THAT was absolutely disrespectful of others time, I was there carrying my carry on baggage. Abdul rely HORRIBLE. When they finally called me there was no education to say even Hello, she only spoke to me to say I had to pay for one bag, and the overweight price, I tried to explain I purchased a different fare, but she didn’t care she just kept repeating the same. Ground crew was horrible and the complete procedure is horrible, I’ve never had such experience with JetBlue. To improve you should start putting kiosks, and mobile check-in URGENTLY please"

I am upset because if the plane was broken don’t load the plane with new passengers until your sure the plane could fly. They loaded the plane with all the passengers then made up wait until they got mechanic clearance and paperwork approved to fly. Which took approx 1.hours late. Boarded plane at 9:30 left at 10:30. Arrived very late."

Cons: "Delays! Jet Blue seems to always have some type of issues with their planes which cause delays. I understand that things happen, but I'm not the only one who has been affected by these delays. I had to wait over four hours from my original departure time, it's ridiculous. The only positive is that Jet Blue does go out of their way to compensate us for our troubles, but I would be so much happier if my flight came and left at their appropriate time."

Cons: "What I didn’t like was how my flight got cancelled and the only flight I was able to get was 4 days later. So I was stuck in the Dominican Republic for a total of two weeks!! I had to miss another weekend at work which made me lose a lot of money since I’m a barber and lost some one my clientele. On top of my flight being cancelled it also got delayed again but only by 30 minutes so I wasn’t so upset. When it came to the boarding, that had to be the slowest boarding I’ve went through. The gate seemed very behind on the technology and that caused the workers to work even slower. At times they had to step away and go on their monitor to fix something out so it took an extra 30 minutes before I even got into my seat, and I was sitting in row 6 of the plane. Then after everyone was seated the flight got held back an extra half hour because a lady wanted to file a complaint saying that she got pushed and ended up being the only person that got kicked off the flight so she did it all for nothing. So with everything happening, our flight got delayed an hour and a half. Very disappointed.."

Pros: "My flight from STX was delayed some 30 minutes. That made a dent in the 57 minutes I had to catch my Delta flight. Naturally we landed at gate A2 and Delta was boarding at Terminal 2 gate B9. Me with my knee replacement can’t run and my wheelchair was not in sight. Thank goodness I had a carryon with wheels. I was out of breath when I got to Delta and the last passengers were boarding. I started panicking and interrupted the ground steward who asked me to wait with a smile. I waited . So when I told them I was standby they waved me on after showing my passport. I couldn’t find my boarding pass. I was pleasantly surprised to get a seat in first class. I was so thankful. My first time. Good things come to those who wait! Thank you Delta."

Cons: "Upon deplaning in Cancun, ALL passengers are put on a bus and driven far away from the terminals to an arrivals area. Those of us with connecting flights are royally f*cked at that point, especially if your connection is short, as mine was. The so-called shuttle to the departure terminals, which are entire kilometers away, was to arrive in like half an hour. HALF AN HOUR. Who has this time to spare?? The alternative to the shuttle is paying a taxi that charges a hefty fare--and God help you if you don't have cash. The departures terminal was swamped and only thru begging assistance and line cuts did I make my connection...and then only by the skin of my teeth. It was a complete nightmare."

When we finally boarded at 5 we got peanuts in first class. That was worth the mileage upgrade. Upon landing there was a 1/2 wait on the tarmac to get a gate. That same plane, upon taking off back to DTW blew a tire upon take-off, had to do an emergency landing and everyone had to spend the night in NOLA after being delayed all day."

Cons: "American Airlines changed our flight times drastically which caused us to have to rearrange our travel plans. The boarding process at St Croix was terribly unorganized and inefficient. The airplane was hot and stuffy with little airflow. They don’t offer any beverages to customers other than first class passengers citing COVID issues. There is no risk if COVID spread through giving each passenger a soda. It is incredibly unfair that first class passengers are served both alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages in cups but other passengers are not."

Also I would imagine that during Covid-19 these companies would do a better job of not overbooking flights but all of my flights with American this past weekend were overbooked. Which delayed us even longer as they searched for volunteers to adjust their flights. In today's age of technology the idea that they are still overbooking planes makes no sense to me in the slightest. I will be walking, driving or taking a boat before I fly American Airlines again."

