I could see other screens working fine and people were watching various programs while I just stared at a static map of the continental United States. Oh well, at least I was able to stream Netflix because of the free inflight WiFi."

This time, they left me stranded in Puerto Rico. For three days they couldn't rebook me. Flight was cancelled on xmas weekend because the "pilot was over his hours." After they rebooked everyone else on the flight including my boyfriend, their computer wouldn't rebook me for some reason so I had to purchase a ticket to be able to leave. They assured me they would refund me but of course I've been emailing with Cape Air for a week and still no refund. Never flying with them again obviously, and recommend you avoid them if you have connections or need to get somewhere guaranteed. Maybe they have better service on the east coast but they should do a total overhaul of their service in the Caribbean."

They do not offer and free carryon bag. If you pay online you have to pay an extra $30 for a carryon item or $20 for a checked bag. These fees apply to your destination and your flight home as well. On top of that, you have to pay for your seat. All in all I was not happy with my experience with sun country. I am normally not someone who writes poor reviews, but this was definitely the worst airline I’ve ever used."

Pros: "This was my first trip using Sun Country and the departure and return flights were direct. I would use this airline again. I like their process for boarding flights. The flight staff were kind and courteous. We took off and landed safely (HUGE PLUS)! At the gate, I sat near the counter and saw how the gate staff treated customers. It was evident they cared about their job and the customers they serve. There was a minor issue when 1 of 2 wheelchairs made it to the gate. They worked hard to track down an additional wheelchair for a customer getting off a flight. They treated customers with questions and requested seat reassignments kindly and were clear and composed in their communication."
Cons: "The seat was rather uncomfortable. It was dirty and hard. I was somewhat disappointed that there were no "complimentary" snacks, but if it's meant to kee fares low, I'm all for it. I'll bring my own then."
Pros: "We arrived in Manila this morning April 11 from Minneapolis and we didn't get our luggage up to this time, they said that Suncountry didn't check in our luggage to China Airlines which is our connecting flight to Taipei. This is unacceptable to me, all our clothes and gifts are there, now we still don't know when will our luggage arrive."

Cons: "chose seats for the fight back weeks ahead of time but when we checked in my husbands seat was moved10+ rows behind us and from an aisle to a center seat. He is 6 feet 8 inches tall, luckily there was an open exit aisle seat an they upgraded him without charge...otherwise would have been a horrible fathers day for all"
Pros: "The ticket agent was efficient and welcoming. The pilot spend time personally in the cabin to welcome and inform us of the flight time. It was a quiet and uneventful, restful flight."
