled. Fiji airways told us we would be booked on Qantas instead but the flight wouldn't give us time to make the connection. Ended up flying later,, longer and much more uncomfortable than expected. Had to take separate seats from family and middle seats, had to spend entire day in Sydney which required us to spend money on a visa and money to eat, had additional stress of then arriving too late and needing to rebook rental car and arranged hotel and make sure elederly parents with special needs were ok health wise. An overall disaster. Never ever a worse experience and I am a world traveler to 68 countries on 6 continents. Will be asking Fiji for full refund plus compensation for having to buy visas and spend day in Sydney."
