First class was terrible! It began with the customer service agent at the boarding gate taking being completely rude to the first class customers waiting to board. She/he (it was difficult to tell if it was a man or woman) yelled at everyone and said “it doesn’t take a genius to understand that only military or people with special needs may board, my god!!!” I’ve never seen such unprofessionalism from Delta. Then my husband and I went to our seats in first class and the flight attendant had left their paperwork and folders on our seats. I waited for a while to see if he would pick it up. He did not, so I picked it up and handed it to him. He then replied “oh we’re going to put you to work and pass out the agriculture forms”. When it came time for the meal he stated “we only have kale salad so do you want it or not?” My husband replied,” no I don’t like kale”. The flight attendant then replies “okay you don’t want it because that’s all we have”. My husband was seated in 1A, how do they have only one choice remaining out of the 3 when he’s in the first seat?? The flight attendant was very rude! As a loyal Delta customer, I was absolutely appalled at the unprofessional behavior from both customer service agents and first class flight attendant! I have to say that I will think twice before booking my next flight (next month) on Delta due to this experience.

Love the leg room and entertainment in comfort plus. Crew members were also excellent. However, serving gold fish and cookies twice on a 6hr flight is embarrassing. Delta should offer a better variety of snacks during a long flight.

Delta is my new favorite airlines. I have no complaints. Even if they don't serve meals the snacks were ok.

Pros: "Couldn't get on the flight. Santo Domingo airport Delta crew wouldn't let us on. We waited in a slow check in line - then they said it was too late to get on. We had plenty of time to get to the gate. Had to wait until the next day to get home."

Pros: "Delta is the airline to fly if you have to fly (like I did) during a pandemic. They made sure at every turn we felt as safe as possible. They had passengers distanced from each other the whole time, handed out sanitizing wipes as we walked on the plane, made sure folks kept their masks on, gave us individual little baggies with snacks and water bottles that also had individual hand sanitizer packets. I felt so much more safe flying Delta on my way home to Hawaii in July than I did when I flew American Airlines on my way to the mainland in June."

When the tickets were purchased, I paid the higher rate to include baggage. It didn't appear anywhere and I had to pay agan for my suitcases at the airport both ways. I feel robbed.

Old movies and not too much space for your legs. The crew help in anything in his hands. For this flight they do not have enoght blanks and no one pillow.

I have a dislocated shoulder and in a sling.. . Little to no help. Headphone jack didn't work no on-board entertainment for me. Missed the evening meal, no one was proactive in helping me get it so gave up. Rubbish not being collected. Very poor, back to Virgin for me

I had no problems whatsoever at the airport at the check in counter. Also, the boarding gate was slightly chaotic. Most people didn't know which queue to join at the boarding gate. Some form of clear explanation when you arrive at the boarding gate would be helpful."

Cons: "This occasion, the manager was So rude to me and even called me a liar in front of too many people. I don't speak or understand French and the woman really embarrassed my life. I checked-in online before I got to the airport and I mistakenly went to terminal 1 instead of terminal 2. So by the time I realised and got to terminal one, the baggage collection stand had closed because I was there by 15:18. To make the long story short, I got through the security where I was delayed for 20mins searching through my things and when I asked about time, the security said the flight won't leave with out me and they would inform them about the delay before I get to my departure gate. Anyway, I got to the gate with some time left and this extremely rude woman whom I was told is the manager insulted the living day light out of my life and turned me back. So I didn't fly with BA in the end. No matter the situation and despite me being late, I believe things would have been handled better. And even if the manager felt I was lying, she should have been more diplomatic about it and speak to me in a good manner. I won't be recommending flying BA from Nice to anyone. That woman was so hurrible, that experience haunts me psychologically."

No more British Airways Deceipt!"

I felt VERY taken care of/- I was just one row after the business class with the wall ahead on right side of plane, nice leg room and a nice seat mate I am happy for the chance to respond as I was happy I had decided for the upgrade------------even though I had purchased an upgrade for my flight over to Barcelona only to find out on the day of check in that my flight was cancelled----- but that is when I called British Air and a lovely representative named Beth Duncan spent over 2 hours on the phone with me---- finally getting me on Iberia in order to get to my family reunion------ So....... on two occasions during this trip to my sister's house British Air was just wonderful and I thank you very much------- at the end of our flight one of the men made arrangements for me to get to go upstairs and look at the upper deck as I had never done that before------- as as retired teacher that was fun to see Thank you so much!!!"

I looked back into the rear galley and 5 attendants were back there talking. Tried to get their attention. Nothing. Finally, I got up and went to get my own drinks. Being a server at hotel in waikiki, I understand that customer service is very important. And though I understand that they may have been busy and unable to answer my call, I could see that clearly was not the problem. They were just standing there and chatting. Very frustrating. Though they were friendly, they just simply weren't paying attention. I have to say in all honesty, I will not be recommending nor flying United airlines again."

Then incoherent blathering and then his last episode 20 minutes before we land in which he started hitting himself in the head saying he would die right now for his wife and how he's made mistakes. It was three separate incidents from this one passenger and not one flt attendant noticed? Yeah it was bad piled on worse stacked on top of never United ever again."

Let's just say I can't wait until Hawaiian Airlines expands to Denver flights so we never have to deal with United again, as this is the only reason we used this airline."
