Pros: "Super fast checking and boarding process"
Read more about JetBlue
Pros: "Super fast checking and boarding process"
Cons: "Coffee was super week No movies ORD-JFK"
Cons: "Tv dont work in a fly of 4hr 30 min"
Cons: "Was 2hrs behind schedule"
Cons: "I missed my original flight due to weather and JetBlue booked me on the next one but it wasn’t for another 24 hours. I only missed the flight by a few minutes but the crews were not communicating with each other that they had a passenger arriving for that flight. Because the delay was weather related, they wouldn’t provide accommodations. And it was 1 in the morning. So I missed a whole day of my trip and had to sleep in the airport. I will not be flying with JetBlue again."
Pros: "Seats are comfortable, main reason I like this airline. Crew was nice."
Cons: "The screens on the back of the seats are showing their age and the controls on the armrests are causing your neighbor to change your channel or the brightness of the screen. Letting everyone stream content to their own devices would probably be a better option, with safe charging available."
Pros: "Service was awesome, 100% recommended"
Pros: "The crew was good, and they tried to make up for the delay with a gift certificate"
Cons: "More than three hours of delay because there was no crew assigned to that flight"
Cons: "Everything could have been better. Flight delayed 3 hours due to JetBlue schedule mismanagement. No consideration for elderly when we had to change gates across airport. Poor communication on flight updates. And then as a perk to make up for delays, tried to sell us a credit card. Just Awful."
Cons: "The food can be better."
Pros: "Unbelievable for the price."
Cons: "Nothing bad to say."
Cons: "Left very late because of delayed inbound flight and need for deicing."
Pros: "The rescheduling of my flight via a phone call"
Cons: "The delay of course"
Cons: "My first flight was delayed an hour due to pilot error (we left the gate on time, but sat on the tarmac for an hour). This caused me to miss my connecting flight, which stranded me at JFK because they only had one flight per day to my destination. JetBlue's customer service told me I could not reach my destination until the next day, which was unacceptable (I had a morning interview). In fact, the only thing they said they could do was *PARTIALLY* refund my ticket, even though they stranded me in a completely different city. They also said I would "be able to" book a new flight with a different carrier, which cost roughly $400, using my own money. In the end, I spent about an hour talking with customer service until they were "nice enough" to do a partial refund with an additional credit equaling the remainder of my $400 ticket to fly with them in the future. It was still a very poor interaction with customer service."
Pros: "Clean plane"
Cons: "Took 3+ hours to get in the plane"
Cons: "The cabin crew was a little lacking and the captain did not mentioned that we had landed almost a full hour later than scheduled."
Pros: "It was a great trip for the cost."
Cons: "Nothing."
Pros: "Free WiFi. Cute vids for Holloween"
Cons: "Nothing!"
Pros: "I liked that the pilot was able to make up some time because our flight was delayed over one hour in Chicago."
Cons: "The notification that the flight was boarding early. I enabled notifications and still did not receive notification that the plane was boarding."
Pros: "Flight was delayed 30 minutes at takeoff but landed when it was scheduled, so it was fine. Flight attendants didn’t make you stay in your seat, so you could use the lavatory. A fine, uneventful flight. Free WiFi. Snacks. Drinks. Fairly comfortable seats with decent legroom."
Cons: "Wish the seats in front of the emergency exit reclined."
Pros: "The crew was unfailing cheerful and helpful. The seats are comfortable and there’s a little more space than some airlines. The fight and particularly the landing was very smooth. Great experience!"
Pros: "Turbulence, wait time before landing and staying still for long periods on bothends"
Pros: "crew was supportive. wifi in the flight"
Cons: "the wait time and the boarding, off boarding of the flight. No electricity in the aircraft."
Pros: "Nothing!"
Cons: "IT WAS TWO BOURS LATE!"
Pros: "This flight is 3 + hours delayed, and I think it’s because Jet Blue didn’t have a full flight for the 8:30 am departure, this is unacceptable and I need to be compensated for my time Winston White"
Cons: "This flight is 3 + hours delayed, and I think it’s because Jet Blue didn’t have a full flight for the 8:30 am departure, this is unacceptable and I need to be compensated for my time Winston White"
Pros: "How easy it was to board"
Cons: "When I asked if there was any chance I could sit with my family they were nice enough to change are setting. Just a thought if the setting is random when you check in for your flight somewhere the computer should at least work with putting the last names together just a thought."
Pros: "Entertainment, food, crew, and cleanliness were 100000% on point. Loved it."
Cons: "Turbulence and the flight was longer than necessary because we had to go around bad weather. Not the fault of JetBlue!"
Pros: "Cheerful, efficient service. No hidden costs. Free gate to gate WiFi. Comfortable seats. Never flown them before and they are now at the top of my list."
Cons: "Nothing yet."
Pros: "Adequate leg room and ability to take a carry on we if your extra charge"
Pros: "Easy boarding, friendly staff, nice choice of snacks and beverages. The JetBlue app is very useful."
Cons: "My in flight entertainment never worked. All I had available to look at was the JetBlue commercial channel showing me all of the entertainment I wasn’t able to watch. Not even the live view map worked. One of the attendants said something about resetting the system but I didn’t notice a change. I said something to one of the attendants a little later and she tried doing a reset again, but still no success. I could see other screens working fine and people were watching various programs while I just stared at a static map of the continental United States. Oh well, at least I was able to stream Netflix because of the free inflight WiFi."
Cons: "The flight was delayed and we would have missed our connection in NYC. So we had to cancel the trip."
Pros: "Good snacks, entertainment and excellent WiFi. Boarding was efficient and seats were comfortable."
Cons: "We arrived later for almost 2 hours"
Pros: "Per usual crew and plan itself were nice"
Cons: "Flight was delayed about 3 hours from scheduled take off"
Pros: "I dont usually fly, staff was friendly and helpful, made my experience less stressful."
Cons: "my flight was delayed for 2 hours and there was no compensation for it"
Cons: "No movies just Direct TV."
Pros: "The room the plane had to offer. Will never flight with Spirit or AA again when Jet Blue is available"
Cons: "When I scanned my boarding pass the Jetblue staff member told me my carry on was too big and had to be checked. This was puzzling to me because I travel often and do not have a problem with that bag. As I was sitting on the plane I saw everyone's bag's were bigger especially the man next to me. His was significantly larger and he had a large duffle bag between his legs causing him to manspread into my area. and yet i was told "make sure your purse is under the seat" seriously?! What about his giant duffle bag and huge carry on roller?!"
