The delays were awful and the constant gate changes were annoying and the forceful bag checking was rude.
There was no food or entertainment so quit asking about that! Everything else was fine.
The flight was delayed so we didn’t get into San Diego until almost 1 AM. Otherwise, it was lovely.

I liked that the crew was friendly, we left and arrived at near scheduled times, plenty of on-board crew to handle the cabin service for the flight and I found the price of my airline ticket to be excellent!

I've never flied them before but liked them. Weather was bad so a little scarey but they did a great job landing.
If they actually let me fly. I was rerouted to United and there was no Alaska airlines reps at all. Then the lady who worked the delta counter told me to go away and figure things out myself. Horrible experience.
Kayak I had marked one carry on, one checked bag. Yet when it completed the purchase marked it as no carry on. Fail on kayaks side! Then extended flight delayed due to computer issues. Crew of the plane did awesome but fail on both kayak and alaskan
Late. Too long a flight for a 737. 0.5 oz of pretzels for a 5+ hour flight at dinner time. One step above Ryan Air/ several below Delta.
Flight scheduled to take off at 5.55pm but it did not take off until 7pm due to some food delivery delay.
Unfortunately, I was put into the middle seat in the first row of premium seating. Sounds nice right? No! that is the worst seat in the plane. I wish I was in economy rather than be in that seat! There is no seat back pocket, no tray table, no charger. Nothing! so unless you're row mates are willing to let you share their basic amenities any flyer should have, you are stuck. It was the worst experience ever! And the flight attendant forgot to take my drink order. I felt like the forgotten flyer.
Alaska was fine as usual. My frustration came with accessing boarding passes. On the first trip, I could only get one to print ans took a picture of the second one. On our return trip, the system was down? Friends who booked directly with Alaska had theirs process. I even tried the 800 number and had others try it too. It said something in Spanish and hung up. The agent at the airport succeeded.
Delayed and cancelled flights were hard and very stressful, both ways!
The crew was quite good, they came by often with drinks or to collect trash. But what wasn't nice was the flight was over weigh and several people had to be rebooked. I was questioned whether I should have a seat when I was getting to it. The in-flight entertainment kept buffering and interrupting. And the route took the airplane through high winds which caused us a longer flight
Wasn’t on the flight due to Alaska cancellation…also after all the rerouting, I was going to be on a later flight that left SFO at 7:47pm, which meant an almost 6 hour layover. That same Hawaiian flight was delayed for another 2hours.
I had to cancel the flight because with a 3 hour delay for 'unexpected maintenance' in getting to LAX, I couldn't connect to an overseas flight that I had booked on Scandinavian Air.
The flight was CANCELED!!! Can’t get much more “poor” than that. I had to switch to American Airlines, add another layover and got home in Honolulu 4 hours later than I was supposed to be home. One bright spot was Josh with Alaska Airlines at SFO. He got me on a United Flight that got me home a few hours before I would have. Without him I would have gotten home almost 7 hours after my originally scheduled flight.
Canceled my flight within 24 hours, causing me arriving home midnight. Will never book Hawaiian airlines anymore
I like Hawaiian, it was great that they had good internet connection across the Pacific Ocean, thanks to Star Link satellites. The seating was comfortable, ( I was in economy ). Maybe I missed it, but I only got offered a beverage once. It was a nonstop flight KOA to SMF. I would take it again next time I go that way.
After a delay at the gate, C3, at Ohare on Sunday, I left my Blk ski coat on the bench at the gate, lost! Please review my lob claim, thx.
Very thoughtful flight attendant offered me water immediately since I had run to make my connection.
Always wish for more healthy, gluten free options. We have to bring our own.
Having a long layover, I was very appreciative of the ability to stand by for an earlier flight. Other airlines like Delta have refused this to me in the past, just to be mean (because my ticket class wasn't high enough). United went out of their way to help me get to my destination early, which I really appreciated given that it was the third leg of a 24+ hour journey for me.
Other than a way way too cold cabinets for the entire flight, all was great
One bag is incorrect and not acceptable for an international flight. The food was not just good. I won't fly with them again.

I will never book a flight through Cheap fare. They booked me from Portland Main . And would not give me a refund, so I bought 2 tickets one for 299. From Portland Main to ORD. Then I had to buy a ticket from Oregon PDX to ORD that was another 440. So Just so you know they even told me it was there fault but no refund. Bad bussniess. I did inform United but they said they couldn't help me due to the fact I booked through Cheap Tickets. Never again. And I'm spreding the word. I let everyone know at my 50th class reunion
Crew and customer service were excellent. This flight also had plenty of leg room and seat mounted screens for entertainment. A very pleasant flight all around!
It would have been better if the crew has supported my husband's reasons for needing to keep the space clear around his feet, rather than insisting that he put his knapsack in that space.
We loved the steward on the plane. He made the night enjoyable
The plane was late, when we did board the plane was as cold as a freezer. I was freezing the entire flight, no blankets. Lost miserable flight I’ve ever had.

After we'd boarded , they canceled the flight. The crew didn't even know , we just all received text messages. Then after they deplaned us , AA was just like "too bad, go F your self, we sure ain't gonna help you"

Amazing food, great staff, with one noticable detail missing ...but no seat entertainment in any of aircraft ...I am not a fan
I wish American Airlines would change the airline industry by loading the plane back to front instead of front to back. Planes would board so much more smoothly and quickly.
I have long legs, my foot was out in the aisle and when a flight attendant came walking by and I didn't notice, instead of saying "excuse me" or anything like that, she kicked my foot. Extremely rude
Excellent! The gate agents were kind enough to rebook me on an earlier flight saving me from a 6 hour layover. Even my luggage made it despite the fact that the connection was technically too narrow. The flight itself was very comfortable, roomy, and clean. Plenty of space for my carryon items with plugs to charge my phone. After a long international flight of 14 hours, this was an excellent way to end my travels!
Great experience. Flight boarded easily. Departed early. Smooth flight. Great arrival in DC--almost no taxing! Almost direct to gate from runway. Crew was terrific. Same cookies and beverages in main cabin. I did not use the entertainment system on this flight.
Horrible. Arrived at my gate at 6:37 for a 6:50 flight and was denied by staff to board. Literally watched my flight leave from the window and it didn’t take off until after 7am. Tried to talk to staff and they were rude beyond compare. Will never fly with this airline again.
Our flight got rescheduled 48 hours later, the airline didn’t pay a penny for our expenses.
We had to sit and wait for almost an hour after landing and taxiing to the gate. The jet bridge was broken so we just waited and waited and waited and it was inconvenient, hot, and unnecessary.
Flight was in time, very smooth ride and surprisingly lots of legroom in the cabin so I certainly will fly with spirit again

Cancelled my flight and the earliest that they are willing give me for the next flight which was 3 days later on a weekday. Only accommodation they are willing to give was $30 airline credit that will expire in 1 year
Flight was canceled, huge lines to get baggage returned. Most other airlines had delays but not widespread cancellations like Spirit.

Spirit rescheduled a 4:30 PM flight to 8:52 AM. That's ridiculous and borderline fraud.
