At least turn on the A/C and let the cabin cool down before boarding passengers."

Their customer service was fantastic and they were extremely accommodating, helping me move my seat closer to the restroom. (I'm 8 months pregnant!) The food and drink options on the plane are also ridiculously overpriced. If Frontier were to price their in-flight food and drinks they would make a lot more money as budget minded people like myself would actually buy an item or two as opposed to refusing to buy anything at all. Overpricing food and drink items and charging for checked and carry-on luggage also has the added negative effect of me never wanting to use this airline again in the future. I will also actively dissuade friends and family from using Frontier."

The attendant let me board the plane anyway and I put my carryon in the overhead without an issue, which deeply concerns me. It seems as if Frontier arbitrarily tacks on that charge, tricking their customers like con artists who will fall for this absurdity. The air conditioning did not work well and they almost forgot to give us water. Maybe they even charged for the water. The attendants were rude. Dont fly Frontier unless you really really really need to save a dime or two."

You're allowed a "personal item" that has to fit under the seat in front of you, but what they don't tell you is that the seats are "sardines in a can" seats only about half as deep as traditional seats (so that personal item has to be smaller than you'd think). So let's talk about these seats. They are literally an inch thick. Like I mentioned previously, the seat part is only about half as deep as normal seats. It ended at mid-thigh for me and I'm short (5'3"). Accordingly the tray tables are only a hand's width, put a drink on it and that's about it."

Cons: "Having to pay for seats, mobile check in that kept thing me I hadn't paid for the seat, having to pay for a bag at one price at check in and a different price at the airport (it goes to the same place people), having to pay for your carry on, really?!!!?, having to pay for a pitifull snack, pay for a soda (surprised you don't have to pay to use the toilets!) And could you get any meaner flight attendants. The poor guy next to me seat didn't work and she practically bounced him off the plane cause he couldn't get his seat back in an upright position. what we thought was a great ticket price ended up being more than Delta!"

Cons: "I would have enjoyed having digital plugs in our seats to access wifi during the flight. Originally booked our flight for the low fair but realized upon check-in that checked bags were $35 extra each. The extra cost of the 2 checked bags made this flight comparable to Delta. Will probably fly Delta next time so we have the "creature comforts" of Wifi and in-flight screens in each seat."

Pros: "When I boarded and saw the thin, molded seats I braced myself for a long, uncomfortable flight, however to my surprise the seat was the most comfortable Economy seat I have sat in over the last few years. Nothing on United, Americannir Delta compares. Nicely done! In other reviews people have complained about the cost of stowing carry on luggage. I found the disclosures about the fees very clear and easy to understand, which enabled me to select the best option for me. Even when the beverage cart came by and I requested a Coke Zero (which they had!) the flight attendant, verily politely reminded me that they do charge. As I told her, at 30,000 ft, $1.95 seems very reasonable for a can of soda. There were no surprises, and the staff was great. I will definitely fly again."

Cons: "Charged me for my carryon, no water (you have to buy) no snacks (ie. peanuts, you have to buy) squished seating (no reclining seats) families couldn't book seats together (you have to pay), so kids were distributed all over the plan without their parents. If this "pay if you want" model works for you, by all means, but it doesn't make for great travel experience. I will choose other airlines."

Cons: "The crew didn't show up for our 6 a.m. flight. Most airlines would have a contingency plan for this which might include (a) early notification to passengers (b) automatic rebooking connections. Pretty much all would be able to get you to your continental U.S. destination sometime that day. Frontier can't and doesn't even try. They informed the passengers of a 4.5 hour delay right at the time we were supposed to board. Then they informed the vast majority of the passengers with connections that not only would we not make the connections but that we would not make our final destinations that day (it's still 6:30 a.m. at this point). They refused to book us on other airlines. They offered to either give us $100 for a hotel or to refund this leg of the trip and our $40 carry-on fee (another scourge) and told us good luck. I booked a very expensive one-way flight on United so I could get home."