Cons: "Turbulence was terrible, understand that is not JetBlue issue - wanted to note."
Pros: "Captain and crew"
Cons: "Luggage handling"
Pros: "You took great care of my wife who needed a wheelchair. the flight itself was delayed due to weather. I totally understand. I love the extra legroom"
Pros: "The only good things about this flight were: - The crew at the gate were very friendly and attentive - We arrived safely without incident"
Cons: "We were delayed 2 times before boarding. We were delayed 1 more time while on the plane. The pilot told us there was equipment trouble that had been fixed, but there was paperwork to fill out and it would only be a few minutes...and then radio silence for 30 minutes before pulling back. The flight attendants rushed through the pre-flight announcents and I could only understand about 60% of it due to speed, volume and accent. Despite asking me for my drink order, it never came...and I only heard a few soda cans pop open at all. Did they just decide not to serve us? She even gave me a napkin for it. Luckily when they put the snack basket in front of me, there was a tiny bottle of water, which I grabbed...little did I know, that was all I would get. The flight attendants were just tapping in the back of the plane the rest of the flight. They didn’t even bother collecting garbage until we were on final approach. They also never did the normal checks before landing."
Cons: "flight was delayed 2 hours :("

Pros: "The crew was one of the best I have ever experienced. They even had the flight deck wish a happy birthday to my 89 year old mother in law."

Cons: "Quick 30 minute flight"
Pros: "Food good"
Cons: "Touch screen not very sensitive, required a lot of tapping to click."
Pros: "The entire crew was amazing they were professional friendly and accommodating"

Cons: "At least one hour late"
Pros: "Delta was OK"
Cons: "Lack of attention by the fly stuard in Virgin Australia Virgin had a 45´delay"
Pros: "I liked the cookies and juice. The interactive screen to watch something. The cleanliness. The price. On time. The service. Thank you. The excitement of flying."
Cons: "Had an passenger spill coffee all over me and when I went into the back where 3... yes 3 flight attendants were standing they all just looked at me and asked what I needed. It was VERY obvious that there some type of liquid spilled in my hair and clothing. I asked for some napkins or anything to wipe up the mess. She shoved 3 napkins into my hand. Not friendly at all"
Pros: "The boarding was smooth and in time. I enjoyed the WiFi service and the extra room in the seats. Plane was gorgeous! Staff was courteous and professional."
Pros: "The crew at the airport was very courteous and helpful."
Cons: "No food; not even offered water; I asked a Delta employee about our seats and she was very unprofessional (mind you I'm traveling with kids and my boarding pass said that seats were to be assigned at the gate)."
Cons: "Friendly, leg room, entertainment, flight wasn't full"
Pros: "I can’t make it in mexico city on tuesday, wednesday’s performance had to be cancelled and we need to pay the cancellation fee 11500 mexican pesos, please reimburse on the credit card"
Cons: "I can’t make it in mexico city on tuesday, wednesday’s performance had to be cancelled and we need to pay the cancellation fee 11500 mexican pesos of the studio and musicians"
Cons: "Tv"
Pros: "Quiet, quick, no issues"
Cons: "Slow boarding. Slowest boarding everr. Maybe not enough overhead space, doesn't make sense how there is not enough overhead space while calling zone 2 passengers."
Pros: "That I landed safely"
Cons: "1st class was horrible."
Pros: "Fast, orderly boarding."
Cons: "These planes are too small. I’m average in size but women have hips and it’s not easy fitting into the seats. Why are they stacked so closely together? It’s ridiculous."
Pros: "Outlets to charge your phone and watch movies."
Cons: "It wasnt specified which terminal to go to Aeromexico or delta. Going both ways. I had to pay a 40 dollar taxi to get me to the correct terminal .5 a mile away. And leaving in the early morning it was too dark and they convinced us it was unsafe and a 35 min walk. It’s def would be that long of a walk in Mexico since we had no idea where we were going."
Pros: "Staff are nice, and helpful"
Cons: "Take far too long, efficiency is extremely poor, missed flight due to luggages being lost, requested vegetarian meal, when booking, confirmed at gate but didn't have me on the list for special meal. ECONOMY class has nooo room for a long flight...and no entertainment only 3 choices for western."
Cons: "Force me to take a bad seat"
Cons: "Flight was changed. Missed an important event"
Pros: "Cabin service was coffee or water. Short flight tome of 45 minuted."
Cons: "Only offered cookies...would have liked nuts."
Pros: "Pillow, comforter, amenity kit were all good."
Cons: "Food was acceptable, but nothing exciting or above average. Seat had some trouble reclining, but eventually worked. Entertainment unit screen had issues with acting like I was touching it when I wasn't throughout trip. Made for major annoyance watching. Delta flight 410 on Oct 1, 2017 seat 3A."
Pros: "Friendly staff, good service in First Class. Had the side with only one seat -- nice to have no neighbors."
Cons: "No space in the seats"
Cons: "It was late arriving to greensboro"
Pros: "Delta Comfort seats"
Cons: "Shuttle driver stopped to talk to a friend thus making me late snd missed my connecton. Rude agents at gate and when I called and spoke to a Delta representative, was told that they would have never put me on that flight due to short connection time. To which I replied that thet is an issue between Delta and their business withthe booking site and the customer should not be to blame"
Cons: "Flight was completely full and I was seated next to someone who required TWO seat belt extenders! I was so uncomfortable, they were sitting on top of me, couldn't even put down the arm rest. The flight attendant said there was nothing they could do."
Pros: "Left reasonably on time, arrived a bit early, able to find overhead storage for my roll-on, even boarding in Zone 3"
Cons: "Very tightly packed; minimal comfort for the flight."
Pros: "Delta was smart with boarding early once they realized everyone had cleared security. Flight took off on-time and arrived early. The crew was excellent and exuded energy although it was the end of the day."
Cons: "I ordered a special asian vegetarian meal and it was just plain horrible. I had to settle for the cookie. It's nice that they serve a complimentary meal on the red eye flight but the quality of the food was bad. Entertainment options were also limited although they had some recent box office entries from last year. The leg room also wasn't great but that's expected in economy I guess."
Pros: "The crew was nice. It was a pretty smooth flight."
Cons: "The entertainment system didn't work. Very long flight to not have entertainment. No plugs for personal devices. It looked like an older plane."
