Pros: I fly a lot, and I am very impressed with the level of consistency that Delta has offered the last couple of months. This flight didn’t disappoint. The crew was particularly friendly

Cons: Flight was delayed a bit due to a couple passenger booking/misc issues. 1st class didn’t get gate bevfood service. Oven was busted so my meal wasn’t available. Entertainment console had all channels functional except — not really an issue I just really wanted to have ESPN playing in the background

Cons: We were late. You didn’t have a sandwich option for non meat eaters so I sat hungry for duration of flight. Seats are uncomfortable. No Tv’s on seats. Aerial Tv did not play entertainment No outlets for phone charging. Separating make and female restrooms caused delays and made zero sense.

Cons: Flight staff did not take the courtesy to inform the reasons for the delay nor give an approximate departure time.

Cons: American keeps canceling and changing schedules. They cancelled flight section and took it out of my itinerary. Then took over 3 calls and 2 hours on hold to fix.

Pros: Boarding was fine and crew were friendly with one exception. The in flight entertainment is great idea, except that the wifi went down mid flight, mid movie.

Cons: First and foremost seats are very uncomfortable. Would expect American to realize that passengers will be sitting for 9 hours and the seat needs to have some cushion. Could not get comfortable so could not sleep. Most of the crew were friendly and courteous, but was the 1 who was less so. Wifi quit

Cons: My flight supposed to be $220.00 but when I got to the airport the final price was $340.00. It was rather unfortunate to learn that they lied with their online prices. It was until I was at the terminal did they start charging me for everything that was not included in the online bill.

Cons: The flight was delayed one hour both ways. The gentleman who checked me in was absolutely awful. He was rude and argued with me over the weight and height requirements, despite his colleagues assuring him my carry on was meeting the requirements.

Cons: We departed 30minutes late. Then arrived to jfk late. Then we had to sit on the runway for 40minutes. And finally after I made it through customs I had to wait another 30minutes to get my Bag. I won’t be taking another internet flight.
