The company rerouted a different plane to take us since ours was going to be so late, turning a 2 1/2 hr delay into just a 1 hr delay. Boarding was super efficient, in flight service excellent. They comped us our headphones because of the delay, a nice touch. This is my 3rd great customer service experience with JB in as many months (the other 2 involved waiving charges to change flights, once gor me when I was suddenly ill, and for my cousin, when a changed circumstance made her need to travel on a different day, alone with 4 kids). Between Kayak and JetBlue app I got very frequent updates on flight status, but gate staff also were there and informed us in person."

The window stopped at about my shoulder so to look out I had to crouch down. AA better stop squeezing us for profits and start delivering a quality service or we'll all find some other airline that puts passengers first."

Cons: "We arrived at St Stomas airport 85 minutes profile to our flights departure. The female manager, Latoya, at the desk was overly rude and completely out of line the way she was speaking to guests. Apparently American Airlines requests 90 minutes before departure to check you in, however their website does say they will try to accomadate customers that have arrived late. This employee refused 24 people access to the flight that we had booked and paid for. She related that she could put everyone on standby for the next and final flight out of Saint Thomas and standby for multiple connecting flights from Miami to many different parts of the country. This is because American Airlines over books their flights on purpose and has no problem leaving people stranded at an airport. Another employee related that it was easily accomplished to confirm is for the flight as we would have plenty of time prior to boarding since the aircraft had yet to arrive from its original location. American Airlines would not speak to any of the paid customers and would not look into other flights to see if there were other options to get customers home. When we boarded the plane there were still 4 customers that American Airlines stranded at the airport with no more flights out of the airport that day. This was an absolute disgrace and it was disgusting to see how the American Airlines staff were treating people. Their companies customer service has nothing to say other then sorry. I will never fly American Airlines again and now know why so many other people also feel this way."

Cons: "Dulles International Airport on a beautiful June 3, 2016. Flight was from Dulles to Hartford and due to depart at 12:30 pm. 12:30 pm - Notified flight delayed an hour or so because they didn't have a flight attendant for the flight. 2:00 pm - Notified flight delayed because Flight Attendant was found but on way. 4:00 pm - Notified the Flight attendant would not be able to make it, but they were looking for another one. 6:00 pm - Notified a Flight Attendant was found and was on a plane that was inbound and would be landing any minute. Notified plane with Flight Attendant arrived at gate and they would be there any minute and we could begin boarding. 6:45 pm - Flight was CANCELLED!!!!! I could go on about how I was rebooked on an 11:00 pm flight on American Airlines out of Reagan, my checked bag was not returned to me and I was told it was on another plane United plane that would beat me to Hartford, they shuttled me to Reagan. I got to Hartford and my bag was not there......SURPRISE!! This was ridiculous and thank god I was traveling alone and had time. I felt bad for the families with small children who had to suffer through this stupidity."

Cons: "They cancelled my flight into Hartford. I got stuck in Houston then they sent me to Boston. My car was at Bradley international on Boston so I had to wait a few hours when I landed at Logan before a rental car became available, which cost me an extra 200 dollars. I rented the car and drove to Hartford (2 hours) to drop the rental off and get my car. Needless to say I was exhausted for work on Tuesday after getting home at 3am and traveling all day. My original flight from Houston to Hartford was suppose to land at 8pm at Bradley airport. I had several people I was on the trip with who also flew into Hartford the same day with similar arrival times at bradley who were on different airlines. They either had small delays or no delays at all. Extremely inconvenient the trip home was. Although I am all for safety first I am not sure why other airlines still made the trip or simply delayed the flights. Doesn't make much sense since I usually fly United and always consider them the benchmark of air travel. Thanks. Torry Gajda"
Cons: "Airport security at Orlando was insane! The line through TSA must have been over 500 yards. Also, it doesn't appear that this Frontier flight allowed for online confirmation so, although the Frontier Desk was super fast processing passengers, the two lines together was stressful and used up valuable pre-boarding time. Some advance warning might help passengers schedule their arrival at the airport."