Pros: "I was notified about the delay via text before I left for the airport, which was nice. I would not have checked my email."
Cons: "Delayed for over 2 hours. I have never flown Delta before this flight and it wasn't a great representation. The flight attendants were nice but I was in a seat near the engine and it was making really weird noises. I fly almost every two weeks, so I'm used to engine noises but this was one of the loudest/most rickety sounding flights I have ever been on.. and I have flown Spirit a few times. It just didn't feel safe. Landing scared me a little too as I have landed in O'Hare countless times and have never flown so low to the highway upon entry. It felt like we were only a couple hundred feet above the cars."
Cons: "My original flight from IND to LGA was cancelled due to weather and I was rebooked for the next day. I was forced to spend a night in a hotel near the airport. Then my flight the next day kept being delayed, first 5 min, then 20, then 40, etc until 2.5 hrs. Since the delays kept increasing, I decided to rebook on another flight with a very tight connection in Detroit--the only other option. When my flight arrived, the other fight was already boarding and I ran to make it. Luckily I got to the gate in time, just before the door closed. The original flight ended up with a 3.5 hr delay!!! That is unacceptable."
Cons: "The flight attendant looked like she was mad throughout the whole flight"
Pros: "Staff were courteous. Captain explained reason for delay."
Cons: "Over 20 minute delay to begin boarding with no explanation. Boarding process very slow due to excess carry ones needing to be checked."
Pros: "Crew was very professional, plane was clean. Ride was smooth."
Cons: "I had overweight passenger next to me who tried his very best to keep his left arm away from me, but when he fell asleep I was squeezed. No fault of Spirit. It was too tight of a seat arraignment. When I went to get my seat from customer service there was a man with luggage that will fit the template for carry on, but the wheels did not allow his suitcase to fit the length. He had to pay for his luggage, I thought the representative should have not charge him. I bought my ticket last minute as it was business trip decided 2 days prior. I chose Spirit for the convenient schedule, never used them before. For the same amount of money a coworker of mine got very convenient flight with no charge for carry on with assigned seats with American. I thinkg the price was not competitive."
Pros: "Ticket cost was low and the crew from Ohare to LAX was great"
Cons: "Our fault for not researching more but baggage fees were extremely high! My husband planned on saving $$$ and packed in a carryon but they wanted to charge him more to carry on than to check? I thought my weight allowance was 50 lbs (like most other airlines). It’s 40lbs otherwise they charge an extra $30!!!!! Not impressed. No complimentary food, snacks or meal on a 4 hr flight. Seats were cheap-didn’t even recline and not Much leg room. Bottom line: if you want a cheap uncomfortable airline go for it. Otherwise pay the little bit extra and go with a mainstream airline for more comfort and perks"
Pros: "Staff were actually nice on this flight. I boarded last so can’t complain."
Cons: "No entertainment. No power outlets. No reclining seats. No legroom. No frills. Base fare. Pretty crappy as usual."
Pros: "The snack selection on the flight and food package options were reasonably priced, and there were quite a few good options."
Cons: "We arrived at the airport and were through security over an hour prior to our flight's takeoff. We decided to grab breakfast at a restaurant approximately 2-3 gates down from our gate. We arrived back at our gate 17 minutes prior to the departure time and the door to the entryway was already closed. No spirit attendants remained at the gate to assist or inform us about who we should speak to regarding this matter. We sat at the gate and watched our flight take over 15 minutes to pull away from entryway with no one available to direct us. After the plane pulled away, a few Spirit staff members came back out the door to the gate, and when we inquired as to why our names were not called throughout the airport (as we heard many other names called while sitting at the airport) they informed us we would have to talk to the customer service desk if we had an issue. We went to the customer service desk and they put us on another flight, which did not depart until late that day. We went to the customer service desks of 3 other airlines attempting to find a sooner flight, and when we explained Spirit closed the gates 17 minutes early, each airline stated that the industry standard is 10 minutes. Not only does Spirit not follow the industry standard, but they also shut the gates 2minutes prior to Spirit's standard which is 15 minutes before the flight. Additionally, no effort was made to call our names prior to the flight, as is customary with all airlines. Two days later, we went to board our return flight, which a week prior to our trip we paid $585 to change to that day, and when we went to check in we were not scheduled to be on that return flight. We showed proof of switching our flight and luckily the attendant was able to get us on that flight, however, we were extremely rushed getting through security and due to Spirit's mistake almost missed this flight as well. If no seats would have been available we would not have been able to get home despite paying to switch the flight a week in advanced. Overall, we were very disappointed with our experience traveling with Spirit and would not recommend the airline to anyone. We are frequent travelers for both business and recreation and have never experienced such poor customer service."
Pros: "On the plane, the seats were extremely comfortable, with a lot of leg room, even on the standard seats. Much more than on any flight I had flown with Southwest domestic. The staff was also a lot friendlier and generous. And there was plenty of room on the flight which made comfort affordable."
Cons: "They announced that the flight was departing from a different gate, but it wasn't listed on their website and there was no way to verify it on any screens. The gate that they said the flight would be departing out of instead still had the destination on it for the previous flight. Then, after that flight departed, it showed the destination for the next flight scheduled to leave out of that gate, not the one I was on. So frankly, a lot of people were very confused on where they were supposed to be waiting. Especially since, there was boarding for a different flight at the first gate, and no screen showing the flight that was being boarded there. So it caused a lot of nervousness for a lot of us, not being sure where we were supposed to be and afraid we would miss our boarding call."
Pros: "Not much"
Cons: "My first time flying with Spirit and it started off bad to begin with. First learned that you can't carry on a bag without a $55 per leg fee adding 50% more to the trip. We decided to check one bag instead at a cost of $40 per leg but then Spirit considers over 40 Lbs overweight instead of 50 like other airlines so another $30 for overweight per leg for an extra $140 for the trip. Then soft drinks are $3 everything costs more. I will say the flight crew did a great job when there was a heart attack on our flight and they attended to him with great care. Then our flight back was cancelled due to the Hurricane but no other airline had to cancel that far out from the hurricane actually hitting. It seems Spirit couldn't get flights to Chicago with nothing to do with Atlanta. In fact we ended up driving all the way back to Atlanta only to see Delta and other airlines landing at the airport 11 hours later. Only Spirit wouldn't fly in more than a day before it effected the area. They did at least refund most of my money. I'll just never fly them again."
Pros: "Nothing."
