Those of us with connecting flights are royally f*cked at that point, especially if your connection is short, as mine was. The so-called shuttle to the departure terminals, which are entire kilometers away, was to arrive in like half an hour. HALF AN HOUR. Who has this time to spare?? The alternative to the shuttle is paying a taxi that charges a hefty fare--and God help you if you don't have cash. The departures terminal was swamped and only thru begging assistance and line cuts did I make my connection...and then only by the skin of my teeth. It was a complete nightmare."

That same plane, upon taking off back to DTW blew a tire upon take-off, had to do an emergency landing and everyone had to spend the night in NOLA after being delayed all day."

As for there earlier claim of no 3 seats available next to each other .. it was obviously a lie because the seats just across from me where empty. I hope not to fly on American Airlines again."

Also I would imagine that during Covid-19 these companies would do a better job of not overbooking flights but all of my flights with American this past weekend were overbooked. Which delayed us even longer as they searched for volunteers to adjust their flights. In today's age of technology the idea that they are still overbooking planes makes no sense to me in the slightest. I will be walking, driving or taking a boat before I fly American Airlines again."

I felt that that was a very poor reflect of customer service. I expect more from United."

And when I was checking in in Berlin this guy was asking me a ton of questions, but didn't ask the next 5 people any questions. When I stared at him he started asking others questions. It's really none of your business why I'm going somewhere or what I'm doing. These terrorist attacks are giving people authority they have no business having."

But when it is supposed to leave at 4:15 and You tell everyone 5:15, and then at 5:15 tell everyone it'll be here at 6:15, then at 6:15 it went to 7:15 and then again 8:15. During this entire time, I kept asking for updates and the staff at Frontier seemed angry so many people kept asking....that's your job. Because of the long wait many people didn't eat dinner, JetBlu decided to get coffee and donuts for all of their passengers (they said it over the loud speaker), Frontier didn't give us anything. When the plane landed at 8:15, the slowness of the workers couldn't have been any worse. Loading the bags slow, cleaning the plane slow. Plane gets here at 8:15 and we don't take off until 9:30. You'd think we would get some type of snack or drink for this horrible wait time right? Water is free on frontier, but nothing else. And they stuck with that. NOTHING FREE! Not even a soda or bag of chips! My friend is 6 foot 4 and I'm not sure how they get away with the nonexistent leg room. His knees were smashed against the chair in front of him the entire time. Funny for me, sucked for him (or anyone tall). He asked to change seats to 1 of the 2 open seats we had seen with more leg room (near the side emergency exit). They said no unless he wants to pay $50 right there. In the middle of the flight. I have no words for it. Customer service was horrible, food was nonexistent, drinks were nonexistent, leg room was nonexistent. And that sums up how I'll never be using frontier ever again. Pay $50 more for a better plane service seriously."

My fault for not checking into it a little more, but it was a whirlwind trip to move my daughter and the travel was Spartan but necessary."

It felt like every 5 minutes they were making an announcement making it impossible to get any rest. Passengers were roundly and acted like they had never been on a plane before. Maybe they hadn't and just didn't know any better. But it made the flight unpleasant."

Seats are half of the size of regular seats and does not recline. It was like sitting in school room chairs for 4 hours and 37 minutes on a full flight. Water is the only thing that you can have without paying. I just didn't understand what I paid for... when I also had to pay for a seat. Was it the cost of fuel on the aircraft? Trays are half of the size of regular tray... custom forms barely fit on top of it. Brace position is not going to do anything to us with those plastic seats in case of emergency."

Cons: "Flight cancelled due to weather. No other to help with rebooking or solutions to being stranded in the airport. Calls and emails all fell on death ears. As a Colorado resident I try to fly frontier exclusively, no more. I will never give my money to this failing airline."

