The flight attendants seemed first disbelieving and later unconcerned that no air came out of our vents. I doubt they even reported them as broken after the flight. Delta's new boarding process is absolute chaos. More than half the plane had no seats assigned until 20 minutes before boarding, and the seats were displayed on a screen a good 25 feet away from the gate, meaning people had to constantly walk back and forth between the doorway and the screen. The gate agents were clearly overwhelmed. If this is how Delta is organized now, I won't be flying on them again."

Why your airlines couldn't have told me this before I got all the way to Costa Rica and passed two check points I don't know. So you guys said you would send us to Puerto Rico but I would have to by my own plane ticket home... Very disappointed in your airline. And to top it off my boyfriend and I had very expensive osprey packs we were traveling with .. We used a copa plastic bag to wrap them up in Vegas so the strings would not get caught .. When we received our packs in Puerto Rico YOUR employees had taken the bags off and cut my boyfriends 300 dollar bag! I will never fly again with your airline."

I arrived in San Jose to check in early since I had a 4am flight and was planning to sleep in the terminal. However, the Copa crew did not show up until 2/2:30am to begin checking people in at the counter. There was no other way I could get my ticket ahead of time and I probably would have stayed at a hotel and left early rather than arriving at 8pm and waiting for 6 hours in the open part of the airport."

United seems to consistently oversell its seats and then tried to get people to give up their seats. Very poorly managed airline with bad customer service. Sadly, I have to say that I have never had an acceptable experience on a united flight. Will NOT take another United flight."

Unless you are using 42" L+W+D suitcases, the changes in luggage policy now force you to pay $25 per suitcase on an international flight. What, they expect you to travel abroad with only 2-3 changes of clothes? The price of the ticket was reasonable ($500), but you end up adding another $100 in luggage and food costs per person."

I'm sure you'll say fluid, maintenance, salary, etc... But I don't buy it. And the seating space is reduced....so not comfortable, and more people per capita, equals more money. Left a bad taste in my mouth. UA will be on the bottom of my list for airlines to fly on."

Get to the other side of Houston's International Terminal to board. In addition, the second flight was delayed for two hours for reasons which kept piling up. That flight had no inflight entertainment BTW."

Nothing is complimentary (not even soft drinks or a bag or pretzels,) drinks are super expensive, there is no hanging options for your suits/dress (so don't bother to dry clean before you come) and there is no entertainment options at all. Also, when picking your seats do not pick the seats with only two thinking that you will have a window seat next to your travel partner- instead the third seat by the window is where you will be sitting with the flight attendant. Overall, it was the worst flight experience of my life."

No staff was there to update us, and we didn't know why the bags were not coming, when other airlines around us were having no trouble getting their bags."

I had tried to find the fees prior to purchase but couldn't find them. In retrospect, I could have flown another airline cheaper."

Cons: "We got our boarding passes in Costa Rica only to be told our flight was delayed two hours and once we got to Florida, our flight had been delayed another 13 hours. Once we finally thought we had a set time, it got delayed another half hour. We have been stranded trying to get home for over 24 hours. It has been terrible. I will never, ever fly spirit ever again."

I also found it annoying that it seems if you don't check your back very early, you might just be out of luck. I also didn't like that I had to pay for snacks. Snacks can't possibly be making that much of a difference in the overall price of a ticket. I paid $3 for a snack and another $3 for a pop--just include that $6 in my ticket. Oh, and you're charged $10 for printing out a boarding pass."

You have to pay for things that come standard with other airlines such as: carry on suitcase ($55 at the time of check-in) and a departure tax when leaving from Costa Rica. So in the end the flight may not actually be cheaper. The seats didn't recline back. We were on the airplane for an extended amount of time before takeoff and the pilot kept telling us 2 minutes until take off (several times)."