The captain had to finally, after several hours, come to the boarding area to inform all of us that there was problem that was not communicated correctly so we then had to wait an additional 2.5 hours more on top of the original 2.5 hour delay for the two certified mechanics on St. Croix to attest that the plane could fly. No one asked them to come earlier, so we waited for pretty much five (5) hours. We were promised meals and hotel in Miami. the Miami American Airlines service desk told us, sorry, there's so many people, we could not be accommodated. This is outrageous, and I want my money back. I paid for 4 people on that flight and we were treated horribly. On top of that....Cheapoair, representative from whom I bought the tickets, sold me tickets without my understanding that we only had 41 minutes to get off the original flight from Christiansted find the next flight and board it. We never would have made it. Final point, the Cheapoair guy who sold me the tickets charged me about 500 dollars more than what he said the cost was. He quoted and said "all in" 1150 per ticket (I bought 4 tickets). He then charged me nearly 5300 Again this is outrageous and a complete sham. I demand to be compensated for this."

Cons: "Our return flight was delayed due to maintenance issues and then cancelled after 2 hours of waiting. We got re-scheduled for a flight due to leave 5 hours from when the flight was cancelled. We stood in line to get on an earlier flight (there were 3 earlier flights) and got wait listed on one. Thankfully, we got on that flight however, we were in the airport for 8 hours from 8am to 4pm for a 1 1/2 hr flight. Our original flight was supposed to leave around 10am. No flight re-imbursement was issued to us, and we only received lunch vouchers after we asked for them."

Cons: "Very long wait in Toronto security. Trying to get a connecting flight and the Montreal flight had been boarding for 20 minutes before we even got through TSA. Very anxiety provoking! Very large plane that was filled...for a 1 hour flight. It took longer to board and unload than the flight itself. Makes me want to drive on these short hops."

Cons: "Plane delay due to passenger on cell phone before takeoff"

Cons: "No leg room, narrow seats and no individual air control's. It was a surprise when they came around and offered movie rentals which they didn't do on the flight over from Toronto to Barcelona. Cons: "Flights were all over booked. People were being bumped, flights delayed. We were in the Toronto airport for 8 hours. We missed our connection in Denver. The Air Canada people on Toronto said someone would be waiting to help us get a hotel and a new flight when we reached Denver. In realit, the stewards on the flight just gave us a card with a customer service number, said call this number and they will get you accommodations. So no one was at the gate to meet us and no one ever answered the phone!! We were on hold for 48 minutes. We were stuck in the airport for ten hours, through the night, until another flight could be arranged. We had to find someone on United to get us on a new flight. My daughter and I were at the end of 24 hours of flying and expected that what we were told would be carried out. I was not impressed with the way this was handled and no apology or compensation from Air Canada for the delays and sleeping on the airport floor!!"

It was very cold inside the plane which made the ride very uncomfortable. Thirdly, there was absolutely no in-flight entertainment on this flight, making it a very boring experience. I would not recommend this kind of air travel!"

Cons: "While seating in the seats I booked months in advance, my partner and I were presumptively requested to change seats to accommodate a 5 year old and their parent. What frustrated me was the negligence displayed by the flight attendants who didn't ask if my partner and I were traveling together to accommodate a passenger who clearly booked at the gate. Although it was not ideal for the attendants, flight attendants should always as if folks are traveling together "before" assuming a passenger is okay with relocating from their loved ones. It display respects for everyone flying."

Pros: "What mede this trip so poor was that the agent at the desk informed me that as I was boarding the plane my carry on suitcase had to be checked due to limited space in the overhead bins. This is the same carry on that I have stored in overheads on literally over 100 flights including a United flight 4 days earlier. I was the approximately the fith passenger to board in group 3 and after I let her check my bag I walked on to the plane to see not only was it only one quarter full of passengers, most of the overhead bins were completely empty. So I had to go to baggage claim to get my checked bag after we landed which took almost 40 minutes. Very frustrating!"

Cons: "I didn’t like that the plane took off before the takeoff time and thus I missed my flight. No explanation. No apologies. This was also the last flight out to NOLA and you would think they would take that into consideration. Nope."

