Cons: "My main comment is that the wi-fi didn't work for all passengers. One of the reasons I flew this airline was because they promise reliable wi-fi on the flight and despite multiple attempts to troubleshoot, it never worked."

On-board entertainment was great since we can watch LIVE matches from US Open on the return trip. However, you have to bring your own ear phone/head set otherwise it will cost some $$. Free WIFI too"

No explanation. Tried to get earphones on the plane at 11pm--- flight attendant apologized for not geittibg them for me the first time I asked. We landed an hour ago and I'm still waiting for my earphones as I'm driving home. JetBlue is awful."

Cons: "The flight was delayed 4 hours to Mexico and on our return to LAX our seats were RESOLD and reissued to other passengers and we were told we would be put on the first flight the following day! Heck no, we were not about to let that happen. Finally after multiple conversations with the "people in charge" we were able to be "accommodated" on the next flight- 6 hrs after our original flight. I called customer service for Aeromexico to submit a complaint for the awful experience, not once did they apologize for an inconvenience and make matters worse they said it was my fault my tickets had been re-issued. The customer service woman explained that "I had not paid for a seat on that flight that I had only paid for a reservation" therefor making all of this my fault. This is one of many reasons Mexico is so corrupt."

Pros: "The customer service was excellent! There was a slight delay but nothing detrimental. The flight was very comfortable. There was plenty of leg room. There was entertainment with movies, music, etc. We were even able to track were our flight was on a map. The small meal was perfect to hold one over a 4 hr flight. The offered a good variety of beverages and coffee. They asked often if there was anything they could do or if we needed anything else. I am very happy I chose this airline."

Yet the boarding process was much slower than other carriers. The crew was professional but not so friendly. The food and drinks were not served until an hour and a half after take off, half way through the flight. Food was not very good a croissant with a small piece of meat and a small slice of cheese in it. Once service began, those of us seated in the middle of the plane could not get past the carts for at least 30 minutes to use the restrooms. Overall, I expected more from the country's principle carrier."

Cons: "Kayak listed the ticket price at one rate, then when redirected the fees go up by another 100+ dollars! When we purchased the tickets, we were redirected to purchase through airfare.Com -- most unprofessional group I have ever dealt with! Our itinerary changed multiple times with various threatening emails that we must respond and accept new flight arrangements or else we will not have any flights and we'll be charged exhorbanaent fees. I tried cling and got reps that spoke little to no English and we're incredibly rude. We wold respond to the emails and still get more and more threstening emails. We were very concerned that any of it was legit. Kayak wanted nothing to do with it past advertising one price only to support a group that charged more. Such a scam. We had problems with the boarding passes printed. The first flight the staff was prevented from printing our tickets. They never told us why. Then for the second flight they called us to the boarding counter and required our tickets be reprinted. It was a bit of a hassle, but not earth shattering."

Pros: "When shopping for an airline to travel Lima Peru try AeroMexico. If you do not mind a connection through Mexico City AeroMexico is the one for you and price is good. Tacha and avianca airlines are also great alternatives for traveling to Peru. If you don't mind connections. For a straight flight try LAN for flying to Lima Peru they are the best."

Cons: "I arrived at HNL nearly 2 hours before my flight. The check-in procedures at HNL were very poor. There were not enough operating machines to help passengers check-in. In fact, there appeared to be more non-functioning machines .than working ones which created a huge backlog of passengers. We then had to wait in another long line to have our bagged checked and boarded. This was one of the worse situations I've seen in a very long time."

Overall, I don't think it was the airlines fault but the airports fault at LAX, however all of these thing combined made it a less enjoyable flight/experience."

Then I go running around looking for an agent. I find one and she says you missed your flight. I told her I still have 45 minutes to make it, and she rudely just tells me to get in another line to pay for a new ticket. LUCKILY someone in the priority line saw I was having a problem, a customer not an agent, and she told me to try to talk to someone on her side. After 3 agents told me no one finally told me yes. I made my flight but just by a hair. If the agents would have been around to help or been willing to help me from the moment I spoke to them this would not have been a problem. Thanks for almost ruining Christmas for me. When I spoke to others everyone told me they always have issues with AA. Will never fly AA again."

My family grabbed a bus to Narita for a 6:30pm flight. C'MON AMERICAN AIRLINES! COULD YOU SERIOUSLY NOT GET ANOTHER PLANE TO HANEDA?? OR AT LEAST PAY FOR OUR HOTEL?? The ground crew at Haneda was very kind but overwhelmed. Terrible experience. And it's the reason I don't fly American. In fact, KAYAK, I booked our flights on JAL intentionally to avoid American. The fact that these were partner flights on American completely and unpleasantly surprised me...also not a good experience."

If they are this cheap and annoyed by the customers you can expect major concerns like safety, aircraft maintenance and the pilots to be equally as shotty and terrible."

Worst check-in experience of my life. This airline won't last long if they treat people this way. Their own staff appeared miserable and on the verge of homicide or suicide. No wonder."

I didn't offer to help in hopes of "free stuff," but the other airlines I have flown with have offered me a drink, some food, or even $ off my next flight as a thank you for my medical services."
