Copa crew is almost never great in terms of service.

Captain and Crew were excellent. The Boeing 737-800 was showing its age. In flight entertainment system was sluggish and my Business Class seat on the outbound flight had some mechanical issues. Only real problem was the location of the Gate in Panama PTY. It was a 40 minute hike from Security to the Gate. There should have been some sort of warning about the distance.

landed in panama it was in terminal one. We had to take a bus to terminal two for customs. Then back to terminal one. It was very frustrating. Then, on the way back from panama it was the same situation. We had to go back and forth between terminals to check in and drop our bags and then to board. When we were leaving, we had to wait in line for the boarding area and go through another gate security process. They told the bottles of water and coffee were bought while in line in the airport after we passed the main security. Ridiculous (and expensive). A much better communication system is needed.

This was my first time flying Copa but I'll definitely be back! Great service, professional agents, and delicious food for a fair price. Thanks for a great trip!

Horrible experience from start to end. Copa costumer service is non existent. They treat you bad. Everybody tells you different information. We didn’t received our luggage in the 1 day stop we did even we they said if was not going to be a problem. They didn’t respect the seats that we had and spread our family leaving in between of two big people who didn’t leave any space for me and crush me from side to side. I’ll never recommend Copa to anybody.

other than a slight delay in takeoff from Panama , the flights were excellent ..... we will continue to use Copa whenever possible for flights to and from Central and South America ....

I was fortunate enough to have an entire row to myself and that was the highlight. Unfortunately, the flight was really turbulent which had no impact on how effective the crew was. However, I am disabled and should have boarded the flight first, but that wasn't the case. They also decided to take my bag at the gate because I had one too many and upon my picking it up at JFK it along with my rollator had been damaged. I am a vegan so the didn't have a proper meal for me and I was unable to view the entertainment because I didn't receive a set of headphones and if I needed to supply my own I wasn't made aware of that either. The crew was great, but overall everything was pretty lackluster.

I volunteered to let them put my carry on suitcase in the baggage storage area. But when we landed I was told it was being unloaded IN A DIFFERENT TERMINAL! I had to walk (painful for me) a long way to retrieve my bag and my ride had to move from the waiting area they were in to a totally different one. Not happy.

Over 2 hour delay for a 50-minute flight is unacceptable, especially in normal weather. Very poor communication via app

In-flight staff was very helpful and excellent. However, the flight was delayed by 90 minutes. Also the boarding process should be expedited in case of delayed flights. This will help the passengers trying to make international connections.

They delayed our flight by 45 minutes and then re-updated the departure time back to normal schedule with no notification, email, or app update causing probably 40 people to miss the flight as they left without us.

Som delays but overall we almost made it on the original time.

The WiFi stopped working early on in the flight. No audio from entertainment system.

They announced at the last minute that international travelers had to checkin at counter. This created a long line and unnecessary stress.

They put me on a chair in between two men, one overweight who was almost falling on top of me, and the other was even uncomfortable because I was half falling because of what the other was pushing me. I stayed with. my feet were swollen from fluid retention and from being unable to accommodate myself. it was very uncomfortable. I asked for help but they told me that the flight was full and they couldn't help me. I got off the plane almost unable to walk due to the inflammation. and then at FLL airport I asked for help because I couldn't go to my next flight, which was a connection.

The walk from baggage claim to the taxi is very difficult for older people I will never fly into JFK again. It is physically challenging

Service for food to our seat was a bit slow. Snack choices were just pretzels or baked chips. My seat cushion was not attached. Other than Barbie, video choice were not very good or current.

Better than expected.on time. Friendly staff in NY however MYR not so nice.

The flight crew and flight attendants are poorly trained and demonstrate poor professionalism. They have a sloppy appearance and communicate with patrons poorly. It is embarrassing for them to be representatives of an airline and for them to be called professionals.

After 5 hours of delay, they cancelled the flight. Very disappointed

My flight to LA was cancelled. I waited at the airport for 3 hrs saying it was delayed and then all of a sudden it was cancelled. Frontier only gave me a voucher and refund but could not rebook me. Flights on other airlines were too expensive last minute. I had to drive down to LA and didn’t even take my return flight home since I had to drive. One of the worst airline experiences in my life. It’s crazy how airlines can just upend people’s plans just like that.

