Pros: "confortable and good service."

Pros: "My travel was booked by a third party, so they selected a flight with a 37 minute layover. We left LAX ~30+ minutes late, so I less than 5. minutes to make my connection. I'm pretty sure the connecting flight waited for us to make it and the crew on the LAX flight tried to expedite those with VERY short connection off the plane as quickly as possible."
Cons: "SHORT connection times and unspecified delay made for a stressful flight."

Pros: "The flight was nearly full, but I lucked out. One person in my row did not show up, so myself and the other lady in my row had the benefit of having an open seat in between us. The crew was cheerful and accommodating. They did the normal beverage service, but also brought complimentary water and coffee 3x during the rest of the flight. This was greatly appreciated, especially after 5 days of drinking and partying. My buddies and I spent two and a half days in Las Vegas for a bachelor party followed by two days in the LA area for a wedding (yes we did it Hangover style) :) Thank you Delta!"
Cons: "My only complaint was that the flight was delayed out of LAX by about 30 minutes due to the flight in-bound being delayed. However, the captain made up most of this time in the air so it ended up being a non-issue."

Cons: "The flight attendant could not serve coffee or tea due to "no potable water" onboard! The electric outlets at each of our first class seats were not functional, both the USB ports and the electric plugs did not work so we were not able to charge our phones during the flight. When I mentioned this to the flight attendant her response was that she had not received a report that the electric was not working. No other assistance was offered. There was very little legroom even though these were sold as first class seats. The plane was old and dirty, the armrests were sticky."

A pleasant flight overall with my first impression being an airline with current popular music playing in the background and flight attendants cheerful. Since I was traveling alone, I opted to not purchase my seat prior to my flight date, instead I chose my aisle seat within 24 hours for free. I checked in my one bag and found out I had pre-checked so my security check went so smooth at the new terminal 2 at LAX. Looking forward to my flight back on June 15."

Cons: "I bought my ticket in October, checked in yesterday and when I got to my gate was told I didn't have an assigned seat!!? This was totally unacceptable, I was told I didn't select a seat on the seat selection screen and that I was now on standby. I specifically remember the seat selection screen being extremely misleading and thought that I had selected seats when in fact I didn't according to Delta. Maybe instead of focusing your website on getting customers to upgrade their seats you should focus on getting them a seat first. Secondly make sure tickets can't be purchased unless a seat is assigned first. Who would want to buy standby tickets 3 months in advance? I'm guessing not many people."

In fact, for the majority of the time before and even during boarding he was laughing it up and chatting with ticket agents at a neighboring gate. Then I did board, the ticket was not clear what my boarding group was so I missed out on boarding early. When i get to my seat I have two people completely unwilling to move to let me into my window seat, but are all too eager to tell me to be sure not to hit them. This flight was after a long layover and after a long flight from japan and was a horrible end to an otherwise beautiful trip."

I asked the boarding attendant if I could just get on this flight rather than waiting 2 1/2 hours for the next one. She said there were open seats on this flight but it would be a $50 fee to switch. This makes NO SENSE! I was standing there with a ticket purchased for the exact same itinerary, ready to board this flight with open seats, and I would have to pay extra? When this switch would open up a seat for the later flight for someone else in the same situation? Just a ridiculous way to charge people extra money for nothing. Very dissapoibted in Delta for this."