Pros: "Every thing on our flight to New Orleans."
Cons: "Three of us boarded at DIA in Denver on Feb 25 on Frontier Airlines for a flight to New Orleans. We each had one piece of carry on luggage that we placed in the compartment above the seats. There was not additional charge for the carry on. We paid only the cost of our airline ticket. HOWEVER on our return flight Feb 28, we told at the New Orleans Frontier desk there would be an extra charge for the exact carry on luggage we had checked in at Denver fours days before. The extra charge was $40.00 for checking or $45.00 if we carried on our luggage. We explained there was no charge for our carry on's in Denver. That didn't help. SO what choice did we have? We didn't make a scene or issue about this extra charge. We merely paid the extra charge and grumbled on the flight home. You can probably guess about our change in attitude -- from a pleasant flight experience to New Orleans to maybe our next flight will not be on Frontier rather another carrier."

Pros: "The flight was late in boarding because the airport was on island time. The reception folks kept saying five more minutes until we board, for like half an hour. I didn't mind but it was funny. A very relaxed airport and staff. I enjoyed it, way better than O'Hare with its rushing hussle bussle endless security line issues."

Tray table about the size of an iPhone 6. No entertainment. No snacks. All drinks cost money. Rude staff. Just a disaster of an experience. I'll never fly frontier again."

At first they did not want to give us refunds either until they called security on one irate small blonde lady and security, afraid of a riot I think, told the airline they needed to resolve the issue."

Also, attempting to sleep on a flight is always difficult but turning on the lights to serve beverages was a bit much. Dim lighting would be a better option."

Cons: "I say the exact same "I should have just flown delta" story EVERY TIME I go with a cheap airline. Flight was delayed from 5pm to 6pm, then to 11:30pm, then 1:30am. So I had to buy a stupid expensive last minute ticket on Delta (Frontier doesn't work with other airlines, to rebook flights or even find your luggage) then drive two hours from the airport to see my family for the holidays.. Then take a 2 hour trip back to the airport the next day to pick up my luggage, which Frontier wouldn't deliver to me because I "voluntarily separated" from them. I suppose that's technically true, but I think there's an argument there that Frontier's complete lack of competency forced to me do it."

They tell you everything is cheaper when being set up through their website, but their site crashes like crazy and people on the phone are also very unhelpful. Our flight was delayed for 3 hours and the maintenance crew was very unhelpful in relaying information to the crew. We never got a perfectly clear answer on what the actual problem was."

The planes were wobbling a lot---like they were no longer on smooth automatic pilot."

Pros: "The staff was courteous and happy. Smiling and speaking to passengers. No carry on baggage fee. I have been flying frequently over the last couple years and it was the only staff that made me feel like customer service matters."

Cons: "First, they charged 50$ (!!!) for each check in bag while most airlines charge 25$. That is double! And for a domestic flight!! To top that, no one at the check in counter had told us that skateboards are not allowed on board (even though they saw us with it). We arrived at the gate, about to board the flight and a second before getting on the plane, we were told that we could not go on with the skate board. All this is while we see people take in strollers that are far bigger than a simple board with wheels. They claimed that it's a "weapon". It is as much a weapon as a stroller. They made us pay additional 65$ (!!!) just to throw it inthe bells with no wrapping or bag, and to sign a liability release so if it will break we wouldn't be able to sue. We felt completely ripped off! The only other option according to them was to pack it and board the next flight (of course this was a non- refundable flight). To top everything off- the airplane was old, they sold one seat to oversized people in a way that it was impossible to have your iwnspace and they didn't even serve water in a 3.5 hiur flight. It was a horrible experience and we wouldn't recommend spirit airlines to anyone ever. We ended up paying an extra 165$!!!"

Shame on you!"

Not only was it difficult to get a refund from customer service (I still have not received credit to my account), but the next flight to NOLA wasn't until after the wedding that was my whole purpose in taking this trip. So I had to rent a car and drive overnight. I would have felt a lot better about my experience if I had received a prompt refund or arrangements for rental car / hotel were offered in exchange for my cancellation. Instead, I had to go out of pocket. You can't control the weather, but then again neither can I. You CAN control your cancelled flight policies and offer either immediate refunds or accommodations until the next flight."
