Pros: I paid the $29 for an aisle seat and wasn’t disappointed. It was a pleasant flight.

Cons: Hanging flown on several wide bodied aircraft, it’s been my experience that the A330 has a much better coach experience than the 777 aircraft models. For me, it’s a matter of legroom). Fortunately, I didn’t have anyone next to me on the flight and was able to spread out a bit (I’m 6’5”!!) My only other complaint was that while this was booked as an Iberia flight, the flights were all serviced by American Airlines. Check-in, seat selection were all handled by American. It was a little confusing in the online check-in process, because for months, the AA app wouldn’t recognize anything but the return legs of the trip using the record locator provided by Expedia.

Cons: The check in process is terrible and very inefficient.

Pros: Fine flight once we were in the air.

Cons: There were NO SIGNS saying it was a level flight, not Iberia. No one at Iberia check in desk etc. We eventually figured it out after a while. In general Iberia and level are short staffed and unorganized. If you're willing to deal with this, it's an affordable option and they'll get you from A to B.

Cons: Still waiting for luggage 2 hours after flight arrived.

Cons: Need more than 2 beverage services in 8 hour flight. Need air flow control at seat.

Cons: The crew was very unpleasant . I boarded the plane - was not even greeted. This was not like business class at all . I felt like I just wasted money and did not get even close the service I expected. Flight attendants were ignoring my requests - no blankets no cocktails ... very bad .

Pros: We landed a bit early

Cons: We didn't get the seats that we paid for. And all we could get was the last row.

Pros: Quick boarding, take off, landing

Cons: The announcements were a bit loud and startling

Cons: A drink of water should not cost 2euro. On a moderately long flight it is a necessity.

Pros: Nothing outstanding comes to mind. TAP Portugal was a million times more hospitable and accommodating.

Cons: They allowed us to check a bag, without telling us that it definitely would not make it to our next stop on time. Almost all the passengers on our plane had to return the next day to collect our bags, at our own expense. This had happened to the flight before us too. There were no apologies to us