Pros: "On the flight from LAX to MSP, one flight attendant was very nice and gave us extra cookies to make up for her rude coworkers' attitudes."
Cons: "I'm almost 6', and my boyfriend is 6'6". He has had 7 major knee surgeries, and life-threatening blood clots, which left major post-surgery vascular scarring. He gets major swelling, even with his compression sleeve. The up-charge to reserve exit row seats was over $100/person for both flights home. Luckily they were still available when boarding, and the nice desk clerk moved our seats for free. However, the rude flight attendance would not allow my boyfriend to elevate his leg and prop it anywhere, even after I explained his medical condition. Allowing the blood pooling increases his risk for clot formation, and it causes him extreme pain. I spent the majority of the flight massaging his leg, trying to push the blood and fluid back up. His ankle swelled around his compression sleeve, and finally he had to lay in the floor and put his leg up on the seat. The attendants told him "the best thing for you to do is to walk around for 10 minutes per hour." No, the best thing for him to do is elevate his leg and rest, not try to walk around a tiny, cramped plane, and elevate his stress level. Flight attendants need to be more aware and accommodating for these type situations, and exit rows need to be available for people who need them as far as size and medical needs require. It is not ethical to charge extra for handicap accommodations, neither is it ethical to charge extra for size and medical accommodations. These factors are not optional, and should not be billed as a luxury."

Also, it was not clear that the international flight flew from the AA terminal and not from the International terminal where Iberia flies from...I had to walk to the AA terminal with all my bags which was stressful since I was dropped off at the international terminal which made sense as it was an international flight and the ticket did not say it was flying from the AA terminal only that it was operated by AA.."

Pros: "We were seated in economy but we had a pretty good flight. The only rough part was the fact that it was 10 hours of sitting, and that was due to the destination not AA's service. As someone who is used to United and Delta for flying, I felt that the service offered kinda rocked."

I was also seated across from a woman who didn't realize how stupid it was to bring a toddler on a 12 hour flight, and he screamed pretty much the entire time. I couldn't sleep at all and not even headphones drowned it out. That part wasn't really the airline's fault though, and I could see that the flight attendants were asking her several times to get her son to quiet down. I just wish there were regulations on these sorts of situations. Everyone around you suffers when you bring a small child on a very long flight because they will inevitably be bored, cranky and uncomfortable, and because we are confined to our seats, we are forced to suffer through it all. I wish that children under a certain age would not be allowed to board flights over a certain length of time except for special circumstances."

Pros: "The "very" new 777-200 was very comfortable, well-laid out. I usually skip or leave half of the in-flight food served, but this rates as one of the best meals, I've had in an airplane outside of business class. The in-flight entertainment/information service was decent, but perhaps because the plane was still in new condition."
Cons: "On this entire business trip, I booked with other companies, but ended up 5 flights operated by American Airlines. One cancellation, 4 delayed, 3 late arrivals. The last one was the most annoying. I will be avoiding AA in the future. The domestic crews are generally brusque and miserable. The international flight crews were more accommodating and pleasant, but most of them also seemed annoyed at passenger presence. Also, having to pay for a preferred seat on a half-empty airplane is simply unfair. By 24hrs before the flight, AA must have known there were plenty of empty seats."

Then the boarding staff were so rude, they act like they own the plane and they are god. They would not answer anyone questions and just pointed at the screen. The airplane staff hello at least. But the food very so bad, even easyjet has better food. Also their understanding for the english was so poor but the air stewardess told me " we speak American" !!!!"

Cons: "The flight from LAX to HKG was diverted to Haneda, Tokyo. The septic tank was not properly emptied in LAX. Flight in Hong Kong was delayed by about 2 hours due to this diversion. I agree with the call from the Captain. It's a pity that the poor quality of service team in LAX (probably 1-2 individuals) caused tremendous inconvenience to passengers and crew."

The flight was swaped to American Airlines, and I was put on an international flight that was archaic, I would have been better off flying a prop plane from the 1970's."

Then, flight delayed again for 30 minutes prior to boarding...and yet AGAIN while on the plane...because of a water shortage. What had the crew been doing in between flights?? Lastly, these delays caused the plane to arrive in Tokyo at 12:30AM (originally it was 10:30PM). All transportations options were closed. I had to take a $90 USD taxi fare into the city. JAL or AA should have given travel vouchers to everyone who needed them. BAD SERVICE, BAD COMMUNICATIONS, BAD RATING."