Very delayed with little to no communication from the captain or flight crew. All announcements made were not audibly understood by passengers. Very poor communication. After arrival it took approximately 20 minutes to get a jet bridge to the plane.

Flying Frontiier was extremely poor!! I paid for a7:15am flight on flight 1601 from PHL To Las Vegas and the delay was brutally, excruciatingly and disgustingly long (8 hrs). I arrived by Uber to PHL at 5:30 am and had to spend the entire 8 hr delay inside the airport. Even more atrocious was that the flight was delayed twice. On the phone with customer service for two hours and was not fully compensated. I feel taken advantage of with this airline. They offered a menial couched for another flight within 90 days to me and my husband who has never flown but this experience has made us almost 100% sure to not fly this airline and will suggest that others don’t either. We don’t want to book ever again, don’t want a menial voucher and I believe by standard and because the flight was delayed for 8 hours, I should be fully reimbursed for the entire round trip. There is no excuse why this should have ever occurred. After sharing my experience with others in Vegas and Philadelphia, I was told that Frontier airlines is notorious for long delayed flights, poor customer service and refusal to compensate people correctly. I’m very nervous to see what departing from Vegas to Philadelphia will bring.

I fly Frontier often and generally don't have any issues. For some reason, the Denver to Houston's George Bush Intercontinental (IAH) flight always needs to wait on the tarmac in Houston because a gate is not available after landing. I've been stuck for as little as 15 minutes and as much as a little over an hour. I know only fly the Frontier Denver to IAH route when there is not an available flight to Houston Hobby (HOU).

Flight was 3 hours late leaving. Poor communication from the staff about delays. Impossible to get in touch with customer service (by design). And it actually didn't come out to be much cheaper than a non-budget airline! Not worth the headache, I'm never flying Frontier again

I’ve never flown frontier without a flight getting canceled. I understand that things go wrong with planes, but all other airlines handle cancellations so well. Frontier becomes a dumpster fire if a problem appears for them.

Checking in was easy and simple, crew was nice and efficient, but I would improve seat assignment randomness to make it easier to sit together based on when you check in. Overall would fly with them again.

The worst experience we had traveling. The worst experience we have had traveling. The service is lousy, I will NEVER choose this airline again.

Flight canceled 11 hours after being delayed. Miss annual family vacation because of this

This was a short flight so food was not offered. The stewardess was great at giving water out. The baggage check at the airport was hideous. One person was untrained and had asked a question. The other two people were just dealing. Someone could have worked the line and said you must have a luggage tag and you must have confirmation. We waited for some people at the counter for 20 minutes because they couldn't find their reservation or they were missing their luggage tags. We were in line an hour and 20 minutes had to run to her gate just to find out our flight was delayed 40 minutes. The silver air website never updated with status changes on the phone. Horribly irresponsible flight company.

I like that the crew member offered to hand me my carry in after I walked up the stairs

This Airline is horrible. I never made it to Orlando. Left after waiting for this flight since 11:45am. This flight was delayed 15 times up until 10:30pm. Boarded twice after pilot reported issues with the plane. After the the second boarding the pilot now reported ground stop in Orlando due to weather which was now at almost 5pm. This is ridiculous that passengers have to sit for all this time dealing with so many issues. Why wasn’t there another plane brought in before the weather became the third issue. Will never use this airline again. Awful. I hope I get my refund.

The flight attendant said I didn’t have a seat on the flight and made me miss the flight after 8 delays! When in fact I did have a seat and they sent me to a different airport with a different airline for the trip home! Never again!

Boarding started earlier but was not updated on any screen. We only heard the overhead call for final boarding. The plane sat on the tarmac for over an hour after landing.

Horrible and unprofessional staff. Plane was unkept and security lacking. Agents bickering over which one was going to print my boarding pass.

Besides there were several delays, they wouldn’t give me my boarding pass for both my connecting flights (even though due to the delays I had an extremely short time to get to my second flight). When I went to the counter at my connection, two agents were bickering about who was going to help me. One continued saying she was quitting and the other should tell their boss she’s not coming in the next day. Staff was extremely unprofessional, plane cleanliness and security was lacking. This was my first and last time using Silver Airlines.
