Scores according to KAYAK customer reviews
Cons: "Mechanical issue put us out late, then weather kept us circleing for another 45 minutes. Spent the night at msp had to fly out the next day to final destination."
Cons: "Socially distancing worked well on the plane because the middle seats are not occupied, snacks are bagged and the head flight attendant was funny and gave an inspirational message on the PSA at the gate and when we landed."
Pros: "The aircraft was extremely clean. Crews were helpful and patient with passengers as they boarded and asked questions."
Pros: "I'm really mad about Delta service"
Cons: "bad service"
Pros: "Entertainment. Flight attendants. Food"
Cons: "PROBLEM WITH LOCATING BAGGAGE CAROUSEL. GIVEN WRKNG LICATION ."
Pros: "The gate agents and flight crew were very accommodating."
Cons: "I was extremely annoyed that TSA Pre-Check was unavailable at Terminal 2 at 8:15am. This is unacceptable and not the TSA's fault. I fault the airline for this oversight. Delta needs to communicate better to the passengers if there is a possibility of this service being unavailable at an airport."
Pros: "Delta crews are very friendly and helpful. Seats are 'good' on the E175 plane - better than the cramped CRJ200 on some other short flights. We boarded early, left a little early and arrived early. Nothing to complain about, except maybe a crying baby behind me, but that's not Delta's fault. :)"
Pros: "Flight was delayed for more than 3 hours."
Cons: "Could have left on or close to schedule."
Cons: "More leg room and seat width. I don’t like having other passengers pressed against me."

Pros: "extra legroom of comfort plus zone"

Cons: "Breakfast meal was awful"

Cons: "The food service was way to rushed , no time to relax with a cocktail before dinner was being served. The warm mixed nuts were stale tasting. The soup was excellent. The breakfast was not edible . Not your usual standard, Delta. Makes me sad as my late husband was a million miler plus and we have always been loyal to you, Seems like you have too many passengers in business class to provide food and service you can be proud of"

Pros: "On board crew was helpful and polite considwring our circumstances."
Cons: "Our flight was delayed 3xs (non weather) they said we would miss our connection (I didn't think we would) THEY rebooked a later flight. Of course we landed in time for our original flight. They refused to let us back on our original flight. Put me in touch w/ the help desk who after talking in circles admitted it was their mistake but he had no authority to help. FINAlly & only because others missed their flight we were given the option to go. Crew misplaced our luggage and sent it on a flight we were never supposed to be on, and the bad experience with delays of hours on end continued coming home. (Mechanimal non weather) WE WILL NEVER FLY DELTA AGAIN!"