Waited in line to check bag; employee told us at 5:45am that we could board our 6:30 flight but our baggage would not be checked, nor held up to be sent on another flight next day. Supervisor was loud, crude and the opposite of sympathetic. My son was forced to drive back home to take 4hr. round- trip again next day 5/21/17."

The manager on duty was rude and unhelpful. They have no reciprocal agreements with other airlines and don't care about their customers."

Cons: "I spent over $600.00 on this Frontier flight so I definitely would not call it low fare transportation. Low service, low honesty but definitely not low fare. We sat at the departure gate for two hours waiting to board and then they changed gates which I only found out about because they removed the flight from the departures board and I had to find an agent to tell me. There was no gate change announcement. We boarded, sat in the plane for an hour and 30 minutes then were taken off the plane, taken to another gate and another airplane. 5 hours late arriving in Orlando and waited 45 minutes, (At 4:00am in the morning) for luggage. Dismal company. Back to United."
Pros: "I enjoyed that I had an aisle seat when I chose a random seat instead of paying for one. The crew seemed nice, a little overwhelmed but I had limited interactions with them. Boarding was fine and I was relatively comfortable on the plane."
Cons: "I did not like that Frontier allowed for multiple people on the plane to yell and scream about the flight being delayed and how terrible their service was using lewd, degrading language that I felt unconfortable listening to after spending 6+ hours traveling before I even got on the plane! As a holiday traveler I am aware that there are delays and things are congested, maybe I'm the only one. I did not enjoy that I had to be subjected to that while sitting on an airplane that landed 45 minutes before even reaching gate. This continued on to the baggage claim section for another 45 minutes until finally I told the guys to shut up! The 2 men should have had security called on them or taken to another room to air their grievances instead of subjecting the rest of us to their tirade. I was extremely uncomfortable and disappointed in the way Frontier airlines at O'Hare handles disgruntled passengers and will most likely not fly Frontier again despite having a relatively enjoyable flight."

Cons: "The schedule (depart at midnight) and the length (2.5 hours) make it a brutal experience. It is too short to get some sleep, and with the time difference you arrive in the "morning." However, when you arrive in Charlotte you will have to wait for everything to open (car rentals, Starbucks, etc.), as the entire airport is sleeping. It is cheap, but is is rough."

Cons: "As I was arriving to the terminal they were calling for the last boarding call, the terminal ended up being right around the corner. I got on the plane and looked at the time and it was 7:30 and the plane wasn't scheduled to leave until 7:45. I had to pay for my bag to be checked or else I would have had to pay for a carry on bag that doesn't go under the seat. To keep costs down I was ok and understanding until I got onto the plane and saw how cramped it was. The seats were so close together that we couldn't recline. I can deal with entertaining myself but requiring the people to be sitting straight up for the entire flight is not right. If it was a short flight then sitting up wouldn't be so bad, however it was close to four hours and those seats were very uncomfortable. The beep that usually comes on when the captain turns off the seat belt light kept going off. It would be understandable if an announcement was going to take place or the seat belt light changed. However it would go off and I would look and couldn't figure out a reason we were all of a sudden alerted, so it was very difficult to get any type of rest in the uncomfortable conditions. I left confused as to why I was required to spend money for a possible carry on that went above in the plane when I was so cramped."

For example, in my case, my son & myself had to take all his stuff like sofa, bed, dressers, chairs, tables, & kitchen wares other household items in a U-Haul & drove his car ti Cincinnati, Ohio (as he finished his studies in GMC & had to start his residency in children hospital in Cin......After unloading all the stuff in his apartment, I had fly back to Atlanta with only a small backpack, there was no sense to pay about $250.00 with Delta, it was a logical way of coming by Frontier costing less than $50.00. with comfortable seats within an hour."

The flight was delayed for multiple hours due to mechanical issues. I think it was the worst landing I've ever experienced. For the inconvenience of our long delay, Frontier gave us vouchers, but there is a long list of restrictions: must be used within 90 days, cannot be used to pay for the entire fare, etc. I find the voucher to be an insult."