Cons: "The boarding procedure was absolute chaos. On two of my four flights this weekend, they had the wrong flight information posted on the screens at the gate. Nobody knew what gate was for what city. It seemed like the crew at O'hare didn't even know there was a Spirit flight scheduled because they didn't have a jetway for us. We had to wait for a ramp to be set up, walk across the tarmac, and up two flights of stairs into the terminal. Then on the way out, we had to do the same thing in reverse, even though our flight (heading for LGA) was listed as being four gates away. It turned out the flight at that gate was really going to Houston. The people who were going to Houston were waiting at a different gate until someone told the New York passengers to go to the gate with no jetway... Confused? Just imagine how confused the hundreds of people were who were trying to find their flights with all wrong information on the screens."
Cons: "I had 3 bags which could easily fit into the cabin space. One of the bags I had carried was the same bag which I had while boarding the flight from Boston to Chicago on 8th Jun 17. While in that trip I was not charged for the bag as the size & weight fitted into your norms. But I had to pay $195 for 3 bags, including the bag which I had while leaving Boston. The behavior of the staff manning the boarding gate was nasty. As I was not having a credit card with me, I chose to pay cash. But they refused to accept cash & told me that my flight will be cancelled and I won't be allowed to board the aircraft. I panicked & requested the passengers to take money from me and swipe their card. With great difficulty I found a passenger who obliged me. A fresh boarding pass was issued to all 4 of us. The bag which I had while taking the flight to Chicago on 8/6/17 fitted on the equipment which measures the sizes, but I was made to pay for it. Very horrible experience of flying a so called low fare airline."
Pros: "The Steward was the only nice person , the rest of the Airline check in staff were cruel, cold and unprofessional"
Cons: "Check in boarding staff, the insisted I pay for my carry on. I had a round trip ticket. I did not have to pay for my carry on on my first flight. They made me throw things away before they allowed my bag on the flight. I had to throw away shoes, I was so upset and confused I did not know what to do. I had no money since I just paid my rent. They didn't care. It was embarrassing. Now I need to save up for new shoes. They did not care about me and my situation. I flew home for my sisters wedding, I missed 4 days of work with no pay. My Mom had to budget for the and ticket because I couldn't . The staff is horrible at Ohare. The airlines apologized to my Mom via email. Told her I could have a $50 voucher, I can't afford another trip. What a joke! Nick M."
Pros: "The price"
Cons: "The experience felt a bit chaotic and impersonal. It's a bit stressful to manage all the extra costs as well. I tend to enjoy flying but I mostly just wanted to get this experience over with. Spirit gets you from point A to point B, safely but there's nothing enjoyable about it. Also, on the flight back we waited on the runway almost 45 minutes for an open terminal. We were about 30 minutes early but that wouldn't explain the terminal opening up 15 mins after our expected arrival time. However, I don't know if this was Spirit's fault or the airport's."
Pros: "The crew was friendly and informative and my seat was comfortable. I also received numerous updates regarding my delayed flight so I felt well-informed as to the situation."
Cons: "My flight was delayed three hours. In spite of this lengthy delay, no complimentary food or drink was offered on the flight. I have experienced delayed flights prior to this and have found that the airline generally tries to make it up a little bit to the passengers by offering them some basic complimentary snacks and drinks, which I feel is a nice gesture. I was a little surprised that this was not offered with my delayed flight yesterday. The only available food and drink options were very pricey so I went without."
Cons: "My flight was canceled with little notice, and the only option I was given by the airline was to try and find a seat on another flight back using their website. Well, nothing was available for several days, and I couldn't afford to miss that much work. Plus, Spirit's help line was totally unavailable. I ended up booking a last minute flight with Delta. Spirit later sent me a voucher for $50, but my ticket cost more than that, plus I had purchased extra baggage. That's still a loss of roughly $70. The voucher is also only good until July, and I have no flights planned any time in the near future where I could think about using it in time. You get what you pay for, and from now on I'll just be paying more for flights with airlines I can trust."
Cons: "CANCELLED. NO Assistance with rebook. Refund and you are on your own. Found out later they were have a pilot strike. They didn't disclose that and should have, in my opinion. I had the same exact thing happen on my return flight. Cancelled. No assistance with rebook. Had they been honest and straight forward I could have made proper accomdations for my return flight home. Instead a got the screw job TWICE. I understand that it is not in their control of the pilot strike. But good service would disclose that information as to not cause additional problems. Spirit sucks. Everyone knows that. But they don't have to screw people over and more then already do"
Pros: "Punctuality."
Cons: "Hostesses were loud and had the most horrible screeching voices I've ever heard."
Cons: "I didn't like anything. Will never book with Kayak or spirit. My flight from Chicago to Minneapolis was cancelled and I have still not got my refund. Pathetic!"
Cons: "We were delayed for about three hours but there were no announcements or screens displaying that information. There was no indication that we were even at the correct gate. People had to walk up one at a time and ask to confirm what was happening and that we were all at the correct gate. Two hours after our flight was supposed to take off, there was finally an announcement letting us know that there was a delay and our gate would be changed so we needed to move out of the way so another flight could use the gate, but not to too far because they didn't know when or where our flight would be leaving from. It was chaotic and disorganized for no reason. I understand that delays happen but the lack of communication was unacceptable."
Pros: "Airline Canceled the first leg and so never got to this flight"
Cons: "Airline cancelled the flight with zero understandable cause. And now out thousands to get home a day later than planned"
Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "This was by far the worst experience I've ever had flying. Our flight out was cancelled but the website didn't reflect he change so we needlessly came to the airport. I'll never fly with spirit again and will recommend that my friends and family avoid it too. On the return trip, we felt manipulated by a series of difficult to understand rules and surprise pricing the entire time. The machine was broken at the check in but no one told us that would make us ineligible for check in pricing. Everyone was aggressively unhelpful and even rude at every turn."
Pros: "Used Kayak to find cheap flights that fit our time frame. Spirit airlines proved to be a quick and reliable airline getting us to Chicago 15 mins early. When departing Chicago email notifications kept us up to date on possible delays of flight caused by weather conditions. I called Spirit customer service representative and changed my flight to avoid the worst of the weather. They were able to make the changes and honor the seating arrangements I had made for my family of five. Great experience!!"
Pros: "After getting through the gate, the boarding was simple."
