We were made to check our carry-on luggage because it did not fit the measurements. That’s what we were told, but I saw plenty of carry-on luggage on the plane that was the same size as ours
Flight Crew Review The crew was absolutely amazing from start to finish! They were friendly, professional, attentive, and genuinely made the flight feel comfortable and enjoyable. Every interaction was pleasant, and they went above and beyond to make sure passengers were taken care of. You could really tell that they cared about providing great service. I truly appreciate their kindness and professionalism and would be happy to fly with this crew again!

We were in transit from Lima (flight at 1.10am) and we were in stand by in our flight from Panama to Washington. We wait from 4.30 am to 18.30pm in the Airport. The company give us 2 x 15 dollars for eat during the day and a personnal travel voucher of 400 dollars each. Do they buy food one time something in the Airport ??? And one of us live in France so the voucher is not usable. More than 24 hours travel !! And our place were near the toilets, with 8 children around us. The boy behind my seat stamped his feet on my back all the flight. Really Wonder full ! So we are totally unhappy with our travel. Thanks Copa Airlines....

The business class service was very good. The crew was helpful and the food was enjoyable. Boarding was well organized.
Entertainment was great. Seats were good. They did not have my pre-ordered hot food product available but did comp me something cold in place of the item.
No water or beverage was provided. I had to ask for water. The sole flight attendant had more interest in selling the credit card. In addition when we got to Dulles the plane and gate were misaligned and it took at least 15 minutes to get off the plane.
Flight was delayed almost an hour because the cleaning crew broke one of the bathroom doors.

The flight crew was the worst I've experienced. If they worked for me, I would fire them immediately. They never smiled, they seemed angry and avoided passengers as much as possible. The food was not edible, and my luggage was lost. I will never fly United again!!!

Awful!!!. I do not recommend United. The flight staff are unhappy and don't attempt to make the passengers feel comfortable or welcome. The food is not edible, and the seats are miserable. My expensive luggage was destroyed, and the ticket prices are too much for the experience.
On time, easy boarding. Anytime you sit in an economy seat, it’s uncomfortable. New plane and the bathrooms were in the galley at the back of the plane which seemed odd.

The delays were not communicated well at all. I was in the airport for over 9 hours with little knowledge of if I was actually going to reach my destination.
Seats are very comfortable but WAY too small...i'm only 5'11" and 170 lbs but i barely fit in the chair! Food is just abysmal. I don't even bother eating. Staff were very professional, boarding was smooth, and plenty of room in overheads.
As per usual for my flights with American Airlines, One flight was very delayed and caused me to miss my connection and they moved my flight to another day. I called customer support and was moved back to my original day but different flights. My layover flight was delayed by an additional 30 minutes while the flight crew confirmed that the plane was airworthy. Ultimately, it is less hassle to drive 10 hours than to fly 6 hours with American Airlines. I recommend my friends and family to hitch hike over taking this terrible transit.
My flight was delayed close to 10 times over the course of the evening. I was originally scheduled to depart at 7:03 PM but did not leave until 12:33 AM, resulting in over 9 hours spent waiting at the airport. The only explanation provided was that the aircraft kept being swapped, with no clear reasoning as to why. Weather conditions at both DCA and Tampa were clear, so that was not a factor. The only accommodation offered was a $12 food voucher, which was entirely insufficient given the length of the delay. Overall, I was completely unsatisfied with this experience. A delay of this magnitude with no meaningful communication or accommodations is unacceptable, and I would have expected much more from American Airlines in terms of customer care.
if it's a mobile only entertainment experience, please provide a place to hold the device in the back of the seat.
My flight attendant was miserable. Bathroom filthy and the water soapy in the tea. I’d choose delta everytime.

Flight was delayed 2.5 hours at the start. They kept saying mechanical issues and changed gates several times. Then when we landed, they kept us on the tarmac for 1 hr because they didnt have gate staff to pull out a bridge. Its insane that they cannot have 2-3 people to operate a bridge for a flight with 100 people? Then the baggage claim, bags took over 45 minutes to arrive. All in all, I was scheduled to arrive at 6:30 PM local time and I didn't leave the airport till 10:40 PM local time. Its a shame and makes me never want to fly American again.

What should have been a routine departure turned into a frustrating and avoidable delay due to an issue with the jet bridge at the gate. As a result, the flight was delayed by approximately 90 minutes while multiple gate changes were attempted. The lack of clear communication during this period made the situation even more challenging. Passengers were left uncertain about the cause of the delay, the expected timeline, and the next steps. This not only disrupted travel plans but also created unnecessary stress for everyone on board. I understand that operational issues can arise, but a malfunctioning jet bridge and the resulting extended delay suggest an area where procedures or equipment maintenance may need attention. I hope you will review this incident to prevent similar disruptions in the future. I would appreciate acknowledgment of this concern and consideration of appropriate compensation for the inconvenience and lost time caused by this delay. At 10:00 PM the night before my 6:00 AM flight (just 8 hours before departure), I received an alert that my first leg to Denver was delayed, causing me to miss my connecting flight to Cincinnati. When I called Frontier customer service, they informed me that they couldn't get me on any other flight that would get me there in time for the Saturday wedding, let alone the rehearsal dinner. Because I had a critical role in the wedding, I was forced to buy a last-minute ticket on another airline for three times the original price, costing me well over $1,000 extra. Even with the emergency flight, I still missed the rehearsal dinner entirely. When I spoke with Frontier, they agreed to refund my original ticket, but showed zero care or accountability for the massive financial burden and distress they caused. Their "compensation" for causing me to spend an extra $1,000+ and miss an irreplaceable family event? A $75 Frontier voucher. Frontier completely dropped the ball. Their customer service showed zero empathy, and their reliability is non-existent. I will never fly Frontier again, and no one else should either if they actually need to get where they want to go. Tip for anyone flying from Denver to Cincinnati: Avoid Frontier connecting flights or layovers at all costs, especially for time-sensitive events. Book direct flights with an airline that actually offers reliable customer support and rebooking options when delays occur.

It got me to my destination? However we were an hour delayed departing, and we never received any updates or notifications from staff. Poor communication and customer service.
Frontier didn’t give us enough notice that our flight had been delayed. I was just entering the airport when I received the notice, less than 2hrs before my scheduled flight. They delayed it 1hr 22min because another jet left late out of Vegas. Frontier needs better communication with customers because I could have eaten at home and had someone drive me instead of paying for an Uber.
Great flight, no problems. I wish they would increase the checked bag weight limit. Packing was very stressful.

There's no seats that lean back with little leg space i wad uncomfortable the entire flight. Your charges for extra baggage is despicable and costly!!
There was no food and no entertainment, so I'm not sure why these are even in the survey, as my understanding is frontier does not ever offer food without a few, not even a snack, and there are no screens so unless the flight safety talk is our entertainment why ask how we liked it?. One of the flight attendants say in the back of the plane as people filed in to their seats, yelling orders about where to put baggage and telling people to hurry up. It was the least professional experience I've ever had on a flight.
