Flight was 2.5 late. Maybe not United’s fault but late none the less. We were late as well on the first leg. WiFi quit working with an hour left.
Very stressful to locate United Airline boarding area, delayed flight, changing boarding area again to another location with all tiredness 😩. But flying was fine.
Flight staff and all was fine. Food always sucks on planes so nothing new.
Wonderful flight! The crew was good, check-in was good and orderly and the flight was uneventful and good.
The international portion was good. Food and beverage options were good. The sustainable wooden eatery was less than desirable. Your Star Alliance partner ANA provided real silverware. I'm 6'3" & 198 lbs and felt cramped in the exit row. How can that be? Flight attendant all had a pleasant disposition which is always good.
The staff were polite and professional. I found the boarding for First Class Business customers not great. They didn't offer me pre- boarding. Just regular zone 1 boarding which didn't feel great. On board and throughout all of our United Flights we found the staff wonderful. We'll definitely fly United again.
Boarded from a very small gate at LAX. Staff at gate had us line up, then waited 25 minutes to board without a word of explanation. Plane arrived on time then waited 20 minutes for a plane to vacate our gate. Majority of bags arrived after 15 minutes but it took an hour for a small number of remaining bags to be off-loaded despite my “priority” bag tag.
No access to the Wi-Fi, noisy group of people made it difficult for me to hear through my earbuds. Snacks and drinks - limited service when your seat is at the back of the plane - people up front are always served first and the back gets whatever is left. Not pleased.
Didn't make it dir to delays - no support from United staff
My seat was broken. WiFi didn’t work. Gate crew at HOU were rude and condescending. Treated all the passengers badly. Bad experience, United.
The plane left late and there were four gate changes. Fortunately they were all in the same terminal. The crew was truly outstanding. There were only nuts to eat due to the very short flight time. Beverages were as expected.
The boarding process, airplane, entertainment, beverages and crew were very good. But the food left a lot to be desired, especially for business class. I had a chicken breast that was tough and rubbery, with little flavor. It wasn't even up to the proverbial "banquet chicken" standards. Very disappointing. There was only one offering of bread, OK, not a huge deal, but it's a nice touch to be offered more. Similarly, other airlines' crews come by to offer more drinks, though the crew responded when asked. Good flight overall, but the food just wasn't up to the standards you'd expect.

They have no employees/gate agents in Huntsville. Only one gate is operational
APU on the aircraft was not working. No AC while boarding. Plane was extremely hot and uncomfortable. Ground AC failed. Miserable experience. Arrival at DFW, no gate available. Not sure why that keeps happening at DFW.
Delayed because of waiting for some passengers who were delayed from their original time, they never made it to our flight. Late arrival causing logistic issues. Terrible all cause by waiting for someone who was not on time when waiting only benefits the airline
No AC, no beverage service and no explanation from the captain. 4 flight legs in 2 days with no internet service.
The gate experience at LAX was abysmal (same for the arrival experience two days prior). Despite the LAX -> SAT schedule of two flights daily, our departure gate was at a smaller hub that we had to be bussed to from Terminal 4. Fortunately, I arrived at LAX extra early and had time to spare, but if I had not known, I might have missed my flight. I looked at the LAX airport map in the AA app and there was no indication of the additional boarding process. Lastly the gate area we were bussed to was crowded with limited food and beverage options. On flight, the fight attendant was hospitable and attentive, the flight was smooth, and AA's free (and working) wifi for AA members were all on the positive side.
Got home at 3am after deboarding the plane. No compensation offered by American
Awkward carry on process. Forced to check all carry on. No overhead space of worthiness. Left delayed, but made up the time. Crew was amicable.