Cons: "No mobile ticketing at O'hare. Security noted that Spirit requires you go through their ticket kiosks/desk, despite sending a mobile QR code to go through it when going through mobile check-in (itself a serious pain due to a terrible website). Further, they don't advertise that the cost of the seat and carry-on negates any savings on the ticket price itself. I couldn't even get a simple cup of water from flight attendants ("bottled water only, $3 per"). I will never willingly purchase a flight from Spirit again."
Pros: "The crew was always attentive and responsive."
Cons: "It was very difficult to check in on line. it took me over one hour. Wanted to get my sits and when I took the option there was no sits to select even when paying for it. I checked my carry on and I kept having the offer to be part of the club to pay less for my carry on. I did not want to use the option but I keep being sent to that side. The same experience I had when tried to check in in my flight from Oakland to Chicago on Friday. since the web site did not let me check in I had to check in at the airport. There was an accident in the freeway and I ended up losing the flight from Oakland to Chicago because the website did not let me check in the night before. We arrived 45 minutes before the flight and they have the policy to check in 45 instead of 30 minutes before the fight like other airlines. We did not even get options or credit. We just had to buy another flight. It was a nightmare."
Cons: "The flight is advertised as low priced, but at the cost of checking a small carry on for $50 each way. For $100 more for ticket we could've flown JetBlue with amenities like water and coffee and attentive professional flight attendants. The plane was extremely loud, and sounded as if the panels could be ripped right off during landing and takeoff. We shouldve just packed a backpack. I don't think I would ever fly this airline again because the overall feeling was that the equipment was rickety and unsafe. I guess Ive just become accustomed to professionalism and service on other airlines."
Pros: "on time"
Cons: "The airline is overcharging! Before I left, I googled "spirit airlines baggage". I made sure that my personal bag and carry-on are within the required size. The website does not say that carry-on will be charged. At the counter, I was charged $55 for the carry-on. It is a light carry-on (I basically just had a sleeping bag). On the return flight, I protested for being charged for the carry-on because the website did not clearly say carry-on would be charged. The ladies at the desk then asked me to pay $100+ for my carry-on. $100+ is the price one would have to pay upon boarding without having paid for luggage. I ended up paying $65.00 for the carry-on because I did not pay for it at the check-in counter. I was flying to O'Hare earlier that day so there was no need for me to go outside to get the boarding pass and pay for the carry-on. Still I was asked to pay $65. With my air fare being just about $125, it is unbelievable that I had to pay $120 for a carry-on. I had heard of an NPR interview about the frugality of this airline and I am in favor of it. But it is deceiving to charge low airfiar only to get it back with charging excessively on the carry-on. If the carry-on has to be charged, they should clearly highlight it on the website so customers are alerted. In addition, it is also an unfair practice to other airlines. Had I known that I’d pay $200+ for the airfare to go on Spirit, I would have chosen a different airline. I plan to write to the Spirit and other agencies."
Cons: "I booked my return flight the same day i booked my departure. I didn't recieve an email with my itinerary nor was i charged for the flight so i called the airline. After 30 minutes of my time wasted i was still on call waiting. The day before my return flight i panicked and bought a whole new ticket and then like 8 hours before muy flight i get an email asking if I'm ready for muy upcoming flight. I am completely disappointed with both kayak and spirit airlines. I WILL NEVER AGAIN BE BOOKING SPIRIT AIRLINES AGAIN!!"
Pros: "There wasn't anything I really liked about my trip on Spirit."
Cons: "From the curbside to the gate you are on your own. No skycaps to take your bags at the curb even though you've already paid for bags. And even though you've already paid for bags you still have to stand in a long line at the counter to check in. This is my 3rd time flying with Spirit since 2011. I thought the first 2 trips having issues was a fluke but no, it seems fairly consistent that you will not leave on time, the staff will not be friendly and nothing is complimentary...even water! The seats are extremely small and there is no way to recline them. Some of their planes have advertisement pasted through the entire length of the cabin, the crew really pushed applying for their credit card, all snacks must be paid for I mean, the message is clear, profits first, customers are to be used to meet their goals. At the end of the day, customers are lured in by seemingly lower prices but it's all smoke and mirrors. When you're done with all of the a la cart items, the price is the same as all of the other airlines, with inferior service, in my opinion. I will not be flying with Spirit Airlines again. I will spend my money with airlines that value me as a customer first."
Pros: "I did end up getting a partial refund.. But I did have to argue a little bit for it."
Cons: "My flight was cancelled, due to weather? Other airlines flights around same time were not cancelled, although there were some delays. I'm not quite sure why my flight was cancelled. I recieved no email/call telling me about the cancellation. I looked online to check my flight status and found out by myself that it was cancelled. So I called in and waited for a representative to help me, who said the only thing they could do was move me to the next flight, which was the following day, 18 hours later from my original flight. After I decided that was way too late, i called back in to see if I could get an earlier flight instead, and was told I would have to pay a fee for changing my cancelled flight a second time, which is ridiculous. I eventually had to argue a little bit but ended up getting a partial refund of the round-trip ticket, as I am still going to use the return flight to come back. Overall, I really did not like having to find out myself about the cancelled flight, i did not like Spirit airlines' solution to the problem, I did not like that they wanted me to pay extra to change the cancelled flight, I did not like that they initially refused my refund request. From the time I realized my flight was cancelled to the time the issue was finally resolved, i had spent over an hour, which makes the experience very negative. The only positive is that I did eventually get a partial refund, even though it was less than half of the total price of the flight ticket."
Pros: "They play good 'on hold' songs."
Cons: "Spirit cancelled my flight to New Orleans without informing me until I got to the self check in. My two options according to the baggage claim workers and customer service on the phone were to get my money back or take their Thursday flight. I was supposed to fly home from New Orleans on Wednesday. From there, they narrowed my two choices down to just one, get my money back. As a result, I had to spend an extra $300 to get to New Orleans that day through another airline. According to Spirit, there was bad weather which is why the flight must be cancelled, funny, I made it to New Orleans that day with American Airlines. They never offered to compensate me, help me find tickets through another airline, or even an apology. I will never fly Spirit again in my life."
Pros: "Overall this was a bad experience. Spirit forces you to pay $55 for a carry-on bag. I suppose I should have known this already, and I'm sure it was in the fine print of my ticket. So partly my own fault. But when you add in all the fees Spirit nickel and dimes you for, you could have purchased a ticket with a better airline for same price. In addition, the boarding process was slow and the staff was unprofessional. The flight attendants were rude, the seats do not recline at all, and I could feel a hard metal piece inside my headrest. I asked for a pillow but the flight attendant said none were available. I will not be flying Spirit again unless there are absolutely no other options."
