Cons: "This is more of a complaint about another customer. Allowing travelers to take three bags of chips while the rest of the plane is waiting. It was rude and inconsiderate of that customer. They run out of certain flavors. I just need some plain pretzels. She then took 2 more later. The attendant did grab another bag of pretzels and returned Ed later. I’ve been on other flights (other airlines) in which the attendant has said no to seconds unless some remaining at the end."

Pros: "Onky 1 flight attendant did a wonderful job seeing to everyone's safety & needs in a courteous way with a beautiful smile. Plane was delayed due to weather & she handed out water as we sat in the plane waiting for the storm to pass. When finally off the ground she managed to serve drinks to all & pass out an assortment of goodies from which we could choose. Southwest simply gave out pretzels on one trip & peanuts on another. Thanks for the selection Jet Blue! She did all this single handedly during a pretty quick flight."

We missed the flight by 2 minutes after being delayed by TSA and had to rebook. I will certainly think twice about booking with JetBlue in the future."

I can't believe that I paid you for the pleasure of getting ripped off literally and figuratively."

The incoming flight was two hours late, so the departure was late. Our arrival in Paris was late. We made the flight, but our luggage didn't. Our return flight from Paris to Dulles was half an hour late because of people from connecting flights. We arrived about 30 minutes late, but no big deal (unless you had a connection)"

The entertainment systems on the back of the seat worked sporadically and the PA system was too loud and every time the PA system was used while we had our headsets on, it was excruciating We had no warning in order to remove our headsets before it blasted into our ears. We were amazed that after paying a considerable sum for our tickets and being in the air for 6 hours, there was limited meal service and we were required to purchase a sandwich in order to eat. I fly Delta frequently and this was by far the worse flight I can remember."

The airplane was hot and stuffy with little airflow. They don’t offer any beverages to customers other than first class passengers citing COVID issues. There is no risk if COVID spread through giving each passenger a soda. It is incredibly unfair that first class passengers are served both alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages in cups but other passengers are not."

The captain had to finally, after several hours, come to the boarding area to inform all of us that there was problem that was not communicated correctly so we then had to wait an additional 2.5 hours more on top of the original 2.5 hour delay for the two certified mechanics on St. Croix to attest that the plane could fly. No one asked them to come earlier, so we waited for pretty much five (5) hours. We were promised meals and hotel in Miami. the Miami American Airlines service desk told us, sorry, there's so many people, we could not be accommodated. This is outrageous, and I want my money back. I paid for 4 people on that flight and we were treated horribly. On top of that....Cheapoair, representative from whom I bought the tickets, sold me tickets without my understanding that we only had 41 minutes to get off the original flight from Christiansted find the next flight and board it. We never would have made it. Final point, the Cheapoair guy who sold me the tickets charged me about 500 dollars more than what he said the cost was. He quoted and said "all in" 1150 per ticket (I bought 4 tickets). He then charged me nearly 5300 Again this is outrageous and a complete sham. I demand to be compensated for this."

After waiting 10 minutes I️ went upstairs and found a chaotic mass of people checking in at the actual open kiosk. The check in process was not clearly defined and even after spending 30 minutes checking a bag I️ still had to care my checked bag down to another TSA check line. In their boarding area there were minimal phone chargers. The plane was small and no leg room and a rigid uncomfortable seat. Also the flight was at night and they kept the cabin lights on. That was super frustrating to an exhausted traveler who was trying to sleep."

Cons: "I liked everything!"

Cons: "Didn't like the way the flight attendant attitude was to me. No politeness what so ever. Turbulence was scary, from the hurricane coming in. And they no complimentary drinks or snack because we landed go quickly. It makes no sense to even have an in service flight with it only being 45 min fight."

Pros: "Flight was good. No delays. No hassle"

Cons: "One of the flight attendants was pretty rude and quite short with passengers."

Cons: "I boarded in group 2. A lot of the overhead space was already full due to the large number of priority passengers. This led to people having to go to the back to find space for bags. That creates a lot of jams at the end of the flight. Also, younger passengers often try to rush out of the plane rather than waiting for their row. This should be stopped."

Pros: "The flight was great. The pilot spoke with passengers as to what was happening. The crew was polite. It was a smooth flight."
Cons: "The long wait in line to board in Christensted."

Cons: "The whole Reagan expierence from check in thru boarding the staff was rude and inefficient"

Cons: "It was a narrow, regional aircraft, so I was squeezed into my row next to a large man. My seat was the first in economy, so I was bumped everytime the beverage cart made the jog in the path from First Class. The flight attendant never apologized."

Pros: "Fast, easy"
Cons: "It was all good"

Pros: "The flt was not full, so I was on row 42 of 43, in a two seat block with no one near. Who wouldn't like that! The seat was very comfortable, so I could stand to be in it for a long time. It did not have a footrest that I could find, but I didn't ask about it."
Cons: "Typical of American, passengers are not allowed to stand for long periods. I was initially very disappointed that it was not a Qantas flt. And had it been full, it would have been very unpleasant. I fly with American as little as possible. The 777-300 does not have the area in the back where a few can stand, but in this case, with all the room, it wasn't necessary. I was standing for just a minute, and was told to move on. That's American for you."

Pros: "Pretty much nothing."
Cons: "the man in front of me reclined immediately, and being 6'3", I had a seat in my knees the entire flight. On top of that, the fat flight attendant shoved her butt and hips into my shoulder and fsce no less than 10 times, as I had an aisle seat. The flight was VERY bumpy and being in the back row, I could not recline at all. Give tall people a chance to have more leg room in the emergency exit rows!!! Oh, and we sat on the runway for over an hour because it was raining."

Pros: "Boarding process was speedy, crew were friendly and actually smiled."
Cons: "Passengers in front of me from India or nearby region had a body odor smell that made me want to gag every time I caught a whiff, which was frequently. If airlines can disembark passengers for being too fat, this definitely also should be a disqualifying factor from flying! How about a pre-boarding questionnaire that asks when the last time you used soap or deodorant was, and if the answer is "More than 10 years ago or never," flying is disallowed?"