Cons: "It was myself, my wife, and our 18 month old son. The trip was a complete disaster. The first delay was from 12 noon to 7:30 pm because the plane was unavailable. We left the airport and returned at 6 pm for the 7:30 pm departure. The plane was "available." We checked our bags, found our way to the gate, and eventually boarded "ontime." Instead of taking off, however, we sat on board the plane at the gate for 2 hours as work was being done. The work was first called "maintenance," then "a small error code." The captain teased us by saying "folks, just a few more minutes and we should be departing." The crew nourished us with a dixie sized cups of water and Chex mix. Then finally the airline gave up and deplaned everyone. Once deplaned, it was explained to us that they couldn't clear the error code, so they couldn't use that plane. But there was another plane coming from Las Vegas to use so that we could expect a departure around 12 midnight. 12 midnight rolls around. Nothing. 12:30 am. 1 am. Finally, a plane arrives. But then the airline holds us up yet again - turns out we can't depart after all because the arriving airport shuts down at 2 am. Gee, they didn't know that before making us wait another 3 hours??? Now they're offering a refund to anybody who wants one, as well as a hotel for the night and the promise of a flight at 2:30 pm the following day. At this point, many of us are looking up alternative flights to Eugene and even Portland. A $1,000 extra for us. We're not sure whether we can trust Allegiant to have an actual plane ready to go the next day. And we're too tired at that point to even ask why the next flight would be at 2:30 pm rather than first thing in the morning. So finally we line up to get a hotel voucher and find our way to the hotel. It takes over an hour to checkin at the hotel because it's the middle of the night and 150 people just showed up to checkin. We finally get to our room at about 3:30 am. I'm amazed at how well our toddler held up sitting on an airplane for 2 hours, sitting at the airport for about 6 hours, and waiting to fall asleep all night. We eventually made it back to the airport the following afternoon and, praise the lord, made it to our destination. Allegiant - NEVER AGAIN!"

Since we were traveling with only a carry on, it was a good price after all the "frills" were added (pay for carry on, pay to select seat). we still had a price lower than any other airline. So all in all, once we got on the plane it was a pleasant experience."

We taxied back to our gate and waited for LA Fire for. to escort the ill lady off and clean the area. While waiting to taxi out the second time the flight attended, Tyeesha, was very rude to an elderly gent. He was seated in an exit row and she didn't think him capable. The lady on the aisle of my row volunteered to switch and Tyeesha' s response was a sharp, "Do you want to pay the higher price too?" When the lady next to me said she would gladly pay Tyeesha announced loudly that this discussion was between the two of them and everyone else needed to mind their own business. The lady offering to switch was really embarrassed, as was the elderly gent. Someone else was made to switch with him. They looked disgruntled too. In the air all the flight attendants were sharp and very direct. There were no please or thank you's used. Trash was collected silently and mostly with pointing. The armrest to my left had five flavors of chewed gum stuck to the side of it. My lap tray had grey and yellow sticky stuff on it and I chose to hold my food rather than let the two touch. The floors were untidy. The only reason I will ever fly Allegiant again is if I have no other options. It is 60 minutes closer to my house than SLC and I will be making the drive from now on."

