Empty seats next to me - wish it had been for a longer flight!!
Delay and had to run between flight to get my connection due to this delay but besides that the overall experience was ok. I arrived with just an hour of delay.
At the airport, terrible, I do not want to even remember it. It was too humiliating for a business class passenger.
Flight was ok but lack of communication cost me to literally beg to be put on another flight as connecting flight had departed
They forgot to serve food and the crew was very unfriendly. Never experienced such a bad KLM flight. Usually fly from Toronto. New York was different.
Couldn’t get boarding pass in SLC even with help from a redcoat, so had to find a desk in AMS to get boarding pass. Technical problems so not sure why. Very inconvenient. The KLM app is not as user friendly as most apps. Also had to wait almost an hour on the tarmac for a fuel truck, which caused us to miss a connecting bus in LUX.
Over 1 Hr delay. No APU so no AC on ground. Plane was hot during boarding and then they closed the doors over 20 minutes before engine start so interior of plane was steamy hot and stuffy. Could have been helped by opening doors until ready to depart.
First of all we couldn’t check in online, then we learn at the airport we were on stand by for KLM’s mistake of overbooking. The seats were not comfy at all. Our luggage got lost.
The baggage drop-off in Stuttgart is bad: after online check-in you cannot use the automated baggage drop off as indicated on the website. You can use the terminals but have to cue to 1 of three open and slowly working counters to drop the bags. took about 45 minutes wait time.
My flight was delayed by 6 hours then I missed BOTH of my connecting flights, I then had to stay in the AIRPORT at JFK because soooooo many people also suffered from missing flights and there was no hotels available. I would like to be compensated for this experience! I had to stay in the airport for over 16 hours!
Very old flight - time to retire it for newer airplanes
From pre boarding to flight attendant, crew and baggage handler, excellent. Didn’t lost my luggage like West jet.
Do not like the size of the overhead bin. I think staff should monitor the size of suitcases that are being carried on by passengers to ensure they meet the size requirement.
Everything except the food and entertainment. It was a great experience though

Check-in, boarding and the flight from Phoenix to Houston was quick and easy. The flight from Houston to Shreveport was delayed 5 hours. It was frustrating but I think United handled it the best they could.
The staff was hospitable and professional. The seat had a bit of wear. The winner shade was stuck 1/4 open. I received the best of both worlds. The morning sun was able to come in and blind the screen i was trying to use while at the same time it was too low to look out and enjoy the view. Rather embarrassing for a 1st class ticket.
In Liberia airport 5 min before our departure the airport was closed for takeoff for 30 min. Upon arrival to IAH we didn’t have any available gate and waited taxing another 40 min. As a result we arrived for 1+ h later. The walkway to the passport control in IAH is about 1-2 ml long. After the passport control you have to pass the security check again. Only 3 out of 16 checkpoints were open and the line was enormously long. As a result, even though we supposed to have 2.5 hrs gap in between the flights we missed our transfer. United rebooked us for the next available flight early morning and provided free hotel and meal vouchers through.
United is an incompetent airline. They parked the plane on the tarmac for an hour after arriving because they “didn’t have a gate available” it was actually some sort of lie because as we de planed there were approximately 9 open and manned and empty gates that we walked past. Many people on the flight missed connections for the hour long sit on the tarmac. Utterly baffling and incompetent behavior from United flight ops.
I boarded flight UA#1318 at Sacramento International Airport going back to Houston TX. The flight was scheduled at 5:10am. I was able to check in virtually using the United Airlines app. When I entered the airport, there was no one outside assisting with checked bags as it was for Delta Airlines. Immediately upon entering, there was a LONG, EXTREMELY LONG line to the kiosks to get boarding passes. I stand in line to get boarding passes then had to move to ANOTHER EXTREMELY LONG line to get my bags checked in. While standing in this line, we noticed an agent taking customers to 3 at a time to her station to check their bags in. Lucky for me, she called me back, checked my bags for me and I was on my way. I then encountered another long line at the TSA check and to avoid I ending up having to sign up for CLEAR to bypass it. So glad, I did.,...Both of my flights were great with no issues, butthe check in progress at Bush Airport was so much smoother. Check-in at SMF airport needs to be anaylzed and corrected. Do better United, I know you can....thanks
Very hot cabin made long flight uncomfortable, even in business class! Food was great. Istanbul business lounge had great food but too few bathrooms and seating . They also need more electric outlets for charging devices. Appreciate the ability to go through fast track lines w business class
The crew on this flight provided exceptional business class service to me.
The staff at the boarding or the rudest uninformative and no English whatsoever they’re very rude as if they are envious of you travelling I don’t understand how could someone would be this rude and this out of touch and cold
You charged me for luggage although the airline does not- you charged me for seat when customers can pick their own seat at checkout in I travel to Europe slot and I will not use kayak again
They oversold the tickets by one which was my ticket so I didn’t have a ticket till last second

Requested food options were always finished. Supplied food items were good but of course not the desired choices.
The airport staff never announced that boarding has started. Both at iad or Islamabad or Istanbul.
Very bad experience with turkish airline tk 0001. Very uncomfortable seats and food ran out and crew was not helpful

Wonderful staff. The boarding process can be improved a little better by adequate prior communication but all in all they did fine. However the boarding gate was quite unfreindly to elderly and who needs help with sevral stairs.
Flight map did not work. Crew was great, food was good, plane took off on time and landed early. That's all I can ask.
I had a good comfortable seat. There was nearly an hour delay. There was an accident with the champagne, but I was well compensated. These things happen sometimes.

Bulkhead seats should not be an extra charge. They are extremely uncomfortable. And we missed our connecting flight due to slow luggage retreaval.
Not great - seats were very narrow and food was terrible.
Some of the crew was sassy and not super helpful. The food was okay, but it seems like they were all unprepared compared to my flight I did from JFK to Frankfurt
We missed our flight. There was not enough time built into the layover to get through immigration, customs, bagclaim, bag rechecking, and the long trip to another terminal and gate. Kayak really screwed up. We took the bus up to Wisconsin and then were picked up in Brookfield by private car. It was lucky we didnt miss the last bus out.
We were in premium economy seats that appeared to be locked in plae, No reclining. My aching back.
The seats were comfortable. So many empty seats allowed for stretching out and sleeping. The onboard entertainment was pretty good. The cabin crew were so kind and kept the passengers well- hydrated, and well fed.
We had American Airlines on our return and it was confusing if we were going with Aa or BA I had 2 different flight numbers and didn’t get our gate until it was boarding. So we were a bit nervous as the which it was
Our Jackson, Mississippi to Dallas Fort Worth flight was delayed on 1/19/26.. This was changed to Jackson to Charlotte in the last minute because of this delay. This started some kind of disconnect between American Airlines and British Airways bookings. We could not go past the passport control in London Heathrow. I had to go to the counter and waited for more than 30 minutes to get a new boarding pass. Problems did not end there. Somehow our entire return flight was canceled by someone. I had to make several phone calls over several days to fix the problem – this was not easy from India. Looks like there was some kind of disconnect between two airlines or some agent did not do it right. I’m anxious to know what went wrong.
My touch screen at my seat wasn't working, the films BA advertised on the website for this flight were not available, and the plane was a little dated, food was good and the staff were good, just let down by the aircraft facilities.
Did not like the seating configuration at all with 2+3+2 in business class. Lacking total privacy and comfort
The flight crew was kind, flexible, and accommodating. The seats on the plane were extremely uncomfortable.

Entertainment devices on A380 need to be fixed, the seats might do with updates.
