They, as professionals, could easily have the problem solved but they blamed the customer for the mistake. I had to spend so much extra time and money to cover their mistake, at the risk of missing my flight. That's the worst experience I ever had for international flight.

The seat was small & painful. There were metal boxes on the floor where my feet should have gone, so I had to contort my body to fit, even though I was in economy plus.

Kayak or JustFly put wrong ID number whole booking the flight. First 2 segment I had no issues buy 3rd segment they denied to check me in and almost forced me to buy a new ticket. Check in Crew was rude and would speak to me in Chinese. I am a foreigner who doesn't understand English. They wanted me to call my booking agent in Canada, it was mid night in Canada.
