Cons: Staging at the gate was chaotic and disorganized. The passengers formed a big mob since there were no instructions for where to form lines for an organized boarding. Passengers could not hear boarding instructions from the front desk.
Cons: Due to a delayed flight the night before, we were rescheduled and consequently missed another flight. Nothing was done about this since it was a separate trip. We had to pay another $1300 for new airline tickets to get back to the US.
Pros: Would appreciate a voucher for how bad the Flight was. Seriously UAL is using a plane last built in 2004? UAL only cares about taking people’s money not a wonderful flying experience!!!

Cons: Aircraft entertainment screens were not working at all at a lot of seats. Airbus 330-300 was dated and the cabin amenities were in disrepair. But overall the flight satisfied everything that was needed!
Cons: I was surprised by a $120 fee for luggage. I don't remember any indication from Kayak or from TAP about a luggage fee when I booked or when I got confirmation. Further, I found out that if I had indicated that I had luggage 3 days prior to checkin, I would have only been charged $92 saving me $.
Pros: The plane was clean and seats were comfortable considering 2.5. hour flight; all crew members were nice and friendly; there was some food available for purchase but we didn't buy it since we ate at the airport before the flight. I would definitely fly again.
Cons: no TV or other entertainment options so make sure to bring your own device or a book.

Cons: The flight and its crew did well but I will NEVER use it again if it has to transit in Brussels. We were bussed to the T terminal ( ‘incidentally’ where were all the AFRICAN flights transit) were we had a 5 hour layover, which is fine with me, but the terminal has no restaurant or any decent stores.

Cons: flight was diverted an hour away for refueling because of weather over SLC. But SLC opened before we even landed at Grand Junction, CO. I had 8 mins to run between concourses to catch the next flight. My bags didn’t make the flight and have perishable food items. But it is what it is.
Cons: B.S. all the Delta Boarding groups. Geez, have you lost all common sense! C'mon... I understand the ill/med conditions passengers. How about 1 kid, then 2 kids then 3 kids, w/ cataracts, bladder probelems, Platinum, Gold, Silver, Paper, Plus 1, Plus 2, Main Cabin 1, 2 and 3.

Cons: Wheelchair assistance was not available. Waited over an hour to have someone assist us, but no one came. Once getting to security, assistance was still nowhere to be found.

Pros: Good: warm, free blanket, relatively comfortable seats, reasonable leg room (by today's standards).
Cons: Bad: I had a connection in Milan -- both legs on Air Italy. The flight into Milan landed nearly 2 hours late due to weather; the delay was not their fault but Air Italy handled the connection very poorly. Many people from that first, delayed, flight were transferring to the same Milan-NYC flight. We landed after the boarding time for the second flight but Air Italy gave us no information at all about the status of the flight; then we were stopped in a hallway and put through extremely slow extra security measures (only one staff member to process all those people), again with no explanation, delaying us well past take-off time. Folks were extremely stressed because we didn't know whether we were missing the second flight or not -- I saw two people in tears. In fact, it turned out Air Italy had held the second flight for us -- but why not tell us so, and avoid all the upset and stress? Also bad: The crew in the economy cabin on the Milan-NYC leg were abrupt, to put it mildly. Didn't give us the advertised choice of food, snapped at one poor person who didn't understand the menu, were shockingly ungracious when thirsty people asked for water, etc. (I should note, the crew on my outgoing Air Italy flight were lovely.)

Cons: The clerk was very rude and refused to explain the hidden baggage fee and misleading baggage info. I’ve also been over charged an extra $100 per baggage instead of $50 (cost as indicated on Air Italy web site).

Pros: 787 is a nice plane. I also like getting miles since I accumulate most miles with United. Not much else to boast about.
Cons: The outbound plane from Newark to Frankfurt was late by 1.5 hr because United could not figure out how to bring the plane (that was sitting in the middle of the airfield to the gate and then they realized that they need get catering supplies to feed the passengers and we were waiting for that too. The inbound flight from Frankfurt to Newark was late by 1.45 hours since they were fixing a computer problem on board. The flight was totally over air-conditioned and when I asked to bring an extra blanket for me the flight attendant started lecturing me that I was wearing shorts and a polo shirt (in the 86F heat at FRA and EWR it was ok!) and that she had no blankets. The second flight attendant who for some reason came 2 miins after the first one apologized for the attitude of his female colleague and immediately brought me an extra blanket.