Cons: "I'm average-sized and these planes are tighter than most other commuter planes I've flown. My destination flight was an hour late. It happens. But my return flight ended up being three hours late and an hour of that was spent in the plane as they waited for someone to fix a non-essential cabin video monitor. There was almost no communication either in the airport boarding area or on the plane to tell us about the ongoing delays, changing gates, new estimated departure and arrival times. When we finally took-off, the captain never even apologized or announced what the new flying and arrival time would be, so we were again left in the dark. The crew were ok. I could tell they were in the dark about much of what was going on, too, and were frustrated but resigned to working with Allegiant's way of operating. But they weren't able to muster anywhere near the level of friendliness, helpfulness, or enthusiasm that would have made a passenger's experience better under these circumstances. Instead, they left us to suffer just like they were, and that's the feeling we got. Also note that apparently there's no time to clean anything between flights these days. There was trash and crumbs and all sorts of nasty stuff left behind from previous flights. Things a bit out of the airline's control, but contributing to one of the worst flights I've taken were multiple crying babies and children almost non-stop, extreme body odors and emissions throughout (need better ventilation!), and this new trend of people thinking that the first to get up from their seats and with luggage in hand after landing, the first out the door (instead of filing out by seat order). This leaves others stranded and waiting for the entire plane to deboard, And finally, unrelated to the actual flight, but also contributing to my experience is Allegiant's nickel and diming approach to flying. They charge literally for everything (and not just a little), from your carry-on bag, to choosing a seat number, to using a credit card online. What starts as a very favorable cost to fly versus many other airlines, becomes unreasonable when adding in all the extra charges. This goes for in-flight food or beverages, too. Expect to pay for everything, down to a cup of water. I took Allegiant because it was the only 2-hour direct flight available and seemed to be a more reasonable price than other options. The time-savings never happened and the cost-savings wasn't worth it."

Customer service agent sent those who were going to have problems with their connecting flights to the United Airlines service desk, of which, there were no customer service agents at any of the four available stations. I waited 10 minutes for an agent & no one arrived. When I went back to the original line I was standing in, I was forced to go to the back of the line rather than the place I was originally standing. Therefore I waited in line an additional 20-30 minutes. Once I was served they did not have any more seats available on direct flights to Melbourne. They wanted me to fly to NY, then Sydney & then Melbourne. Additionally the customer service agent did not seem confident this flight was not going to have any hiccups. Worst of all, I had been planning this trip for months & it was ruined by United Airlines."

I could have flown through any other city en route to Raleigh, so it was frustrating that Frontier would not do anything for me until I got to Denver, because the risk was extremely high that I would miss the last flight out of Denver. Fortunately, Frontier decided to hold the connecting flight so that people on this flight could make their connection. HOWEVER, I landed a few hours later in CHARLOTTE, NC. Apparently Frontier had not checked my ticket when I boarded the wrong plane. My ticket clearly indicated that I was supposed to be on the flight to Raleigh. From Charlotte, there was an American Airlines flight that I could have transferred to--something that every other airline I've flown has done under these circumstances. But Frontier told me they don't put passengers on other airlines' flights, so I had to wait another couple of hours to catch Frontier's next flight to Raleigh. Throughout the whole process, it was very frustrating because for hours while I waited at LAX, I couldn't find a single Frontier employee. I even had to wait at ticketing when I arrived at the airport, not because of a line but because there was no one from Frontier at the counter. All of this suggests to me that Frontier just doesn't care. They don't care enough to be at the airport in case passengers have problems like this. They don't care enough to avoid missed connections by putting people on different flights. They don't care enough to make sure passengers are getting on the correct flights."

They at least knew that the gate had changed, but they didn't know where it had been changed to. I found it. It then proceeded to change 3 more times. The final change was not announced, we all just followed another passenger who had seen the change listed on the airport departure screen. The final gate was "39" a door in a hallway that opened up onto a tarmac. We waited there about 30 minutes (after the scheduled boarding time) before the door opened. They had no scanner for passes, so the attendant had to write things down on paper when we showed him our passes!! The actual cabin is tight, but that's to be expected. What wasn't expected was the random turning off and on of overhead lights throughout the (red-eye) flight. It was like a torture technique. To round out this great experience, the flight attendant instructed us to de-board the plane in order. Row 1 (left side) then row 1 (right), etc. This clearly pissed off many passengers who had no carry-on luggage and could have just walked off while those with stuff in overheads waited. When I finally got to exit the plane, I heard a guy somewhere behind me say "f-you" to the crew as they gave us the traditional "have a good day". We all felt the same, just didn't say so."

Cons: "Charging for soda and carry-ons, I'm surprised you guys are still in business. I will avoid Frontier like the plague."