Pros: "The flight attendants were very friendly and the pilot did a great job. There were bad storms in Orlando but you wouldn't know it with the flight. All Spirit flights I have taken have had good pilots and friendly flight attendants."
Cons: "When I arrived at Chicago-O'Hare to check in, there was a line around the block for only Spirit Airlines. They had 2 people working at the kiosks and both were slower than molasses. There were several employees that walked up to the kiosks but none of them assisted customers. They had no urgency at all. On top of that, the lady that I interacted with was very rude. She talked to me like I was a complete moron and apologized that another Spirit team in Orlando "didn't do their job properly but O'Hare employees follow the rules". Overall, not impressed at all and I will avoid booking with Spirit on future flights."
Pros: "Nothing."
Cons: "I arrived at O'Hare and my flight was cancelled. I had to book another flight for the next day ($480+) and a hotel room for the night ($200+) ALL AT MY EXPENSE. The Spirit representatives said that someone from Spirit would contact me in a few days to reimburse me for the flight from O'Hare to NYC, but as of a week, no one has. I have very little faith that anyone ever will or that I will be reimbursed for the flight that was cancelled. I intend to report Spirit to the NYS Attorney General's Office. Everything was bad, since I had to spend close to $700 of my own money to get back home. VERY VERY BAD."
Cons: "The flight was delayed 2 hours and they did not communicate this information very well. I was told to go to gate L7 and waited and waited without any information. Then they told us to go to gate L1 and then to go to gate L11 - it was very disorganized . The employees were not helpful and they seemed annoyed at all the questions. It was very crowded in the terminal and they kept telling us to move back to let other passengers off the plane but there was no where to go. All in all it was not a good experience to fly with Spirit."
Pros: "Spirit is known as an ultra low cost carrier. I did not know this when I purchased the tickets, so the fares we paid were a little less than that of competitors. The pros end there."
Cons: "For the amount of harassment one goes through to fly with Spirit, the slightly lower fares are not worth it. Frankly, it seems like a ploy to hook people and subsequently squeeze three nickels out of every dime for anything else on the flight. The boarding process was delayed by over an hour. The attendant speaking from the gate was rude, hostile, and obnoxious. Those boarding were practically interrogated to make sure the water bottle they were holding might not be an extra personal item. (You have to pay $55 for a carry-on but are allowed one personal item on Spirit. If you are caught carrying extra onto the plane without paying, it's a $100 fine. One which they are on the prowl for!) Once on the flight, there is no entertainment. There is no complimentary anything. You can buy food or drink with credit cards only. The seats do not even have a tilt function to them, so you can only sit upright. My personal favorite part of the flight was watching the fight that ensued between female passengers deboarding and the attendants that did nothing about it. Something about the ultra low cost carrier makes people crazed to get off the plane. At the end of a flight, everyone wants off a plane, but I have never seen such disorganized chaos and blatantly rude disregard for the deboarding process as on this flight. Next time I travel, I'll spend the extra $100 to fly with another airline. Lesson learned."
Pros: "Only the initial "sucker price" which does NOT include ANY LUGGAGE or the ability to SIT WITH YOUR FAMILY without paying extra!!"
Cons: "They use an initial "SUCKER PRICE" which does NOT include ANY LUGGAGE or the ability to SIT WITH YOUR FAMILY without paying extra!! $50 extra for each piece of luggage ... EACH WAY1 If you don't pay at the check in counter they charge $100 for each piece of luggage - each way and that includes ANY BACKPACK WITH WHEELS! $25 FOR EACH FAMILY MEMBER TO SIT TOGETHER!!!! NO COMPLIMENTARY FOOD OR DRINK. 2 sodas are $5! (can't buy just one) NO none zero entertainment, not even a radio channel."
Pros: "When I got off the flight to my destination."
Cons: "The customer service was terrible! When hiring a person customer service should be a priority! I understand you can't please everybody but to treat a person as if they don't matter is terrible. And to make a person miss a domestic flight because of being five minutes and making them go print a boarding pass and make me go back in line and then charging me an additional 200 dollars to rebook me was beyond me! I needed to make it to LAX to connect to meet volunteers for a mission trip I was going with and I did not make that flight just because the person decided to send me back to the line."
Pros: "In flight experience was good."
Cons: "Didn't like that I have to print my boarding pass and that an eboarding pass doesnt work on the scanners. That was not communicated well to me. The gate changed 30 mins prior to the take off time of my flight and not a single passenger was informed of this. There were no announcements made. They did not even care to change the flight information display at the gate behind the counter. While passengers were waiting to board, a jet blue crew member starts to announce boarding for their flight to JFK while its displaying spirit airlines flight to dallas. The jet blue crew has no information to provide to us. A spirit airline crew memeber SHOULDVE MADE AN ANNOUNCEMENT reg the gate change at the original gate or they should remove the spirit airline flight display from the screen. And all this 20 mins prior to take off. And I was told to stand in line that was a mile long to have this simple question answered 'whats the current gate'. The crew could've been a bit more informative, less rude and more approachable."
Pros: "Your flight staff (flight attendants) are always great."
Cons: "I attempted to purchase luggage before each of my flights (departure and return) and the website would not allow it. I called the customer service number multiple times and it said they were experiencing technical difficulties. I was forced to purchase luggage allowance at the airport on both flights and was forced to pay a much larger amount that what I normally would have had to pay if the website was working. This excessive fee really makes the option of flying spirit less economical, frustrating, and really obliterates any reason to fly with your airline. Additionally, I was able to purchase seating before my flight- but on my return flight they put me in a seat that I did not pay for. The flight attendant did make a correction. Your staff at the main terminals is consistently extremely slow, unfortunately. I really like the flight attendants, they are always great. However, due to the above mentioned issues I have had recurrently, I will certainly be reluctant to purchase Spirit flights in the future"
Cons: "Poor flight connection time- we waited 6 hours for our connecting flight at Chicago. Poor gate change arrangement- changing gate without changing the boarding on the arriving/departure board. My daughter and I sat outside of the boarding gate for 2 and a half hours and were informed the boarding gate had changed. When we realized the gate changed, we rushed to the gate, the gate closed. We ran to the customer service. The staff there wasn't sympathetic and showed no interest of helping us to get on another flight to Portland asap. Instead of connecting us to the flight that we could arrive at Portland on the same day, he told us two choices of flight: same flight at the same time on the next day; fly to Dallas next morning and then fly to Portland arriving Portland at early evening. It was already 8:45 pm at the time. I asked was there any earlier flight we could take as my daughter has to be at a camp orientation the next day. He was rude and refused to offer any further help. As we walked away , my daughter saw a nearby boarding gate showed a flight to Dallas in 20 minutes. We rushed back to the Spirit staff and asked him to put us on that flight. He said it's already too late. If he would had tried at the beginning, we would have a chance to be on that flight, and be back to Portland next day. We ended up buying tickets from another airline to fly home that night. In summary- Spirit Airline: expensive after added all other fees, ending up paying more with very poor service, lack of convenience of larger companies that have more flights , small seat space; you will be treated as a bargain seeker and deserved no respect or service."
