I checked in my one bag and found out I had pre-checked so my security check went so smooth at the new terminal 2 at LAX. Looking forward to my flight back on June 15."

Cons: "I'm almost 6', and my boyfriend is 6'6". He has had 7 major knee surgeries, and life-threatening blood clots, which left major post-surgery vascular scarring. He gets major swelling, even with his compression sleeve. The up-charge to reserve exit row seats was over $100/person for both flights home. Luckily they were still available when boarding, and the nice desk clerk moved our seats for free. However, the rude flight attendance would not allow my boyfriend to elevate his leg and prop it anywhere, even after I explained his medical condition. Allowing the blood pooling increases his risk for clot formation, and it causes him extreme pain. I spent the majority of the flight massaging his leg, trying to push the blood and fluid back up. His ankle swelled around his compression sleeve, and finally he had to lay in the floor and put his leg up on the seat. The attendants told him "the best thing for you to do is to walk around for 10 minutes per hour." No, the best thing for him to do is elevate his leg and rest, not try to walk around a tiny, cramped plane, and elevate his stress level. Flight attendants need to be more aware and accommodating for these type situations, and exit rows need to be available for people who need them as far as size and medical needs require. It is not ethical to charge extra for handicap accommodations, neither is it ethical to charge extra for size and medical accommodations. These factors are not optional, and should not be billed as a luxury."

The time it took to walk to baggage, my bag was in the carousel and my bike case was at the oversize location, 20ft from the carousel. I was there to compete in the XTerra World Championships, you couldn't ask for a better stress free flight and service, Thanks!"

We were abandoned at a closed airport for hours. Eventually, I got the one and only uber still running in waco to drive me at 330am from waco to dallas. There has been no reinbursement of fares or compensation for lost wages, time and the general annoyance that being awake all night long caused. Everything is priced except water, I would have chosen Delta or Southwest if I had known that a pillow costs $5 and no free crackers or condiment snacks. My advice to take here would be... grab your drink+snacks BEFORE you leave the terminal and keep it in your bag, as well as anything to help sleep with. Several of the Flight Attendants seemed like they were "working their job" but were not happy about it, and their manners seemed to reflect this. I will probably give a followup after my return flight."

I still wouldn't have made the flight if some very kinds people didn't allow me and 10 other SunCountry passengers to cut in front of them SunCountry does not have TVs but rather rents out for eight dollars portable entertainment systems. It was great to kill time for my flt to Minneapolis . However when I wanted to rent one on the return flight, I was told that they had given them all to the first class passengers. Knowing they don't stock enough for us common folk I would have brought a magazine or book to read. It was the longest most boring, arduous flight I have taken. I guess I'm accustomed to all the amenities and conveniences of JetBlue"

And when the person in the row in front of me puts their seat back I have my tray smashed into my rib cage. Also, the airlines, not just Suncountry MUST do something about this carry on policy! With everyone trying to believe they can stuff their "carry on" into the overheads is causing delays and headaches for those of us who realize it's best for all to check one's bags."

Instead of nicely asking, or saying please, or the way I've always been addressed at any other airline the flight attendant grabbed the seat near my head, jerked it up, and said "you need to be upright for landing". Similarly when a young woman got up to use the restroom instead of saying please or politely directing her back to her seat the same flight attendant said "you need to be in your seat right now." The orange juice also tasted weird. The captain never introduced himself, never said how long the flight would be, or any of the standard stuff when taking off either. Just the spiel at the end as we were preparing to land. Also very surprised that there are no free snacks and no free entertainment for travel across the country."

Basic economy had my wife and I 16 rows apart each in a middle seat. I was in the very last seat on the plane. Cons: "After 6 delays between 5 PM and 10 PM the flight was cancelled. They wouldn't comp a hotel and left us fending for ourselves. I finally arranged for my family to fly into a different destination 2 hours away from home after mid-night and drove home."

Cons: "Our gate was changed multiple times with absolutely terrible communication. The computer system had gone yet and everything seems extremely disorganized. There were even flyers getting on the plane to TX when they were traveling to other destinations because of the lack of communication and the crew not throughly checking. The seating was the smallest space in all of the other airlines I have flown. The crew was less than friendly and yelling down the aisle about buying snacks and other drinks although it was a late night flight and many people were sleeping. Overall, it was an uncomfortable and frustrating experience. Luckily the flight crew had a smooth flight and got us safely to San Antonio. Only positive about the experience with United. This was all taking place along with our flight being delayed with out the monitors at the airport being updated and no notification via text or the United app."

Customer service put me on "red eye" to Dulles for the next flight to Charleston, without motel or meal vouchers. I couldnt sleep on the benches there due to asthma and diabetic issues. I arrived Friday 2:30 pm 17 hours late. Dulles overnight cleaning staff helped more than agents at OHare."

I left for 20 minutes , when back 20 minutes before my departure time on my gate crew told me that my flight it’s gone. I didn’t hear any announcement about it. They didn’t change me for another flight , only the told me that they can change my ticket for the flight which is 18 hours later."

Cons: "Due to heavy traffic we arrived 35 minutes prior to our departure and were not allowed to board the flight. The website clearly states that they reserve that right within 30 minutes. Their website also did not allow us to check-in online which would have also saved time. They simply told us no and said it was a lost ticket. When I questioned a credit, refund or an additional flight they said no and offered no assistance. Finally, they called security when I asked to speak to someone else."
Cons: "This was one of the worst overall flying experiences I’ve ever had. The flight was from Mexico City to Cabo, and i was supposed to take the flight with two friends. We were all later than we wanted to be due to the México City traffic. I arrived one hour before the flight and they arrived exactly 34 minutes before. I remember because we tracked it exactly on our phones as it was happening. When they got to the check in booth the attendant said they were too late to check in and they had to have gotten there 35 minutes before. I have checked the airline online policies and nowhere does it say that. It only says that they can refuse checkin after 30 minutes but I am positive they arrived before that. I will mention here that the plane was about 15 minutes late taking off. So, the airline enforced strict made up policies on its paying passengers and doesn’t uphold any sense of respect to them? The attendant also told my friends they would not get refunded and that the next flight wasn’t until the next night. We are going to Cabo for the weekend so obviously that was out of the question. So, I board the plane and realize why the attendant must have told my friends the plane was closed. There were no empty seats on the plane, which means that they must have given away seats to people on standby. I support this if its a last minute decision after the flight has closed AS IT IS ADVERTISED. Not a made up 5 minutes before. So I boarded and there was absolutely no service. None. The flight attendants came out once and made you pay for WATER. What kind of airline doesn’t at least give water??? I understand the appeal of budget airlines but honestly, this flight was over $200 which is not what I would call “budget” and the airline skimped on the most basic things— water, customer service, and any semblance of human decency. I am thoroughly disgusted with how horrible this airline has been for even a 1.5 hour flight and i plan to not only write as many horrible reviews as I can but to share this terrible experience with as many people as I can so they can avoid being victims to such inhuman treatment. Viva Aerobús should be ashamed to call themselves an airline and Kayak should be ashamed to allow them on their site."
