Cons: "The exit row door in 12B kept making a high pitch squealing noise...very unnerving"
Cons: "It was the most mediocre flight I've taken in a long time. And I still had to pay $100 for an exit row instead of a regular seat. Really? $100 for no recline, no underseat storage, and nothing more than cliff bars and goldfish crackers? Delta.... You can do way better"
Pros: "Delta is doing such a good job keeping people spread out, keeping masks on, and giving wipes and hand sanitizer out. They gave snacks in individual baggies with hand sanitizer. I felt so much safer than I did on a similar flight operated by American Airlines where essentially no precautions were taken."
Cons: "We were delayed by 2 hours because of storms in Atlanta. The crew was awesome with updates but it made for a long day."
Pros: "Due to COVID 19 we got a 737-800 on a route that usually boasts nothing better than a 717 so everything about this flight was superior to normal runs."
Cons: "I wish DL could find a way to better manage food and drinks during the COVID 19 restrictive era."
Cons: "Plane was cramped and in disrepair: broken seat arm and headrest, very limited recline. It was a 767 and felt more uncomfortable than a 30 seat regional jet. Very dated entertainment system with limited media options. Exceedingly long delay (1 hour) which the pilot attributed to the ground crew."
Cons: "They left without us. They could have waited a few minutes knowing we were on a delayed flight but didn't. They actually left early."
Cons: "Plane had to divert from Salt-Lake City due to a storm. My son 17 years old traveling alone once in Salt-Lake City should have been given priority for an overnight stay instead of sleeping on an airport bench! Dinner + Breakfast vouchers would also have been nice compared to the 15$ food voucher..."
Pros: "For a puddle jumper jet it was amazingly comfortable. Even had enough room to put both feet and a carry on bag under the seat. And the seats were more comfortable relative to the competition (eg. United and US Air)."
Cons: "Seats can always be more roomy but that is a problem with all puddle jumper jets."
Cons: "Even the comfort seats are crammed together too close. One can barely move. Dreadful"
Our flight was delayed 45 minutes and we missed our connection, while we were able to get a flight the following day the voucher for food did not work.
Cons: "Our flight was delayed two hours. We arrived safe but still, the delay creates such an impact on traveler’s plans. AA didn’t even offer bonus miles."
Cons: "2 hours late stuck on the plane. Service was not that great"
Cons: "American Airlines flights are always delayed. Using them for business travel is not advisable for anyone."
Pros: "Smallest seats of any airline I've recently traveled on"
Pros: "First Class Food (Dinner was short rib) was better than most flights. Pilot was very friendly and personable with his in-flight communications."
Cons: "Departure was delayed due to late arrival of aircraft; boarding gate was changed at PHX from A21 to B27 where there is no Admirals Club."
Pros: "I liked the ability to choose my meal ahead of time."
Cons: "Pre-boarding drinks could have been offered to all business class customers, but again, the flight attendants with American aren’t as customer service oriented as those from Delta."
Pros: "Nice seating"
Cons: "They asked who would give there seat up for 600$ future flight credit and The first two people could be eligible. They ignored me (who was first) for a white couple who Came after me, and they got chosen and got the flight credit, but I was as clearly first. So I think it was more of a racist matter"
Pros: "not atg all"
Cons: "I paid for a preferred seat and the passenger seated next to me was so large that he could not buckle his seatbelt and totally squished me into the window. I called the stewarddess over and I was haphazardly moved to an aisle seat next to a smaller passenger. I was then bumped into repeatedly by"
Pros: "Boarding was very smooth because the fligh had a lot of Sears availabke"
Cons: "Make AA a real earline to serve passengers not profits"