Pros: "Even with a nearly hour delay to switch planes, the captain and crew were very good at keeping people informed of the situation. The plane we were supposed to be on was having mechanical issues and rather than waiting until we were boarded and sitting on the plane until the issues were resolved (which coincidentally happened on my earlier flight for 1.5 hrs) the stopped boarding, which made a bad situation a little less crummy."
Cons: "Being delayed an hour for an red-eye flight sucks no matter what the circumstances, but better safe than sorry"

Cons: "I chose to fly Southwest on the way back and for less money I received better service. If you find a reasonably priced flight you don't have to worry about paying extra for baggage or stomach during the flight. On the flight home, I realized that they have bigger seats, your bags ( 1 personal, 1 carry-on, and 2 checked bags) are "free" and they give you a little snack to hold you for maybe and hour. Overall I prefer Southwest because of all the benefits you get while flying with them but it doesn't mean I will never fly United again."

Cons: "Basic economy not aloud a carry on bag. Charged for a checked bag. The TV programming was an extra charge as well as the drinks."

Cons: "I was informed at check in that I could not bring a carry on bag. Therefore, I had to pay to check my bag. However, all other passengers on the plane brought carry on bags. Then, upon arrival in New Orleans, my bag failed to arrive. My bag was still in Chicago."

Pros: "Crew was very pleasant & helping. There was a gentlemen I sat beside with a service dog the size of a horse! He (diesel) was a gentle giant. The crew were dog lovers so they took care of diesel like he was a rock star!"

Cons: "Being wedged in the middle seat after two overseas flights and seeing stand-by passengers in isle and window seats in rows ahead of mine... no, I did not appreciate that. In other words, UA is accomodating stand-by passengers before accomodating customers who have purchased tickets. Try sitting in a middle seat after two overseas flights... especially as a tall person with no knee space and a super-uncomfortable seat with the headcushion area reaching only your neck. Those seats were clearly made for folks under 5'8"-5'9"."

Cons: "After I booked my round trip flight to Denver from New Orleans I discovered that my mom had surgery to remove her breast cancer on the day I was originally supposed to depart. I called to see if there was anything I could do to change my flight to the next day and received no help what so ever. They said it would cost $200 just from the start. I couldn't afford that, so I just bought a cheaper one way ticket for the next day, not knowing that if I didn't catch my first flight that my return flight would also be cancelled. When I called to see if I still had my return flight I was told no and one again told it would cost $200 to do anything about it. So in the end, I'm stuck in Denver and bought a round trip ticket for absolutely no reason."

Pros: "In flight entertainment was great until the network stoped working 2/3 of the way there."
Cons: "We landed almost 40 min early, but was not allowed to get off because we had to wait our turn. So we just sat there with with nothing to do."

Cons: "Really sad that you have to pay extra money to watch the monitors on the back of the headrest for a 2.5 trip. That's crappy. And then there is a point when you're out of the Directv Range. We're paying more for flights and then they have flight waitresses trying to monetize the time you're in the air. And when I was checking in in Berlin this guy was asking me a ton of questions, but didn't ask the next 5 people any questions. When I stared at him he started asking others questions. It's really none of your business why I'm going somewhere or what I'm doing. These terrorist attacks are giving people authority they have no business having."

Pros: "The United Airline staff was very helpful. Our evening flight from another airline was cancelled and we booked the next available United flight departing early the following morning. Recommendations from the staff made our unplanned stay much more comfortable. It was greatly appreciated."

Cons: "Once again, your people need to cater to the people that flight. The very first time I flew with United was December 14, 1982. I was 7. As an adult I have either flown with Delta or US Air. I went with United on this trip and I have to say that I am never going back on another United flight."

Pros: "United's flight crew was very courteous and accomodating. At a time where customer service overall has taken a noticeable step back in most industries, it was nice to receive good service. Especially considering I was traveliing with my family of five (3 kids under 11)."
Cons: "While I understand this is not specific to United Airlines, I've flown now for about 40 years and this incessant need to monetize EVERYTHING on a flight is just frustrating. I am a 6'2", fit man and I'm not able to get a coach seat with leg room without paying an additional premium...in BOTH directions of my flight. This is after paying to check my FIRST bag...but before paying for any food or entertaiment i want to consume during the 3:45+ flight. Yes, charge for WI-FI; charge for alcoholic beverages, charge for OVERWEIGHT baggage. Charging for food and other items which were complementary 10 to 15 years ago is insulting."
