Checking bags at the airport, very confusing they make lines for different flights but they don’t have any signs, so if you are on the wrong line be aware they will send you to the end of the correct line. No priority for check in even if you pay and no priority to disabled persons and elderly persons.
Despite all the negative reviews, I took Volaris with a family of 4 (including a toddler and infant in arms). The only compliant was they charged me $70 to gate check our wagon (which we use as a stroller) and then it was not available for pickup at the gate (which is the entire point), so we had to get through customs and the airport with our luggage and no way to push our kids :(

The departures screens in the airport showed the flight as canceled for some weird reason, but when I got to the gate just to double check, it showed it as on time, and not canceled. This was confusing, but ultimately I was able to get to where I needed to go.
The food is terrible I ask for water never got transport my mother we’re late and my sister from Lima was the worst waiting to long for wheelchair

Horrible. No TV or any type of entertainment on board. Passwnger listening to/watching stuff on their own phone with no headphones making it noise and uncomfortable for everyone else, little/tiny food portions, old seats, useless wifi (cant access anything). Horrible exlerience especially it was a lomg distance flight with kids.
The flight was good overall. Everything went smoothly, although the landing was a bit rough. Still, it was a pleasant experience

Onboard functioning wide-variety entertainment on a budget and having an open pantry is nice. Seats are not comfortable but go provide plenty of legroom for a 6'2" 260lbs man.
Even though the weather made a lot of flights become cancelled Jet Blue made the flight that was supposed to leave at 9 pm and we left at 12:15 am and I was so grateful- Thanks to the Senior Jet Blue Staff who made those decisions

Well, its a hit or miss when boarding most of the time your employees just let everyone enter immediately In one bum rush. Then out of know where tell the passengers only let A can enter then b then c etc. So make a decision and stick to it. Do it by alphabet and have famn strick compliance. Let the public know. That makes easier on passengers.
Arrived as recommended at 8:15 a.m. for an 1115 flight, that kept getting delayed delayed and delayed and then finally canceled. Instructed for the split flight to go to Fort Lauderdale, and then find our way from there back to New York. I don't think I will ever trust flying with JetBlue again. This was my second horrific experience and I am really angry.
Delayed by 1.5 hours. Terrible apologies, half hearted at best. It will be a LONG time until i book w Jet Blue again. Very disappointed.

My check in was stressful. I somehow lost my seat from my original booking, the plane showed no availability/no seat when it was time to check-in. I called and was instructed to try to get a seat at the airport. I asked if it was a full flight and the travel agent said the site showed some seating but was not able to secure one for me. Why not? On my way to the airport the app finally revealed one available seat towards the back of the aircraft that I was able to book. It ended up being an overbooked flight, so glad I wasn't stuck.
I would have liked vegetarian and gluten free options for evening dinner time flight. I would have like a pillow on the international overnight flight . The veg wrap and oaten desert on the international flight was good
We hoarded. Then we deplaned. Then we waited for 10 hours in the MSP airport due to a wheel misfunction. We understand safety but communication between crew and airport staff was horrible. When we did finally board, we were rushed on and because we were waiting for a “fresh” pilot and crew, we sat in a roasting plane with no A/C for an hour. My question is why was this flight not cancelled right away when they knew this would be a huge issue OR, why did AA not get a substitute plane, considering this was already a full flight? To me, this appears to be a complete breakdown in leadership and utter systems failure. The compensation for completely disrupting travel plans for hundreds, which we paid dearly for, was measly. While we appreciated the lodging for the night, $12 in meal vouchers isn’t going to sustain anyone for over 12 hours. “We apologize; our hands are tied” is no longer an acceptable explanation. We are so completely turned off by this experience and will definitely seek alternative avenues when we need to fly.
Crew was rude, almost 6 hour flight after horrific customs re entry line and near flight miss (unable to bug airport food) without food offerings.
Check in was rough because the check in crew did not know how to manage my international visa documents. Required a long process and 4 people to finally be able to proceed to security. They told us incorrect information several times before acknowledging we did indeed have everything we needed from the start.
Mechanical issue delayed us 2hrs and then once we landed sat on tarmac for 30mins because someone left a vehicle in front of the gaye

Plane from partner PSA was filthy. Plastic needs to be thoroughly cleaned. Really disgusting to look at and wonder about cleanliness of parts less visible.

It was a train wreck but on an airplane. First off, flight was delayed then we board only to hear two announcements, First weather delays in Orlando and second backup battery warning on emergency lights. After sitting on the plane for almost 2 hours they have us deplane due to the maintenance issue. We were told they were getting another plane. In the mean time, I notice another American- Orlando flight and ask the gate agent if I can switch. He says he cant help me and I'd have to walk to A13 from A37. Really!? I get down there and get a seat only to get an announcement my original flight was RE-boarding. The Then inflight there's no communication and I notice on flightaware were circling over the Gulf of America. I call the flight attendant and of course she has no clue and apparently 5m later the pilot finally tells us about another delay. Why does American always have these service and delay issues? They are my LAST choice in flights now!

Good: It was cheap and they got us to our destination safely. Not so Good: Gates experience with many, many nauseatingly (almost) threatening announcements about bags size and how much they were going to charge us if our bag was too big, even to the point of having a gate agent roaming around through the passengers eyeballing bags size and making people go check their bags in the sizers.
Overall, it was nice. My only complaint was that I purchased WiFi, and it only worked for a fraction of the flight. Everything else was great
Terrible. The flight was randomly delayed in Chicago causing us to miss our connection and they offered us a flight the next day at 6 am and it would have taken till 345 to get to Pensacola. They didn’t cover any fees. Our bags also supposedly were on the flight to Pensacola and we tried to get them yesterday after driving 6 hours and nobody was available. Worst company ever and will never use them again. Had to pay for a rental. Spirit is claiming in climate weather for the delay but there wasn’t any weather issuesz it’s a bunch of bullshit and I am not happy
bought basic spirit fares, add checked bags - like the up front info on website about this. bring your own snacks, buy a soda after TSA security to bring with you, or buy on the plane (limited selection) all in all, a good experience
4 hour delay, 2 hours in the airport and then 2 hours on the tarmac. With a flight full of kids it would have been better to leave us in the airport for the delay, it was crying kids chaos on the flight. Miserable. And no apology or airline credit for the significant delay.
I needed a cheaper option than Southwest who are almost as bad as Spirit...did the check in the morning of the flight and assigned the last row, middle seat. Paid 20.00 at the airport for an exit row window in 19 and all 8 rows behind me which sold occupied on their seat map were empty....so they force to you to pay for a better seat....I was alone in row 19 and shortly after take off two huge fat people came and grabbed the other seats, I rang the call button for the attendant and said I paid 20.00 for this seat and they just moved in here...I either want to be reseated, or have them take their original seats or a refund of what I paid, the attendant made them move back to their original seats. Worst, worst worst airline in the air....never again, never again, never again.
