Cons: Perhaps educate passengers on the new Delta process of boarding. Too many passengers where disorganized; the crew tried very cars to direct people

Cons: We ordered special meal, and it was even confirmed in the boarding pass but it was never delivered on board.... attendant said they did not get any special meal

Pros: The planes are made for humans not for monkeys as in some other airlines. Leg space was way better.

Cons: I wish you could make your ticketing categories simpler. It is too complicated and cumbersome. May be you have a new category of over 75 olds.

Cons: It was so cold! People all over were asking for blankets and commenting on the coldness

Cons: My first flight was delay because of that I lost my second flight.

Cons: I had a very large (over weight person sitting next to me. She occupied about 6 inches of my seat. It was quite uncomfortable. Did my best to be very polite and accommodating but it was terribly uncomfortable and closterphobic.

Pros: the video controller in the headrest of the seat ahead of me. you could see the flight pattern, speed, temperature outside and other specs, which were interesting.

Cons: once again, the delta crew does not maintain their planes properly. during the taxi stage to get to the airway to lift off, there was a horrendous growling sound coming from the plane............seems like their hydraulic system is not maintained very well at all and it made a howling sound throughout the plane all the way to take off! we were wondering if there was something wrong with the plane.

Cons: noisy plane. seems like Delta does not maintain their planes very well. flight was delayed, which made it stressful to catch connecting flight at LGA. when we were all on the plane, the pilot states that he apologizes for the wait, since we were waiting a while for take off. he said there was something wrong with the fuel system that had to get fixed but it is ok now. wow, that wasn't the right thing to say. as soon as he said that, the passengers started talking among themselves saying,,,,,,,,,,,,well, i hope it is ok now, because if it is not, we may not get to our destination! he should have rephrased that and simply said that;;;;; sorry for the delay, we were simply going through some maintenance on the plane to make sure everything is all-right, which it is, and we look forward to getting you to your destination in a few minutes! keep it simple without getting into all the details! geeeeeeeeeeeesssssssssssccccccccccchhhhhhhhh!!!!! :(

Pros: In flight entertainment

Cons: Food provided, other than snacks, would be a plus

Cons: Less legroom than other airlines but have never flown to South America before