Pros: "The seats were of newer material."
Cons: "Newer but very hard seats. I'm 6'2" and the seats didn't recline and my knees were hitting the seat in front of me...a lot. On a red eye flight, this was torturous. The seat backs did not go high enough for my head either. The flight was delayed 40 minutes as well."

Cons: "Sent everyone to the wrong baggage claim and then told us the right one over the PA system and we turn around and all the bags had been sitting there unattended without anyone's notice and in complete chaos."

Cons: "Frontier cancels my flight due to weather and told me they couldn't get me home until 12/19. I had to purchase another last minute ticket from another airline, find another hotel and it was all extremely costly. Terrible customer service and no one seemed to care that I was stuck in la with no way home. Ironically enough- the next flight out with frontier was nearly on time and delivered passengers back to Denver only a couple of hours after me."

Pros: "I had a front row seat."
Cons: "My flight kept getting delayed and there were no workers at the gate that could tell us the reason or the new departure time. We wasted time standing around waiting to board for 40 minutes before they even told us that the flight would be delayed 2 hours (delay ended up being 3 hours total). Also the ticket price does not include carry on baggage fees. Would NOT recommend anyone ever flying Frontier."

Pros: "Smooth flight."
Cons: "They double booked my seat. It was awkward. Then they took out an insane woman off the seat 2 seats in front of me. That was a good thing."

Pros: "I made it to my destination safely."
Cons: "Complementary soft drinks or coffee would have been nice."

Cons: "Nothing."

Cons: "The chairs were uncomfortable and they charge for everything including pretzels and drinks."

Pros: "Ihad a safe trip, n the service was good."
Cons: "No music, movie, the chairs didn't recline.you were served water only for free."

Pros: "Flight was fine, we landed early."
Cons: "It took over an hour for our bags to come up after the flight."

Pros: "I booked my flight online two weeks before departure to LA for $274/. While boarding they charged $45 for my small carry bag and $ 60 while returning amounting total to $379.00. What a cheap??what a cheap ticket. A passenger of 19th Nov.2015"

Cons: "The seat space and the flight was delayed 1 1/2 hours."

Cons: "Nothing is included. Seats are narrow and uncomfortable since the armrests will not move out of the way."

Cons: "The seats are different from the green seats that I like I'm the past. The seats does not lean back , the space is too cramped"

Cons: "The guy who did my check in wanted to charge me $40 dollars for my carry on. I had to leave it with my family, and then I asked to other people who were boarding with a carry on if they were charged for it, and they were not."

Pros: "Customer service on the flight was very nice"
Cons: "The seats did not recline so it was uncomfortable to rest also not enough leg room and very small seats, I am small weighing 120 lbs and I think seats are small"

Pros: "The second crew that rescued us in the morning, particularly the fa's, we're warm and friendly. The captain the making announcements was hilarious."
Cons: "At first our flight was delayed 2 1/2 hrs. We waited patiently to board only to hear an announcement that our flight would be cancelled due to the crew timing out per DOT regulations. This announcement was made right before we all expected to board which caused most passengers to become very upset and frustrated. The flight was pushed back 5 1/2 hrs and all we were offered for compensation was a $10 voucher and a pointless hotel stay voucher! I did not take the hotel voucher bc I would have never made it aboard the later fight. Doesn't Frontier know that the flight crew would be over their time limit when they scheduled the flight??? Some simple foresight could have went a long way in this case. It was a mess to say the least!"

Pros: "The crew was very good, Friendly, hard working. Price was very reasonable."
Cons: "Comfort is minimal. Hard seats, close quarters, no wiggle room."

Pros: "nothing"
Cons: "there are hidden fees, it costs 60 to take a carry on round trip and 30 to book your seat. my flight cost more than it would have cost to fly a good airline, and the seats are very narrow and don't even lean back! they dont even offer free beverages. its a total rip off and wildly uncomfortable."
