I finally got to Portland.
The plane did not arrive at gate, they gave us poor/invalid excuses as to why there was no plane. We moved from gate 73A to gate 82, in another terminal back to gate 73A for no explainable reason. Finally we left after having to checked in now at gate 73.....what a mess and over 2hrs late!
I liked that they provided blankets and complimentary drinks.
They didn’t provide entertainment properly, you needed to have the United app downloaded ahead of time if you wanted to see any movies. All food was made for purchase they did not offer any free food.
There was a fair amount of leg room.
Boarding could be a little frustrating because groups 3 4 5 were 1 lane and there wasn't a lot of room in the airport. Also, there wasn't a lot of time to get from one side of the airport to the other to stop at the restroom and get a real meal, since there was nothing served on the previous flight. Due to turbulence there was nothing served on the flight, which is beyond the control of the crew. They knrw ahead of time about the turbulence, perhaps they could have quickly passed out pretzels or cookie before the flight took off.
There was no free in-flight entertainment available on the tv screens. Half of the screens didn't work. The seat belts were not long enough to accommodate the passenger sitting beside me. The space for my personal item was smaller than the other flight.

We loved the flight! Everyone was super friendly and the plane was really clean.
The actual seats were super uncomfortable. Great leg room, but no cushion or comfortfor your back and bottom.
Crew was awesome, decent leg room, free wifi!
Our plane had a mechanical issue and fixing it caused a two hour delay; the row I sat at had something smelly spilled on the panel below the window that required the crew to call for cleaners
No snack, and The airline used styrofoam cups which is not environmentally sustainable
Flight on time.
I miss friendly Southwest. Even the assigned seat is kit enough for me to use AA again. People smile at Southwest and seem to enjoy their job.