Pros: "It got me from the point A to the point B safely. Shouldn't/wouldn't take that for granted."
Cons: "1. Technical difficulties: We attempted to check in the night before, in order to "save" on what's already a ridiculous fee for checked baggage. However, after inputting our credit card number, the system stated that it was experiencing malfunction. Therefore, we had to check in again at the airport, and although we informed them that we attempted to check in ahead of time, they were not concerned and charged us $52 each per bag. At this point, any savings we had by booking a "no frill, economic" airline, were negated. 2. Ridiculous Fees, cont: My husband and I were traveling together, and booked the flight at the same time, on the same credit card. Yet, the only way we were guaranteed seats together, was if we purchased seat assignments. 3. Delays: Our flight was initially delayed 3 hours. We were not given any explanation or apologies. Then, as our new boarding time was approaching, they informed us that further delay will ensue due to a flight attendant running late. They could not give us a time frame in which we would actually board, nor did they seem particularly concerned or apologetic. 4. (Dis)Comfort: We finally boarded. Seats do not recline, nor are they comfortable. Of course, even water carried a charge. 5. More delays, poor Customer Service: After we landed, we proceeded to wait another half an hour or so, because the plane for some reason had no access to the gate. People were restless and needed to use restrooms. But they were sharply redirected and ordered to stay seated and buckled, without much regard for the inconvenience and discomfort. Overall, a poor experience. There are so many airlines out there whose costs are comparable (or even cheaper after you factor in all of the additional, ridiculous fees) and who have a better record in being on time, great customer service, and no extra fees. I would suggest going with them."
Pros: "My wife and I chose to try this airlines because it had a non-stop flight with a favorable schedule at a competitive price. But everything else was a disaster and we will NEVER fly with Spirit Airlines again."
Cons: "First, it wasn't until we went to check-in online 24 hours before our flight that we discovered we would be charged a hefty fee for each carry-on bag, $42 each one way. Second, if we wanted to reserve two seats together there was also a charge for this of $18 per seat one way. (The airlines gives you the option of not reserving a seat and then you are simply assigned whatever seats are still available at airport check-in.). Third, Spirit's website crashed several times "due to unusually heavy online traffic," so we were not able to complete any online check-in, nor purchase the tickets required for our online check-in and you pay even more per carry-on bag if you check-in at the airport. Fourthly, our flight home was delayed taking off by 2 1/2 hours. No explanation was given other than an announcement that "our flight was still waiting for one of two required flight attendants before it could depart." When we arrived so late back at our home airport, there was no gate available for our plane, so we sat on the Tarmac after landing for another full hour. Lastly, there are no complimentary services of any kind on Spirit Airlines--no magazines to read, no beverages, not even water--you pay for EVERYTHING--and to top it all off their seats do not recline. We will never choose Spirit Airlines again. We ended up paying more than we would have on a more traditional airlines."
Cons: "The flight attendant "joked" with us that we were heading to New York instead of LA... Supposed to be funny but seriously rude and frightening; I almost had a panic attack. I am also severely disgusted by the airlines that include a dozen hidden fees but don't inform you of them when you are booking your ticket. It was due to a fluke that I discovered carry ons were not free, which led me to search further and find that printing boarding passes is not free, nor are beverages, nor.. anything else. While I understand Spirit's desire to make flights cheaper, you should just TELL PEOPLE THAT when they buy the ticket, I shouldn't have to discover it after the fact. I probably still would have bought your ticket and been much happier about it."
Pros: "Nothing!"
Cons: "I got into he line 70 minutes before my flight, which was considered a "late check in" and the line was so long I missed my flight! The next flight to my destination was 12 hours later, so I said I would have to purchase another ticket with a different carrier. The cashier informed me I would get refunded for the missed flight. Flash forward to my return flight, they canceled it! The cashier never noted that we even spoke, and it is procedure to cancel the rest of the booking if a customer doesn't get onto a flight. It was a complete nightmare. I had to purchase another ticket home and the kicker: no refund for either flight that I didnt even go on. You get what you pay for. Spend more and go with a larger carrier. I've always had good experiences with Southwest."
Pros: "nothing"
Cons: "My flight to Boston was 1:54 PM ORD 6/2/16. I booked this flight months ago in order to attend my daughter MIT convocation ceremony on 6/3/16. I arrived at ORD very early in the morning on 6/2/16 and waited at the gate L7 before 11 AM. The flight was kept delay several times, I waited near by the gate and checked with the desk lady many times and was kept told that the flight was delayed, finally the flight left around 3:55 PM without any announcement. I missed the flight. I was told to go to gate 11A for this issue. Martin who worked there with the customers like me who missed the flight was very impatient and not helpful at all. Never take the Sprint airline again."
Pros: "The crew was very nice. The flight was on-time"
Cons: "Arrived at airport over 2 hours early. Did pre-check in for flight and luggage. Had to wait in line almost an hour to tag luggage. (Many people were frantic in line re: not getting to flight on time) TSA line was all the way down airport. Knew I would not make flight. NO agent to help me while I waited. Tried calling Spirit no-one could help. Got to counter with less than 15 minutes to boarding time. Supervisor was extremely rude and said there was nothing she could do re: TSA line. Said that if I didn't make flight I could get a later flight or pay extra for something different. Went to TSA line and no-one could help. Saw another Spirit rep, while in TSA line. she rudely said "no-way!" and walked away.. Finally, I "seriously" begged and cut in TSA line. Ran. Made it to gate for final boarding call!!!"
