Cons: We were delayed for an hour in London and then immigration and customs in Chicago were awful

Cons: More space in the seats and be able to pick up seats during checking in

Cons: Departed over an hour late. Preferential treatment given to a family member of flight crew. Also, kind of stingy with water.

Cons: It took 3 people to check my bag something was wrong with the system ... the airplane was super hot for first half hour or so because there was a problem with air conditioner.

Pros: My seat was very comfortable. The inflight entertainment was great. I always love the food on Turkish Airline flights. Check in was easy.
Cons: The flight was 2 hours late. The attendants were a bit cranky....usually they are great on this flight.

Pros: very friendly crew (we were flying with two small kids) who went above and beyond to make them as comfortable and happy as possible.

Cons: One crew member in particular looked very frazzled and was rushing to do everything. They also took away my suitcase which would have very easily fit in the overhead.
Cons: They lost my luggage and we barely made it to our connecting flight

Cons: New planes have 9 sits in the rove (economy class) which affects the passengers comfort.

Cons: Boarding totally chaotic, someone was in my assigned seat, plane was very late, food was crappy, no legroom , seat and armrests uncomfortable , constant screaming babies, smelly passengers, music only came out of one speaker, music kept jumping from one song to another and then back !
Cons: Boarding I was with my family but they didn’t give me the seats in one row my kids some where else my wife was in another seat and I was also so far from everyone That was not fair
Pros: Great food options, very tasty. Crew was attentive, polite and professional.

Cons: Many flights were grounded for several hours because of some airline operational glitch. We were provided with no information or guidance about how to resume our travels. As we tried to sort ourselves out we were sent from lineup to lineup without much progress or friendly service.
