Should board from rear to front, and from windows to aisles. That would be faster and more efficient than boarding from front to rear.

The waiting area in panama was super crowded, and hot
19 hr delay requiring a change to red eye. No lounge access without paying. Loss of seat upgrade fee.
The entertainment box wasn’t working. The food was mediocre. The fruit was warm. The tiny salad was good. The champagne wasn’t cold. I really expected more from First Class.
Flight was delayed by one hour, then another 1/2 hour then cancelled and changed till the next day. We were not allowed to get our luggage & put up in a dirty hotel. I had cockroaches in the bathroom. When I finally arrived home…i noticed the airline had damaged the zipper on my suitcase. An awful awful trip thanks to American Airlines.
Given Covid protocols, it is still baffling to me how these planes can be so overcrowded. But the flight in general was okay.
Once we got on the flight everything was fine. The first leg of our flight was delayed 3 times but American sent us emails allowing us to chose a new itinerary.

Cons: "It would be really nice and good for the environment to utilize less plastic bags and find ways to recycle more. When I think of the amount of plastic used in every flight I cringe knowing where all that plastic would end up."
Cons: "They claim to be cleaning these planes but I find that hard to believe when there is Gum on the window sill. We were also delayed quite a bit in the boarding process. Also I would imagine that during Covid-19 these companies would do a better job of not overbooking flights but all of my flights with American this past weekend were overbooked. Which delayed us even longer as they searched for volunteers to adjust their flights. In today's age of technology the idea that they are still overbooking planes makes no sense to me in the slightest. I will be walking, driving or taking a boat before I fly American Airlines again."

Cons: "My bags were not rerouted with me and are still in Houston. My SFO-AKL flight was delayed so I called in to push back my AKL-ZQN flight to 12:05pm; I received confirmation of that change on the phone, and then received an email a few hours later that I was placed on the 3:40pm flight for some reason. I was then forced to book the 12:05 directly, costing me $250."

Pros: "What mede this trip so poor was that the agent at the desk informed me that as I was boarding the plane my carry on suitcase had to be checked due to limited space in the overhead bins. This is the same carry on that I have stored in overheads on literally over 100 flights including a United flight 4 days earlier. I was the approximately the fith passenger to board in group 3 and after I let her check my bag I walked on to the plane to see not only was it only one quarter full of passengers, most of the overhead bins were completely empty. So I had to go to baggage claim to get my checked bag after we landed which took almost 40 minutes. Very frustrating!"

Cons: "That I needed the wall jack part to charge my phone. My side’s wall jack was broken. I think if possible they can make it that I can plug the usb part of the wall jack straight. This way the wall jack won’t be needed. Also they were only two in each roll but they are three seats in each roll."

An hour later we were told that we were now #15!! Finally off the ground. Flight attendant had a very annoying voice but what made it worse how he kept asking for money because of everyone purchasing. Yes I know but some how on other flights you don’t hear about the money, this was in your face"

Cons: "A special circle in Dante's Hell should be reserved for the Frontier executives who approved the seat design. The non-reclining seat backs are fairly comfortable, but the seat bottoms appear to have about 1/4 inch of foam padding over a hard shell. Did anybody actually test these things out by sitting in them for over 10 minutes?"
Pros: "The experience was horrible. There was nothing happening to like."
Cons: "The staff should not lie to the passengers. Passengers should be removed from the plane if the delay is going to be over 30 minutes that way they can take care of their personal needs and stretch. Water and a snack should be offered if the delay is over 30 minutes. Telling passengers you do not give anything for free and then refusing them water after turning off the air conditioner is really bad. Also, when reloading the same protocal of calling for children, disabled, and zones should be followed. I had to tell the manager to do this. He just told the whole crowd to line up which created a hostile mess."

Pros: "I read that everything was ala carte on Spirit Airlines, so I knew to pay for my bag online and carry on only the size allowed for free. The boarding and flight was very smooth. There are kiosks at the airport to print your boarding pass which also saves you money."
