The experience of flying today is mostly like being shoved into a subway train in Japan with no genuine gratitude for my patronage. Not with Delta - they really do go above and beyond and it is not lost on me."

I’m a student so I don’t have much money so I had to “sleep” in the airport because I couldn’t get a hotel voucher due to the fact that I missed my flight due to the airport and not the airline itself. My next flight is tomorrow morning but now takes away time from an incredibly busy and tight schedule that I was on. Not happy at all with the Dallas airport."

There was subpar entertainment options that hadn’t been updated since at least the 90s, which was made even less acceptable since it was literally the only option for entertainment on a 7+ hour flight when none of the overhead lights worked. For a ticket that cost more than $1200, the failure of the airline on nearly all levels to provide standard services was completely unacceptable."

But then I was sat in a 'special' section, the only 2 seats that are narrower than a regular seat. The flight attendant said there was nothing they could do. 5 1/2 hours and I spent half the time standing up to avoid serious cramps. As a tall person I am literally getting phased out of airline seats. My knee to hip length prevents me from sitting in some seats. No one cares."

Said Iberia flight, Iberia said AA flight...yikes! Serious glitches and lost data...locator number erased! You see why I tried to take a foreign carrier."

Yes I understand there are size limits on carry on luggage but the plane was not even half full and the bag was clearly a standard carry on size. If anything, I should have been permitted to gate check the bag."

Cons: "They did no seat anyone in the safety exit row because they were charging $69 to do so. This is a great hazard in case of an emergency there would be no one to open the aircraft exit door and allow people to exit. Rather, it would cause a stir and a bottleneck of people rushing in an attempt to open a door that is far away. Very disappointed."

Cons: "Plane was full. Legroom poor, as I am 6'2". But I was give an isle seat as requested , so able to stretch a little."

Pros: "I didn't freeze! We got a little snack thing. The center seat wasn't taken so I had more room. Even tho it was delayed a bit to wait for connecting passengers, I would like to think the same would be done for me, so that was okay."

Cons: "The additional cost to pick a seat, and luggage. I no longer considered it a good deal. Our layover was extended 2 hours in Denver no explanation was given. The staff never came out to let the waiting passengers know. I only found out because I went to the customer service counter. Waiting passengers were mad and it could have been prevented. No food or entertainment was provided only a glass of water was free. All snacks and beverages were additional cost. No entertainment was available not even at an addditional cost. I probally won't fly Frontier again."

There was no concern whatsover by the customer rep to even attempt to accommodate us. There are too many fees associated with this airline if you're not aware. I will definitely not be flying Frontier ever again amd will recommend everyone I know to stay away as well."

When I asked the representative at the airport what she could do about it, she said, "oh those things happen. " Not planning to go with Frontier again."
