Everything was good, but at Philadelphia airport, immigration service was so poor.

My luggage was delayed because the flight arrived late and I almost missed my connecting flight to Atlanta. My luggage was delayed and it took 3 days to receive my luggage once it arrived in Atlanta. The baggage department is horrendous and non-existent. I did not get a call, I had to go to the Airport and wait for manager to board a flight, waited 3 hours and then they got my luggage for me. I understand staffing issues but there should be a better process for baggage services.

This was extremely disappointing as we then lost a full 8 hours of our first day arrival. If they schedule you for a 45 minute connecting flight, I suggest you book a later one. Our flight from NYC left on time but was 20 min late landing. Their only compensation to us all was use of the airport lounge in Doha ( quite nice with free food wine and showers, but would rather have had the extra day in Bali."

I think you should board the plane from the back and not the front. It's way more efficient.

Hands down the worst travel experience period. Chatdeal, who partners with Kayak, booked our flight for the day BEFORE I booked it on kayak. All of our travel information in Kayak and on the Kayak app showed we'd be leaving on Oct 7th, however Chatdeal made all our travel plans starting on the 6th. I am not flighting with Chatdeal to get a refund as our entire trip which I've been planning for since March of this year has been ruined. This trip was intended for my husband and I to finally meet my in law's in India for this first time and his first time seeing his family since COVID started. DO NOT BOOK ANY FLIGHT WHERE CHATDEAL IS THE AGENT! This company has ruined a year's worth of planning and is trying to say I it's our fault and not theirs.

Our baggage is lost!

Was starving, was not served anything but a very low quality sandwich, on a 5 hour flight. Uncomfortable, no entertainment, very boring.

Our bag was not put on the plane and we still don’t have it 12 days later. It ruined our vacation and they didn’t even try to help. They wouldn’t answer the phone when we called them every day. Go with another airline if at all possible.

The other passengers also confirmed that they heard she did say that chicken was an option She could’ve nicely said it or apologized for telling an option that doesn’t exist. The original round trip was $900. I declined, sat down for 15 min booked another Lufthansa flight online for $800, checked in and was through security by 5:50. Cons: "I actually didn't fly QR. My RJ light from TLV to AMM was delayed by approx 2 hours. I asked to be taken off the flight in order to fly the day after from TLV to LCA and take QR. However the RJ gate agents explained that there are over 40 people on the flight that need to take the QR from AMM and that the ties between RJ and QR are very strong and the QR flight will wait the necessary 15 minutes. However, as we landed in AMM we saw the QR aircraft push back 5 minutes earlier than the scheduled departure. We got stuck in AMM and the RJ people were nice but totally inefficient and claimed that they were limited by their corporate procedures. I asked to be put on an Etihad flight that was scheduled to leave 2 hours later and that would put me at the end of the day in MAA (my destination) around 2.5 hours later which was acceptable in my eyes. The transfer desk agent said he is going to arrange it, disappeared for 45 minutes and then came and told me this is already too late for Etihad (it was not) and anyway they cannot let me take Etihad since they are not a part of "One World". I argued a bit and he said ok went to teh back office and disappeared for another 20 minutes. at that point he came and told me that all is taken care of and here is my new flight and proceeded to show me an itinerary which took me through BKK to MAA but the AMM-BKK flight will leave only at 0130 at night (this was around 1430) and get to BKK in the afternoon tomorrow. Then I will have to wait in the airport another 8-9 hours to fly to MAA. hence 2 nights without sleep staying at airports. BTW, I was the only Business/first passenger but this did not confer on me any special treatment. I refused to take this route and at the end asked them only to get me back to TLV and there I will change the whole route and go tomorrow on QR from LCA. I had to wait at AMM airport until 2100 and only now - 2300 - reached home which I left at 0600 this morning. BTW, i don't think that they restored my ticket to its original form (which was a full QR ticket covering also the RJ and Pegasus flights. but I was too tired to argue. I will postpone my trip by one more day and change the route to avoid another debacle like this one. Also, I chatted with the QR people in Amman, and ithey claim that they were not told that the RJ from TLV had 40 passengers connecting through them. This is the absolute opposite of what the RJ people claimed. Last, all his is without even mentioning the issues this delay caused since I have people who came specifically for this, waiting for me in MAA and God only knows when I will manage to get there and whether or not they will wait for me. Guys, you have to do something about this. I am quite a regular flyer and this is the worst experience I had."

We sat on the runway for over an hour bc there was a technical glitch on the ground related to baggage. Very annoying and a lot of folks missed their connection.

After pulling away from the gate we sat on the tarmac for 90 minutes with hardly any explanation from the captain. Rows seem more cramped than before.

Internet connection to watch media was very spotty.

BA have got back up together after the Covid situation and I had no issues with my travel I have been flying to America over a number of years and have always used them and will continue to

Very little food option

Flight got delayed made me miss my layover paid to not have a super long layover ended up having to sit for 6 hours waiting on a flight

Worst airline experience of my life, depending on how the rest of my “customer service” experience goes I may never fly american airlines again.

Missed my connection due to poor weather disrupting AAs entire fleet. Rebooked my flights twice and was still unable to make it home. No offer of hotel compensation despite me being stranded overnight in Houston. Nothing really to do about it- just a bad couple of days to travel. I wish they were a little better at letting us know about delays in good time, as it would have made a difference to my planning.

Compared to other US airlines, American is the worst. The planes are tight. Seats are uncomfortable and there was no option to buy food on a 6 hour flight. Also the free wifi didn’t work.

Crew member was extremely helpful with all passengers and was trying to make everyone comfortable .she had a cheerful disposition.

Gate attendant made only us check our small carry-ons even though there were only four of us. Then proceeded to let 20 carry-ons go on board after us. Made us stand to the side while she printed the baggage tickets and took about 15 minutes, making us the last people to board. Got on board and saw that there was plenty of empty over head space for our luggage and there would still be entirely empty overhead compartments. Also, sat on the plane for 2 hrs. before we took off, making a 4 hr. flight take over 6 hrs. Apparently one of the pilots couldn’t fly because he had too many hours and they had to call another one from home. They didn’t know this as soon as the previous flight took off. They should have call him before the last plane even landed. Sat on the plane for six hours and got two small cookies and a tiny bag off pretzels. The didn’t even turn on the free WiFi to help pass the time. The could’ve at least turned it on while we sat at the gate waiting for the pilot for 2 hours. We felt with this after an 11 hour and a 4 hour layover. It was exhausting and AA service didn’t help make it any better.

Our flight was delayed over 2 hrs so that’s bad. Food was ok, bread is cold & hard

The flight was diverted to Malaga and we had to wait 3 hrs for food/bus to be sorted. Arrived in Gibraltar with 7 hrs delay

Aircraft was late, then back to on time, then late again. Food is just a cereal bar and water. For 200 euros.

Too many bad experiences. First, I couldn't get seating 24h prior to flight because they wouldn't reviewed Covid documents I sent 24h prior. An hour layover in Seattle was inadequate to get from my previous flight to the next. Getting last minute tickets and seats, almost missed the flight from Seattle to London. Once in the plane, the crew had no information about us and other people were also given the same seats. Service was poor. Lastly, our luggages did not arrive, I hope they could be delivered to our address tonight. Very stressful experience!

Waited in 3 different lines for 2 hours to check in at Heathrow T5 and still had to ask to expedite as would have missed flight. Flew premium economy and the entertainment system did not work for the whole flight. Truly sucked.