Cons: "We had got stuck in traffic on the way to O'hare yet still arrived MORE than 45 minutes before our flight, but the Spirit airlines crew did not even give us the opportunity to ATTEMPT to check in to get our boarding passes. We missed our flight and are now out all of the money we had spent to go enjoy our first wedding anniversary together. This is unacceptable... While I understand that traffic issues fall outside of the airline's responsibility - SHOWING EMPATHY toward our situation could have made things easier, but they didn't - just very cold, non-customer service friendly, garbage. Perhaps if the Spirit airlines team was better at checking people in at the terminal, instead of having a 'who cares' mentality and allowing a 35 person line to be AT A STAND STILL, perhaps we could have made the plane, and I currently could have been writing an amazing review in Florida right now, but I'm not. I am in Indiana, trying to fight with the airline, the travel insurance agency, and others trying to re-coop my losses. this was an overall terrible experience, and I feel like a fool even attempting to try doing this. By all means feel free to contact me to discuss my frustration in person Sean Warren"
Pros: "Friendly staff"
Cons: "There's a a rule that states you can't check in after 45 minutes before your flight. That's annoying and unnecessary. I've ran late before with other airlines, but was able to check in and easily go get on the plane. Even if I didn't make it though because going through security took too long, what's the problem with the agents at the gate having to look for my next flight option? Because of this rule and me running behind for my 9:10 am flight, I missed it, and I had to wait 10 hours in the airport for the next one. Next time I fly, I will be avoiding Spirit airlines if it comes up as an option."
Pros: "The woman at the airport desk was wonderful and very helpful. She took off 10 dollars from each bag because she said she could see that we tried to login. She put notes in the record and said we could possibly get more refunded but I have not heard from anyone about it. Now I get to call and be on hold for ever. She also informed us that the flight confirmation number we had was a kayak, not spirit number???????? There was no indication about this. Also boarding was very efficient."
Cons: "When I purchased the ticket from Kayak I was not informed about the need to purchase a seat or bags or given the opportunity to do so. There was no notification that one could not have a personal item and a small bag -- only one. When I tried to get my boarding pass on line, I was unable to do so. At that time I learned about the baggage policy. The system had me in a loop that I could not get out of. I was not allowed to request an account so I concluded that I might have gotten one when I logged in. I tried to sign in repeatedly and asked for a new password because it kept saying it was wrong. I never got it and I had to leave for the airport or risk missing the flight. So, I was charged $40 per bag (two of us were flying) for both the outbound and return trips. That is roughly twice what I would have been charged if I had been informed and had been given the chance to buy the bags when I bought the ticket. It would have been much cheaper to buy a ticket on another carrier once I paid 160 for two small (what would easily fit in overhead). I had a carry on (personal item) so had to pay. Our flight was delayed and the gate was moved several times. We were not kept informed about the weather conditions, the fact that the plane was on the ground, or what time the flight was supposed to arrive after all the delays. The flight crew was too busy visiting with each other to deal with a problem in the seat next to me -- I kept trying to get their attention. A tall man kept his feet in the aisle and, most importantly, he was talking loudly on his cell phone until the plane was barreling down the runway to take off. They had told us to put electronics in flight mode way before that. He just kept talking. I tried to get the crews attention but no problem."
Pros: "The entire process was flawless. Plane was extremely clean, flight attendants very nice, even funny and mocking themselves a bit considering Spirit charges for EVERYTHING! The key to flying Spirit and not getting hit with large additional charges is to understand whats expected of you as far as baggage. Get this right and the rest of the experience is better than any other airline Ive had the displeasure of flying over the past 15 years. Apparently all passengers on this flight were well aware of the baggage limitations as boarding and exiting the plane once in Tampa went VERY quickly and rather than passengers getting bent out of shape during this process everyone was smiling! Havent seen this...ever!"
Cons: "Wish there was a Wifi option on the flight. Spirit charges for everything and this would have been another revenue stream for them and I guarantee most passengers would have used it and paid the $5-10 for access to the internet."
Pros: "Way too aggravated about the way this outfit deceives customers to think of a single positive."
Cons: "Paid $272 for (2) round trip tickets from Chicago to Dallas. Brought (2) small bags to carry on. Once at the airport found out that "carry on" was an additional $55 per bag, and checked was an additional $50 per bag. Checked bags both ways, which took round trip fare to $472. Then found out that they charge extra to sit together. So had to pay an additional $13 per ticket per way to sit with the person I purchased the tickets for. Let's see, advertise $272 round trip, and forced to pay $524 once locked into tickets. Miserably brutal attempt at a money grab. I'll never fly, suggest, or speak anything less than contempt about Spirit airlines."
Pros: "Nothing."
Cons: "I found out my flight was delayed two hours but decided to go to the airport at the appropriate time anyway. It was just a girls weekend so I wasn't in any major rush to get there. As my shuttle is taking me to the airport, I look again to find that my flight has officially went from taking off at 9:14pm to taking off at 12:12pm. When I got to the airport, it was 7pm so I would have to wait for 5 hours. I went to the Spirit counter and asked what time my flight was leaving. The man at the counter says "9:15" so I responded with "okay great so there's no delay then??" He said "yeah there's just a short delay you won't even know" I showed him my phone and asked is 12:12am the time were supposed to leave? And he said "yes". Well, then I was fuming because this customer "support" person completely lied to me. Another quite rude lady said there was absolutely nothing they could do for me and shooed me away. I was also told it was because their technology wasn't reaching flight control. I went to my gate anyway and noticed that the spirit section was completely packed-I'm assuming this issue backed up many flights. After an hour of waiting, they announced that the delay may be even longer. I immediately left because at that point I wouldn't get into my destination until 4am which wasn't worth my short visit to where I was going. Later on in the night, I looked at my phone to see what happened-it ended up being cancelled!!!! What a joke! Bad customer service, bad fees, bad way of handling their flight situations!!! Never again."
Pros: "What I liked about the flight was that we arrived to our destination in one piece. The flight attendants were funny, even though you could tell that they were pretty exhausted. And, the price was pretty good. We paid $127 for a round trip ticket to Maryland from Chicago."
Cons: "What I didn't like about the flight was the cramp seating. I expect to be comfortable, but I guess you get what you pay for. The departure flight was 30 mins late leaving. The fact that your flight attendants and pilots seemed like they do not get an adequate lunch. When the plane finally arrived to pick us up at OHD, I saw one of the pilots hurry off and bring back food for him and the attendants. You all should really take better care of your employees. The personal item size is ridiculous. I made it work, because I pre measured my bag before I left home for my flight. But you all should be ashamed of yourselves for charging a carry on fee."
