The hour wait on the plane at the gate and the slow service of the flight attendants once we were in the air and the 2 hour 50 minute flight time (when it's normally an hour flight) to "go around a storm cell" that we apparently had to fly back over Memphis to avoid.

The poor staff kept their heads when they were getting muddled information and dealing with frustrate customers at the same time. The only reason I was able to get to Baltimore at all was because of a kind pair of employees a few gates over who helped me onto the last flight leaving that night, which left about four hours after my original flight was meant to.

I understand you don't want to cancel flight unless you absolutely must, I even understand why the delays need to be updated every ten minutes to keep people nearby in case we're able to leave sooner. I don't understand how the people at the desk can be left in the dark while passengers are asked to disembark the plane and told there's going to be a three-hour minimum wait by the people on board. Communication needs to improve.

I got home.

Crazy late. No plans of flying w them again.
