Plane had mechanical issues. We had to de plane and board a different plane and were an hour late

More space for economy, and the bathroom size is only for people with size XS

If the service crew didn't make difference between people and they change my seat without asking me if is okay or not with me

Great for a small Commuter. Quiet and relaxing. Seats were better than most.

The boarding process, airplane, entertainment, beverages and crew were very good. But the food left a lot to be desired, especially for business class. I had a chicken breast that was tough and rubbery, with little flavor. It wasn't even up to the proverbial "banquet chicken" standards. Very disappointing. There was only one offering of bread, OK, not a huge deal, but it's a nice touch to be offered more. Similarly, other airlines' crews come by to offer more drinks, though the crew responded when asked. Good flight overall, but the food just wasn't up to the standards you'd expect.

They have no employees/gate agents in Huntsville. Only one gate is operational

APU on the aircraft was not working. No AC while boarding. Plane was extremely hot and uncomfortable. Ground AC failed. Miserable experience. Arrival at DFW, no gate available. Not sure why that keeps happening at DFW.

Delayed because of waiting for some passengers who were delayed from their original time, they never made it to our flight. Late arrival causing logistic issues. Terrible all cause by waiting for someone who was not on time when waiting only benefits the airline

I had 1 hour to connect flights. Boarded the first plane with a broken restroom and captain decided that the 1.25 hour flight couldn’t leave until fixed. Needless to say, I missed my connecting flight and will arrive at my final destination 6 hours late.
